OK, the argument about WHY birthers are birthers is not going to get resolved by argument. Lots of folks want to blame racism, and the moment you raise racism with a birther, they whine about you playing the race card. It goes nowhere.
However, there are some racists among the birthers, and one particular YouTube video is attracting some bigoted comments:
Most black people can’t spell the word “constitution” let alone have any respect for or understanding of what it is & stands for! Everything this bi-sexual muslim marxist Chicago mojo man, now our hocus-pocus president is doing to destroy America is DIRECTLY related to the fact that this arrogant thug doesn’t belong in the WH in the first place! This makes the eligibility/constitution issue the ONLY issue. There is no more pertinent issue!! To believe otherwise is pathetic ignorance!
They only voted for Obama because hes black(No im not raceist)
Obama himself “his personality” is as fake as his birth certificate. It just looks so not right him being U.S president.
I think the birthers’ growing desperation will bring the racists amongst them to the fore – and accelerate their marginalization.
p.s. I LOVE this video – the term ‘technology expert’ has that 1950s futuristic feel (you just know a ‘technology expert gets to work by jet pack…) and you’ve got to laugh when the birthers are pimping a video that basically says: we don’t have any evidence that the content was altered but it might have been…
It literally is one of those class film strips from “The Simpsons”: “a technology expert…”
I don’t know about you, but it seems to me like there’s a lot of “technology” in this world. Hard to be an expert on all of it,
Dear Dr. Conspiracy,
I was just wondering since when is it racists to state, “They only voted for Obama because hes black”.
Only a pasty face cracker, such as yourself, would think that.
Doc, do you even have any black American friends? Pasty crackers like you like to pretend that you do but its fairly apparent that you probably don’t. And if you do have a couple black American buddies they are probably the type that combs their hair back like white people and talk through noses and you guys probably do fun stuff together like bird watching.
I remember the night of the 2008 election when Obama won. I was with black friends that night who live about 5 or 6 houses up the street from my house. A married couple, with their kids and also the mother-in-law was present and other family also popped in a couple of times. I can tell you for certain that all of them voted for Obama because Obama is a black American. Also, after it was announced that Obama had won that night I could hear screaming all around the streets of “Obama”, “Obama”, “Obama”, Obama!” The next day I asked other people (some that I knew where screaming the night before) why they supported Obama (I used the word ‘supported’ because I knew for a fact that some of them did not vote). Every single person told me that they voted for Obama because he was black.
Ever since Obama won the election I have noticed a change with white people. Its sort of reversed things in many white people. For example, in the past (before Obama) when I would attempt to voice my political opinions in the presence of white people they would dismiss me as a ‘N-word-lover’. However, now that Obama is acting president they can longer do that.
I also have noticed that a lot of crackers that don’t really like black Americans have now reinvented themselves as people very similar to Dr. Conspiracy. You can tell by the way that they write about black Americans and white Americans. Its like they’ve never had any personal interactions with black American people, and certainly not on a regular basis. Either that, or their one or two black American friends are the sort that have thick mustaches, comb their hair back (as opposed the forward), enjoy ‘contra dancing’ and watching TV show such as “RedGreen” and only eating baked chicken (as opposed the fried) and they would NEVER EVER NEVER watch a Tyler Perry film/play.
Btw, Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Mombasa, British Protectorate of Kenya. The new Hawaiian long form certificate of birth is a FORGERY. We all knew that it was only a matter of time before a Hawaiian forgery was released. Lets see the tangible document and have it examined. That will never happen because such a document from 1961 does not exist and a 2011 forgery would never pass examination as as document purporting to have been physically created in 1961 and sitting in a file book for the last 50 years.
I notice with time that most Obots are sort of morphing into a combination of Orly Taitz and Jerome Corsi. By that I mean that they cite ‘public search’ data and, in concert, they ignore the segments that contradict their desired outcome and only cite the segments which could be, when the logical brain is turned off, supportive of their subjective theories.
More and more Americans are realizing that there is something very strange about Obama’s birth certificate and the way that the mainstream media reports on it.
We are not little children that need to be told what to believe. Give us the facts, with a straight face and with sources (no laughing and joking and ridiculing and citing second hand accounts) and we will make up our own mind.
In closing I state here for the record that there is (and was) NOTHING wrong with choosing to vote for someone based on their skin color or their heritage. I don’t find it atypical at all that most black Americans would vote for Obama just because he is black. There is nothing ethically or morally wrong with that. People are free to cast their vote as like.
As a Black person, I DID NOT vote for Obama because he is black, I voted for him because McCain and Palin scared the shit out of me. It only took a minute to think about what a country run by Palin, should the elderly McCain die before the end of his term, to convince me to vote for Obama, because a country run by Biden on the event of the death of Obama did not seem nearly as scary!
In fact, Lucas, black Americans in recent years have voted for overwhelmingly for the Democratic candidate for President, whether that person was black or white. I know you and your posse are allergic to facts, but here are the numbers:
% of black vote:
Gore 95
Kerry 93
Obama 96
I wouldn’t expect you to know statistics, but let me assure you those numbers are statistically one and the same.
Now, let’s pretend that your POSFKBC is real and Obama’s legitimate, state-certified 100% true certificate is a fake, the fact still stands that Obama got bin Laden after only 2+ years in office, while Bush didn’t in 7+ years.
“Facts are stubborn things”. John Adams
Haha, is Inspector Smith starting to get nervous about his sworn affidavits about the so called ‘Kenyan Birth Certificate’?
Hilarious…
I love how the birthers will always pull this nonsense out of their rears….Blacks are racist because they voted for Barack Obama….OK…So Whites are racist because they voted for John McCain? Well Inspector Smith? We both know if you voted you definately did not vote for Obama….And as Scientist has showed you the so called Black community has always voted for the Democratic candidate because the GOP hates Black people…So why would they vote for any of those candidates? Kind of like how the GOP wants the Hispanic vote while trying to deport as many Latinos as possible…Hypocrisy…
Memo to racists: STFU about your “black friends.” Even if they do exist, they don’t excuse your racism!
I’m sorry to have to remind you of this, but this has always been the policy. Your black friends are not a shield for stupid!
Oh, and my friends, black and white tell me never take any documents from a convicted forger!
do you even have any black American friends?
Who’s counting?
I think it’s time to simply stop responding to Lucas Smith so he can move on to his next grifting adventure. He’s one of the casualties in last week’s birther disaster that left people like Jerome Corsi, Joseph Farah, Donald Trump, Orly Taitz, Tim Adams, Bill Poey and Terry Lakin in its wake.
Let Lucas close this chapter in his life by ignoring him.
> I don’t find it atypical at all that most black Americans would vote for Obama just because he is black.
But why do you make the automatic assumption that they voted for him “only” or “primarily” because he is black? *That* is a racist assumption because it translates to “Blacks don’t care about politics or what’s best for our country, they only care about skin colour”. Funny you don’t see that. No, strike that, *not* funny.
Mmmm, we are not in a good mood this morning.
I was raised in rural Alabama and I am a recovering racist. I know exactly what racism is, first hand. I still remember the first black man’s hand I shook as an equal in 1967. I didn’t wash that hand for a day. This might seem bizarre to you, but it was the day I determined not be a racist any more.
And no, I don’t have any black friends. There are no black people in my neighborhood, nor in my church, nor any other group I am a part of. This is not by design; it’s just a fact, part accident and part regional. I’ve had black friends in the past; I say that anyone you are willing to help move a piano up a flight of stairs,is a friend.
I see that Corsi’s upcoming book “Where’s the Birth Certificate” has dropped from #1 to #62 at Amazon.com this morning.
It will be on the remainder table in a week.
Many Irony meters are now being retooled into more useful schadenfreude meters.
Any friend will help you move. A good friend will help you move bodies.

Nothing like a cup of crazy early in the morning.
I wonder if its because me and another guy were doing a pretty decent job debunking the stuff they were throwing out in the comments, and that got them riled up (I’m jjoshaugh on youtube)
Of course heres some charming Responses I got
The answer to all those questions is no btw. He later claimed that Obama said he could speak Farsi in his book, when he said no such thing
Not racist but revealing.
And my favorite
The 1857 supreme court ruling was of course Dred Scott.
Sadly I cant comment anymore as for some reason PPsimmons blocked me from commenting in his video.
Sounds like someone is being about being proven a liar….oh wait, you were already a convicted forger, and admitted child molster….so I guess you’re just bitter that your second rate forgery is unquestionably shown to be a bad forgery.
You’ve milked your 15 minutes of fame….well, you weren’t really famous, except to a small portion of birthers…15 minutes of infamy? Well not really. You were never taken seriously enough to be considered infamous. How about 5 minutes of being butt of obscure jokes? I guess that’s close enough.
Quit being bitter, and crawl back into obscurity where you belong. Perhaps you can change careers and try writing soft-core spy novels? Actually, your affidavit was about as convincing as your fake birth certificate….Sorry…can’t help you. Just crawl back into obscurity, and save what little dignity you have left.
And we all knew that the moment Obama released the long form that you all would call it a forgery. For people already committed to the birther world view, the long form is confirmation of the conspiracy; for normals it is confirmation of what it says.
hey Lucas, Mombasa is very far away from Obama Sr’s family roots, why did you pick Mombasa, just curious.
Irony alert!
Dr. KKKhate sez:
“He’s trying to change the subject and can’t.”
CHEERS and CONGRATS too the TROOPS their FAMILIES and the Obama Administration for the Finding and justice served too Osama bin Laden !!!!!!!!!!
I like this.
White racists in denial like to say “I have lots of black friends!” as some kind of dodge. White non-racists are perfectly comfortable admitting that they don’t have any black friends.
Actually most of my closest friends are people I know online. I’ve met some of them in real life, but they were all white. My best friend is white. Some of my online friends *might* be black, but I have no clue. I have no issue with black people, but would certainly not go out of my way to try and add a black person to my repetoire of friends. An actual friend (as opposed to casual acquaintance you carelessly hang the label on) is hard to find.
You should go to Rent A Negro: http://rent-a-negro.com/
At some nameless bat crazy birther site somebody with the pretentious user name Defense_Physicist (can’t imagine who that could be) posted these TOTALLY crazy NBC requirements to see what response they would receive and earned +8 votes while the person debunking received -12 votes. My favorites are 3, 4, 6, and 7.

In order to be a Natural Born Citizen and President or Vice President of the United States a person needs to:
1) Born in one of the States that is one of the United States.
2) Must be born to U.S. born parents and Grandparents (excluding Greek-American, Spiro Agnew whose father was not yet a citizen at the time of his birth, see exception in Constitution).
3) Must have a long-form birth certificate like George Washington and all other Presidents and show it before running for office.
4) Must not have any misdemeanor or felony convictions listed on your long-form birth certificate; only a long-form contains this information. No past President’s long-form birth certificate shows any criminal convictions and all Presidents have shown their long-form birth certificates before Election Day.
5) Cannot have held dual citizenship; Thomas Jefferson, a dual citizen of France and America is excluded by an exception in the Constitution but I can’t remember what article/section.
6) Must be a baptized Christian and provide a certificate of baptism to each State Secretary of State in the United States.
7) Cannot have lived within 78.7 miles of the Canadian or Mexican borders for a period of 14 years prior to Election Day.
8) Must be resident in the United States for 14 years prior to Election Day.
9) Must achieve the age of 35 prior to Inauguration Day.
Obama does not satisfy these requirements.

This is the kind of lunacy I wanted to read. Thanks, defense boy. The U.S. Constitution has only three explicit requirements for a person to be elected president: 1. He/She must be born in the U.S. (He/She could be born on foreign soil if both parents were U.S. citizens.); 2. He/She must be at least 35 years of age.; 3. He/She must have lived in the U.S. for a minimum of 14 years, not necessarily consecutively.
It appears that since Obama meets all three U.S. Constitutional criteria to be your president, it’s time for you to redefine what it means to be a natural born citizen. I’m not sure where you get your grandparental or border-proximity rules, but they are amusing. Wait…did I miss the joke? Shame on me. I thought you were serious. My bad.

Thrfifty, your rather wierd views sugest you have some deep seated problems
here is a good mental helth referral site, call the toll free number
http://www.njmentalhealthcares.org/
I don’t think it’s weird at all. What would be weird (and shallow) is going out of your way to make a friend because you thought you needed to prove you are friends with people because they appear to be different from you. Most of my friends are human. Some are not.
How undemocratic!
Smith got it from Phil Berg who got it from Ron McRae who pulled it out of his, err, imagination.
It got down to 70 last night.
I’d just to remind people that people on “the other side” are not all bad. I’ve been messaging people that reply to my comments that PPsimmons blocked me and I cant reply to them. And one guy actually messaged me back
Serious respect to that guy.
I’m white and I voted for President Obama (and volunteered for his campaign) for the exact same reason…
It could be the worst-timed book since “Dow 36,000” came out right before the tech crash…
There’s something weird about the fact that among the people I have formed the bonds of friendship with, all of them are white? Should I instead be like George Costanza and find random black people and try to force myself to befriend them, just to appease people who incorrectly assume I am a racist?
No, see. I have some casual acquaintances who are black. They are good people and pleasant to be around and converse with. But they are not friends. They would not be privy to my secrets. I would not confide in them with my worries, nor would I look to them for emotional support.
Unless the “weird” world view you are referring to is my contention that only racists in denial would feel the need to defensively state “I have black friends!”
Will,
Are you INSANE? A schadenfreude meter wont last 2 seconds – may I remind you:
ORLY IS IN COURT TODAY!
Think before you do these things, Will… *shakes head sadly*
Why do you think anyone cares what you have to say, you foolish little clown of a criminal?
Tru dat. We need more alien technology.
Speaking for myself, I must confess that I currently only have one black American friend.with whom I speak on a regular basis. This is because I live in London and most black people whom I know are British.
Obama’s short-form and long-form birth certificates are capable of receiving an apostille for use in all Hague Convention countries and authentication for use in countries that are not parties to the Hague Convention. If the POSFKBC is a valid certificate, then please get it authenticated by the Kenyan government as such for use in the United States.
Need I add that the government of Hawaii has publicly confirmed not only that they have Obama’s original long-form certificate on file, but that they have indeed issued him with a certified photocopy? Are you denying that the certified copy that Obama has put on the White House web site is the one that Hawaii issued several days ago?
Ultimately, any forgery of Obama’s Hawaii birth certificate would require the acquiescence of the Hawaii state government. In the absence of evidence to support your allegation, the certification of the State of Hawaii makes Obama’s certificate valid in court as evidence of all facts stated therein. Your POSFKBC, meanwhile, is confirmed by nobody but yourself. Needless to say, certification of the State of Hawaii carries greater weight than the fanciful story of a convicted forger.
Do we have court watchers in Pasadena?
Hear! Hear! *Raises glass in toast.* To all those currently serving as well as those that have served.
And to all the first responders and their families and to everyone who’s lost a loved one as a result of the attack or through war…
It is a good day for America and the world.

I have lived in Harlem most of my adult life. Qubilah Shabbaz lived for a short time next door. I am Caucasian. One of my African-American neighbors was and is a huge Clinton supporter, both Bill and Hillary. This neighbor vocally supported Hillary Clinton all through the primary. In Harlem, Clinton got twice the votes of Obama, and Clinton won the New York Democratic primary. Thus, there is a problem with your thesis.
Thanks you for your honesty on these points.
You have an extra set of chromosome 21 or something? I couldn’t care less what people are doing in Harlem. I wasn’t talking about Harlem. I’ve never been there and I don’t plan on ever visiting any place in New York other than my occasional airline flights through JFK.
I was telling you pasty face crackers that most blacks Americans voted for Obama because he is black. Almost every single black American that I have asked has told me that they voted for Obama because he is black. It’s just the truth. And there is nothing wrong with it. People are free to vote as the please, for whatever reasons.
White crackers like you are so out of touch with reality that it makes me laugh.

Q (judge is talking, Kreep is shaking his head. What is the role of the federal courts? What is your ultimate relief? You want to take an action to remove a sitting President thru the courts, that’s not what the constitution says.)
K. Can’t be impeached because because he’s not a sitting Present. Blah blah only recourse is courts.
Congress held hearings on John McCain. (Liar!). No one is willing to take on Mr. Obama.
*bangs head on desk*
Man, what I wouldn’t give to be in that courtroom.
Did you miss the numbers, fool? Blacks voted for Kerry and Gore by the same percentages as they voted for Obama. Whatever anyone might tell you about their reasons, they found just as good reasons to vote for Kerry and Gore who are as white as they come.

Lucas, from your own words, the one with obvious race issues here is YOU.
You are a disturbed individual. Seek help. Your personal “experience” here seems quite sad and nothing to brag about. You make some spurrious conclusions based on only your limited small-minded world view.
As ALL studies have shown, the proportion of black votes for Obama are fairly in line with those of prior democrats in the past few decades, with only around 5% more of that going to Obama in 2008.
There is nothing wrong with people voting for someone they can relate to out of pride, particularly when such candidate comes across as a very strong, intelligent and motivational inspiration – period.
What further debunks your crazy race-fixated screed is that Obama isn’t the first candidate to run for President in recent years. Both Jesse Jackson Jr. and Al Sharpton had larger name recognition when they ran for office, yet they did not get “automatic support” based on the color of their skin.
The difference here is that Obama, regardless of race, was considered a very dynamic and solid candidate with broad appeal. On the campaign trail, he was one of the most intelligent and eloquent speakers that we have seen in over a generation.
Mr. Smith,
In case you didn’t understand what Scientist is saying, pretty much every black person who voted for President Obama would almost certainly have voted for him if he were white as well – this contradicts your anecdotal evidence (and is more credible…).
Speak for yourself, birther-boy. The only crackers in my house are a box of Triscuits.
Every white person I’ve asked has told me that they voted for McCain because they were straight up racists.
Oh wait, I haven’t asked anyone why they voted for McCain. And, you haven’t asked anyone why they voted for Obama.
You’re a liar, a thief, a forger, and a felon. Have I gotten any of those wrong?
Nothing you say that is based on anything other than verifiable, non-Smith-related sources is, in any way credible! You could say, “In my experience, the sun rises in the East,” and I would, instantly, doubt it. If you cited a source, I would read it, expecting you to have misinterpreted it.
Let me summarize. You can take your mythical black friends and stuff them. They don’t exist. You can mention them as much as you want, but they still won’t exist. You can give them names and flesh out their biographies – still won’t exist. That’s what happens when convicted felons (convicted of forgery and theft) post anecdotes.
The point is simple enough. If you were not busy slinging insults, you might have followed it.
Harlem is a place famous for being a center of African-American life. When given a choice between candidates they found compelling (Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama), twice as many voted for a Caucasian woman instead of an African-American man.
Do you get it yet?
Kudos to you Jimmy for putting Country ahead of partisanship.
“My country, right or wrong; if right, to be kept right; and if wrong, to be set right.”
This time, our country is right and need not be set right.
Hmmm. Interesting…
Nice words Jimmy.
And unless you managed to talk to a few thousand African Americans, your sample size is too small to be meaningful, or relevant.
Which assumes you aren’t simply lying… again.
I don’t have any reason to believe anything you have to say, and plenty of evidence to assume that you lie far more than you are truthful.
Was this before or after they threw themselves upon your body in soft porn lust?
You forgot admitted child rapist
Heyyyy Lucas if you’re still lurking why don’t you call in Tonight? We’d love to hear from you
