My question is about her non-profit. Does her group have to disclose financial records? Also is it legal for the non-profit to give funds to her Senate campaign?

   The Doc had an article a while back about Ms. Dr. Taitz’ foundation. It is apparently not a registered charity and I seem to recall that whether it is a California non-profit was in doubt.

   Under the Supreme Court’s most recent campaign financing ruling, I believe even phony non-profits are people, too.
