Clark Hamblin sued Barack Obama and John McCain in the US District Court for Arizona, alleging that neither of them was eligible to run for president and asking for a few million in damages. John McCain recently moved for dismissal and yesterday Clark Hamblin filed a motion in opposition. In part, the motion said:
RIPENESS / ADVERSENESS: Plaintiff asserts that an actual, current controversy worthy of exists concerning the core issue of this action before this Honorable Court. Plaintiff asserts that with the large number of cases at law approaching this issue it is in fact time to put the “natural born citizen” definition in place to avoid prolonged and possible further actions of this issue. A current list of cases involved in this matter at controversy before this Honorable Court (Exhibit Z, whereto attached).
Imagine my surprise when I reached page 50 in the filing and found that Exhibit Z consisted of pages from the Obama Conspiracy Theories Docket Project!
Hamblin would have done well to have read further on this web site including the article about the forged birth certificates made against John McCain which he also attached to his motion.
One might ask, given that Hamblin alleges McCain was born in the Republic of Panama (not in the Canal Zone), why McCain doesn’t show them his real birth certificate (which has not been published to date) to refute the transparent forgery Hamblin showed. There are a number of answers to that question, answers that have already been discussed on this web site in a slightly different context.
The unfortunate Mr. Hamblin has wasted $350 paid as a filing fee.
This is an excellent website, I am recommending it to every birther in YTube. I think some of them know President Obama is qualified and eligible but they just don’t want to admit it.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks, Heidi.
