Orly Taitz at Fox News protest?
Despite the dismissal of Orly Taitz’s case (variously called Barnett v. Obama or Keyes v. Obama) in the California District Court, Taitz, like the Energizer Bunny, just keeps filing and filing and filing.
That in and of itself is not surprising or newsworthy, but the real shocker is what she disclosed in her most recent letter to the court! A copy of an investigative report shows that Barack Obama was not born in Kenya, but rather came from Equatorial Guinea! [For the geographically challenged — Kenya is on the east coast of Africa and Equatorial Guinea is on the west coast.]
But perhaps the most surprising of all is this shocking disclosure from Taitz in one of the filings:
I am over 18 years old, am of sound mind and free of any mental disease or psychological impairment of any kind or condition.
No, you can’t make this stuff up.

Any news on Orly’s Land fine? Has she paid? Her dental wages garnished? Agent fees attached?

The other amusing part of Orly’s letter is that she actually believes that the Colorado P.I. was tapping into a database which contains Obama’s “immigration records.” In fact he just logged onto an online “background investigation” site which is available to anyone who has a credit card.
She also doesn’t understand the difference between “ethnicity” and country of origin.

LOL! Yeah, I actually just made a comment about that on another site before coming here. I too found that to be the most amusing of all the crazy claims in Orly’s latest filing!
I mean, really…what is the purpose of people self-testifying to their own sanity?

Wow…yeah, listening through that whole thing, that Rusty Humphrey guy brings up the birther stuff several times in that segment of the show and she pretty clearly makes statements that indicate she’s a birther and that she clearly advocates making this into a bigger issue!
Sad…but not that surprising. So, yeah, good luck with that one, Sarah! Gee, like rational people didn’t have enough reason to write you off as a fear-mongering flake!

Perhaps this is why Obama has not released a copy of the Certificate of Live Birth. He’s waiting until his opponent had stepped over line and committed themselves to a “born in Kenya” scenario, so that he can produce it and make them look the fool.
Sarah’s hopes for 2012 took a big hit at 8:30 AM today, when the jobs #s came out. This birther nonsense is strictly a sideshow. As a former President said, “It’s the economy stupid”. If unemployment is <8% and trending down in fall 2012, Obama is re-elected. Birtherism will be very lucky to even rate a footnote in the history books.

I’m going to use that if I’m ever forced to speak to an actual Birther. It’s one thing to obsessively check the latest outrageous utterance; it’s quite another to actually come face-to-face with teh crazy. I’m not at all sure I could stay cool.

She treats filing like some treat blogging. There appears to be no attempt to verify anything. A 10 minute glance would make most people question the background “report”:
1. Possible relative, Michelle, yet his marital status is “Unknown.”
2. The “neighbors” are one mile north of his address. In a large city, that puts many people between him an the neighbors.
3. The address is non-existent for one neighbor, though the numbers are turned around. These “neighbors” do live in a 3 unit condo building. All of this was easily and quickly verifiable from various government records.
I find it strange that a retired ICE agent (which appears to be correct) would actually provide this under his name unless he was just trying to get her to leave him alone. It might make some wonder about the quality of his own practice.
