One question for Mario Apuzzo regarding where Obama was born

A new article has appeared over at Mr. Apuzzo’s blog, Two Questions to Ask Putative President Obama’s Enablers Regarding Where Obama Was Born. His questions were something about naming the location of the building and the  people in the room when President Obama was born. I’m not going to get an answer any time soon, I fear, because the only way to fully put the answer in to context is to start with our first 43 presidents and work forward to Obama and I think the task is going to prove extremely difficult to complete, if not impossible. (I don’t know if the Washingtons had a long form or a short form family Bible.)

I have a more interesting challenge

Let’s go back to Apuzzo’s “Catalog of doubts.” I would suggest that either the Catalog is a smear, pure and simple–full of intentionally misleading statements, lies and prejudicial verbal trickery, or it is a sincerely presented collection of what is believed to be trustworthy information, contextually accurate, and fairly interpreted. Let’s assume for the rest of this discussion that the latter is the case.

Since Mr. Apuzzo raised the issue of birthplace, let’s focus there. I want to work from two items in the Catalog, the statement of “Kweli Shuhubia” (1) and the statement of the Kenyan ambassador to the US  in a radio interview (3). (The quotation marks are because Shuhubia is not the fellow’s real name.)

Taking the pseudonymous Shuhubia as a source of “trustworthy information” we look at the statement from him that was filed in the Berg v. Obama lawsuit (Page 3): “I left Kisumu City and traveled to Mombosa, Kenya. I interviewed personnel at the hospital in which Senator Obama was born in Kenya.” So, based on our starting assumption, attorney Mario Apuzzo believes this to be trustworthy information (there’s no issue of context or interpretation in this straightforward statement), and he trusts that President Obama was born in a hospital in the city of Mombosa, Kenya. (I don’t know why Shuhubia spelled it that way.)

The second item is the Ambassador’s comment to radio station WRIF, quoted by Mr. Apuzzo (not an exact quote but assumed to be “contextually accurate”): ““President-Elect Obama” was born in Kenya and that his birth place was already a “well-known” attraction;”

One may logically combine these Catalog items to say:

President Obama was born in a Mombosa, Kenya hospital, and his birthplace there is a well-known attraction.

Now, here is the challenge. I can show two Honolulu newspapers that for whatever reason make the assertion that Barack Obama was born in what is now called the Kapi’olani Medical Center there in Honolulu, Hawaii. I challenge Mr. Apuzzo to find two Kenyan  newspapers that name the hospital where President Obama was born in Kenya or describe the “well known” attraction at that hospital. (They don’t even have to agree as to which hospital.)

Rather than asking for someone to dig back almost 50 years for irrelevant trivia, let’s see if Mr. Apuzzo can find some modern reporting about what in his own words is a “well-known attraction” in Kenya.

Here are my two Hawaiian newspaper articles:

As a starter, here are some Kenyan news web sites:

1 There are better Advertiser articles, but they are offline and currently available in cached version or on a paid basis. One such article is “Obama’s life: A timeline of his path to the white house” from January 18, 2009, cached version.

# Aug. 4, 1961: Obama is born at the old Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, now called Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, to a white University of Hawai’i student from Kansas named Stanley Ann Dunham and a black UH economics student from Kenya named Barack H. Obama.

The birth annoucements don’t specify the hospital.

  2. Reality Check says:

Since all of the folks who were involved in Obama’s birth at Kapi’olani Hospital in 1961 are deceased and Apuzzo is surely asking a historical and not legal question (a valid assumption since Obama is already the President and 67 court cases have floundered, including those Mario’s client has filed) we must rely on the account of Mrs. Nelson quoting Dr. Rodney West. I believe that plus other supporting evidence is sufficient to establish Kapi’olani Hospital as the place of Barack Obama’s birth. We can wait and erect a monument there after the conclusion of his second successful term as President. If Mario doesn’t object I will be happy to be the first to start a fund for the monument and place a PayPal button somewhere prominently. Birthers seem to be very familiar with PayPal so I know where to go for advice.

    You guys.

    Don’t you get it?

Obama is a Communist, Muslim, Fascist, rogue Zoroastrian with a penchant for barbecuing live kittens who is here as part of a Kenyan plot to destroy Kenya’s mortal enemy, the United States. So of course the Kenyans will keep their well-known attraction secret in order to further their nefarious scheme, one over four decades in the making..

The Kenyans quoted as citing Obama’s birth in Mombassa are part of an elaborate disinformation scheme to provide just enough clumsy, easily refuted indicators of Obama’s true origins that only complete morons will cling to the truth, thereby discrediting that truth.

They’re utterly fiendish, those Kenyans, leaving not a single detail to chance. So I must regretfully inform you that we are DOOMED!

As Doc C. can verify, I’ve been around these parts for awhile, and have only used one name.

I too can vouch for seeing many of Bob’s posts here. He is not a birther, nor is his writing style anything like James.

I also stand by and support the main point Bob brought up. It is erroneous to claim that the HI newspaper articles named the hospital and Dr. C should correct his article to not make that implication.

We are about facts and presenting truth over here.

I’m glad to see that SluggoJD has realized his/her error and apologized.

No, the birth announcements do not name the hospital, but that’s not what I was referring to:

    Hawaii Star Bulletin: http://archives.starbulletin.com/2007/02/08/news/story02.html
Honolulu Advertiser: Since the Advertiser has gone out of publication, some of their older articles are offline. This one is in the Google Cache. It says

Aug. Obama.

  15. Bob: As Doc C. can verify, I’ve been around these parts for awhile, and have only used one name….Doc C. made a minor error.

Bob is not James. As you see from my other comment the only error is that I probably should have provided the two links as part of the article, which I have done.

  16. James says:

Conflicting accounts have been given on which hospital Obama was born at; Queens or Kapoloni. Susquently, this conflict generated numerous requests to election officials in Hawai; hence enter Tim Adams and other top election officials. 18. James says:

While you and the president were overseas on July the 7th, there was on the Internet a copy of a letter on White House letterhead dated January the 24th, 2009, with the signature “Barack Obama,” which stated, “The place of my birth was Honolulu’s Kapi’olani Medical Center.” And my question is, can you verify this letter? Or if not, would you tell us which Hawaiian hospital he was born in, since Kapi’olani, which used to publicize this, now refuses to confirm?

Gibbs said, without responding directly to the question about the veracity of the letter, “Goodness gracious. I’m going to be, like, in year four describing where it is the president was born. I don’t have the letter at my fingertips, obviously, and I don’t know the name of the exact hospital.”

But according to Governor Linda Lingle, Obama birth at Kapaloni is SIIMPLE FACT:

“So I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii.”

    Or is it?

  19. SluggoJD: Just where are all those Kenyan newspaper articles about Obama’s (supposed) birth in Kenya?

There have been African newspaper articles that say that Barack Obama was born in Kenya or something that looks like it, some retracted. And there are any number of Kenyan articles that say Obama was born in Hawaii.

What I want to see is something more specific, the name of the hospital. Apuzzo demands to see the name of the hospital in Hawaii; I want to see one in Kenya, where unlike in the US, it seems to have become a major attraction.

  20. Reality Check says:

OK, 40 lashes with a wet noodle for me!

James, could you at least learn to spell Kapi’olani? It is where our great President Barack Obama was born after all. I won’t even comment on “Susquently”.

I hope your just doing this for jollies and aren’t so pathetic as to believe your drivel. Adams is as much of a joke as you are. And anyone who can form the thought in their head that people were curious about where a person was born so they contacted “election officials” is a functional idiot.

Honolulu clerk alleging cover-up: ‘They have failed quite miserably’

    Posted: June 28, 2010

The former Honolulu elections official who alleges Barack Obama was “definitely” not born in Hawaii and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State now says he’s the victim of a vicious smear campaign, threatening his position as an instructor at Western Kentucky University.

“There have been attempts by various parties, some bloggers and others to attempt to discredit [my] claims, but none of them has held up to any scrutiny or rebuttal,” Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk in 2008 for the city and county of Honolulu, is now telling WND.

“My university was deluged with phone calls and e-mails, many of which were either supportive or neutral, but some folks took it upon themselves to actively try and smear or oust me.”
He also says he’s experienced “some minor inconveniences.”

“My computer, e-mails, financial records and school records have all be subjected to fishing expeditions by various authorities. Strange, I’m still here.”
Adams, 45, a Hillary Clinton supporter who now teaches English while he works on his master’s degree, burst onto the national scene in a WND story June 10 in which he asserted Obama was not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains.

“There is no birth certificate,” he said. “It’s like an open secret. There isn’t one. Everyone in the government there knows this.”

Yet Adams also believes Obama is a U.S. citizen who is eligible to be president.

Since WND’s original story, Adams has said he’s willing to testify in court about the matter, and he appeared on an ABC television affiliate to reiterate his claims.

He also says he’s been contacted by Fox News about a possible appearance.

His direct contradiction of the White House storyline that Obama was born in Hawaii has sparked detractors to attack him personally online and on the air.

Adams explains: “I was, among other claims made by these ‘concerned citizens,’ a Nazi, a skinhead, a racist, and a host of other epithets, yet they could point to nothing in my writing or statements that would give credence to their claims; and trust me, they tried their best to find something. In doing so, they overlooked any and all evidence that might not be useful to their desires – the very thing they love to accuse conservatives of doing constantly. I have never been a part of any racialist group, nor espoused any racist doctrines, not that that matters to them.”

In just one flagrant example, MSNBC host Keith Olbermann actually branded Adams as a “white supremacist” as he gave his nightly honor of “Worst Persons in the World” to the “fine fantasists at WorldNetDaily” for its original report about Adams’ claims. Video of the show is embedded here:

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

“Oops! You’re quoting white supremacists about a black president,” Olbermann said. “Well done, WorldNetDaily!”

WND’s story from which Olbermann was reading quoted Adams only based on WND’s own, exclusive, hour-long phone interview with the former elections official, and mentioned no one else making any similar claim about Obama’s hospital-generated birth certificate being non-existent.

Adams, did, however, initially make his allegation June 5 on a show hosted by James Edwards of WLRM Radio in Memphis, Tenn. The show’s website describes Edwards – not Tim Adams – as having an “unapologetically pro-white viewpoint.”

But if anyone is racist against blacks on this issue, Adams says it is those who suggest Obama is not eligible to hold office.

“They don’t like having someone who’s not white,” he told Kentucky’s WBKO-TV, “or they don’t like someone who’s from such a different heritage as President Obama, because his family has ties to Africa. His family also has ties to middle America, so to me it’s also a non-issue.”
“I’m hardly the typical paleoconservative,” he now tells WND. “Things have reached the point in our society that anyone who is seen as supporting conservative, traditional or Christian views is immediately painted as either an extremist or racist. I find it strange no one complained about my supposed radicalism for talking with and doing research on the Native Hawaiian Secessionist Movement, or La Raza, or when I hung out with members of the Vicelords or Latin Kings. Only when I appeared on a pro-white political activism site was I suddenly suspect.”

Regarding his attackers, Adams says, “They have failed quite miserably, despite some going so far as too attempt to backtrack blog entries attributed to me from several years ago in other states and lacking my name. Others have looked at my small amount of undergraduate work, and since they could find no racist or other derogatory statements there, simply tried to denigrate the material. They, too, have failed.”

Adams is now reiterating his three basic claims, none of which he finds “particularly groundbreaking or unusual:”

    * “I was employed as a senior elections clerk in charge of the absentee-balloting office in Honolulu during the initial part of the last elections cycle.

    * I was told by my superiors during the time of the original controversy surrounding President Obama’s birth, that a long-form birth certificate is not filed at the HHD (Hawaii Health Department).

    * It is my opinion, despite this fact, that President Obama was born a citizen of the United States, and is indeed eligible to hold office.”

Regarding Adams’ last point, Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution says to be eligible for the presidency, a candidate must be a “natural born citizen,” not merely a citizen of the country. While the Constitution itself does not define the term, some legal experts contend “natural born” means being born on U.S. soil, as well as being the child of two U.S. citizens.

“My offense seems to be having offended both extremes of the Left and the Right,” Adams told WND.

“The Right doesn’t like my opinion that once certified by the government like any other candidate, President Obama was legally able to hold office. The Left doesn’t like the notion that there was a cover-up of President Obama’s birth. So I get it from both sides, some of whom simply lie, and some of whom go so far as to try and find anything I’ve stated over the past decade that might discredit me. Why? Nothing I’ve said is outrageous or hard to verify.”

WND confirmed with Hawaiian officials that Adams was indeed working in their election offices during the last presidential election.

“His title was senior elections clerk in 2008,” said Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the city and county of Honolulu. Takahashi indicated Adams was in charge of verifying voters’ identity, especially those involving absentee ballots.

Some of Adams’ critics have derided him online as being just “a temp” at the elections office.

“The temporary status of my GS-15 level contract was not some temp agency worker,” Adams explains. “The current manager of the office [is] a lady who has worked there for about a decade – eight of those years she was on the same contract I possessed – [as] they are renewed annually following performance reviews. Getting a permanent, civil-service position is something that requires lots of hard work and time in a city like Honolulu, where everyone is competing for these secure, well-paying jobs. Glen [Takahashi] won’t say I’m a liar, but I have inadvertently caused him quite a bit of trouble.”

Adams stresses he was a manager at the elections office.

“I had a secretary, private office, two assistants and about 50 temp workers [under me].”
He also notes he had access to numerous government databases, including police, Social Security, driver’s license bureau and voter’s registration, not to mention “unfettered Internet access, something else the workers didn’t possess.”

During the summer of 2008, there were conflicting reports Obama had been born at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children, also located in the capital city. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,'” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

“In my professional opinion, [Obama] definitely was not born in Hawaii. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he was not born in Hawaii because there is no legal record of him being born there. If someone called and asked about it, I could not tell them that person was born in the state.”

To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.

    Oh ye of little faith!

You and Bob did point out that it was easy to jump to the wrong conclusion, and so the main article is thereby improved.

  30. Greg says:

By the way, that was a really long article. Let me summarize the only two points that are of any importance in the above. Adams argument can be boiled down to:

I was told by my superiors during the time of the original controversy surrounding President Obama’s birth, that a long-form birth certificate is not filed at the HHD (Hawaii Health Department).

    Hearsay.

So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

    Double hearsay.

Some unknown supervisor told Adams some stuff and an unknown supervisor told him some stuff that some unknown person or persons from the hospital told him.

By contrast, the State of Hawaii has specifically stated that they have Obama’s birth certificate on file and that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Whenever I hear something like this, I sort of wish one of these things would get to the merits phase, so that I could have the honor of volunteering to cross examine you folks. Of course, the court would exclude every piece of “evidence” you guys have. It’s like you all failed evidence class, like you’ve never even heard of hearsay!

DrC: I have addressed various Denialists who post here, to no avail. I will address you, because you are rational.

As I have noted many times, Linda Lingle is Jewish, and was an ardent McCain supporter. She felt McCain/Palin were better for Israel, and if she could have found any dirt, the GOP would have used it with glee.

  32. Keith says:

I put a comment on Mario’s blog about this. I simply pointed out that the Constitution only requires jus soli and a minimum age, not hospital or witnesses, and that the States and Feds must honor official documents of the other States.

I doubt that it will make it through moderation.

  33. Whatever4 says:

Greg: So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

“They told us, ‘We don’t have a birth certificate for him,’” he said. “They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man’s birth.”

I think he left off the rest of what they told him — “We don’t have birth certificates for ANYBODY. We don’t keep birth certificates here, the DOH has those. We have no need to keep physicians or attendants’ signatures on 40-year old birth records. And even if we did, we couldn’t tell you about it. There’s privacy laws about that.”

  34. Gorefan says:

James – “So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.”

Why would they call the two hospitals when one call to DOH would have given them the answer?

Well, based on expereince to date, you seemingly lack any higher intellectual functions, but I’ll ask anyway: What do you think mindlessly cutting and pasting articles from discredited sources accomplishes anyway? If you’re capable of reading and comprehending information, you know that Adams was a temp in an office not associated with birth records who had no access to the information he claims. You further know he was a relatively minor clerk who lied about his positions both in Hawaii and, subsequently in Kentucky. .You further know that his own subsequent statements have contradicted himself.

In short, he’s an obvious liar and fraud. As are you.

Your whole schtick is to try to make innoculous stuff seem “sinister” and you blithely ignore the facts or answers and keep mouthing the same tired old lines over and over and over again. Give it a rest.

While there was some initial confusion about reports of which hospital Obama was born in, all evidence of the mistaken Queens Hospital location for his birth all seem to track back to the same origination – a high school newspaper. It fairly quickly became clear after reporters started actually looking into the issue that ALL other info pointed to one and one source only – Kapi’olani Medical Center – and that the “Queens” report was a simple error.

Every reputable source completely corrected their info – which is what happens in reporting when you discover a mistake.

Only you failed birthers continue to mislead and flog such dead horses in your futile quest for silly stuff to smear the President on.

James: BREAKING NEWS! Hawaii Elections Official: Obama not born here! JUNE 10, 2010 – SMOKING GUN?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wo3Aj2eqmS8&feature=player_embedded

    Wow…*yawn*

So, just more of your “Wag the Dog” pony show, eh?

BFD… you can post YouTube videos that do nothing but repeat the same WND story that you also post as well later on here and call it “breaking news”, when all it does is puts their latest spin on the discredited Tim Adams tale. Wow, all you birthers can do is put stuff together and continuously be your own self-contained circular references. Wag The Dog indeed!

Neither Tim Adams nor WND have credibility and there is barely anything new to the story that isn’t anything but more heresay, so your latest “OMG” moment lands with barely a whimper, sorry.

As SluggoJD has already outed you, you are not credible either – just a mere con artist trying to intentionally make stuff up and spin your L.I.E.S. and propaganda to no useful effect here.

The only points worth of note on the WND article & this report are as follows:

    1. WND for the first time actually mentions the white supremacy connections of the radio show that led to the initial Tim Adams story being told. Although they still do their best to downplay it and Adams connects as much as possible.

    2. Speaking of which, the article does reveal what I had already suspected and wrote about several days ago on this blog site – Adams caught a lot of heat from his teaching job for this and is doing everything he can to CYA and save his career prospects and try to distance himself and vigorously deny / downplay as much as possible his connections to white supremacists or other racial & ugly past statements that have been uncovered. His entire media effort now, including this WND article is total “spin control” to that effect.

    3. WND makes several additional claims about Adams job role & responsibilities as a HI “elections clerK”, including systems that he had access to in an attempt to make him look as “important” a figure as they can to help flog their story. That is probably the only new information worthy of note in this article and bears further investigation of these new claims. As WND has a long history of agenda-based propaganda, misleading stories and telling outright whoppers; I’ll wait for someone else to independently check with HI election officials to validate their latest claims on Adam’s role and responsibility, particularly as it seems to be a “huge upgrade” of his “significance” from what any other investigative source has found or gotten a response so far on this issue.

  39. G says:

Dr. Conspiracy: Oh ye of little faith!

You and Bob did point out that it was easy to jump to the wrong conclusion, and so the main article is thereby improved

LOL. Oh, I had no doubt that you would make the necessary improvements to make the article and info clearer, once you saw our posts – your record is very strong on being able to do that. That was the whole intent. Thanks.

    🙂

  40. bob says:

Greg: Of course, the court would exclude every piece of “evidence” you guys have. It’s like you all failed evidence class, like you’ve never even heard of hearsay!

Objection; assumes facts not in evidence — no birther here has gone to law school.

  41. bob says:

P.S.: Thanks, Doc, for clarifying the article; your reputation for honesty serves you well.

  42. James (quoting, WND, quoting Tim Adams): “I had a secretary, private office, two assistants and about 50 temp workers [under me].”
He also notes he had access to numerous government databases, including police, Social Security, driver’s license bureau and voter’s registration, not to mention “unfettered Internet access, something else the workers didn’t possess.”

Well that explains totally how Adams knew that the hospitals had been contacted and no birth certificate was available for Obama. He got it off the Internet, such as from a web page like this one from the Gina Cobb site:

“All of these were called or visited from November 20 – December 2nd 2008. It is confirmed, Obama not born in any hospital in Honolulu County! NONE! The main two hospitals claimed are below, and neither have a record of Obama or Mother Ann in either of them. Hospital employees bribed, some gave info for free. All to be released on video shortly.”

  43. charo says:

    Doc,

If Adams did have a secretary and supervised approximately 50 employees, wouldn’t Takahashi’s statement that Adams was a low level employee be misleading? As G suggested, someone needs to verify the facts.

I took Adams comment about unfettered internet access as an attempt to show that he was in more of a position of authority. My husband works for a company that contracts with the state and he works in a state building; he has limited access to the internet. Whether Adams had unfettered access or not, I don’t know.

  44. ellid says:

    @Charo –

Adams was a temp. It is far more likely that he is exaggerating his power, position, and authority than anything else.

  45. racosta says:

CHARO: I took Adams comment about unfettered internet access as an attempt to show that he was in more of a position of authority
    .
No, that was Dr. C’s jike. So you believe he had access to Chicago, IL voters information as that’s where Obama was voting. What reason woulld a Hawaiian elections office have for checking an Illinois voter? It seems highly likey that Tim Adams is a telling a sack of puupuu.

  46. charo says:

    ellid,

Adams’ claims can be proven or disproven, regarding having a secretary and employees below him, and whether his contract could have lead to a more permanent position. He is essentially calling Fukino a liar about the birthplace of President Obama. He knew when he gave that initial interview that he would get attention. He seems to be baiting Fukino and even Takahashi. He is choosing to stay in the spotlight. If he were that concerned about his job, he wouldn’t keep the flames fanned. He would shut up publicly and defend himself privately. I think he knows exactly what he is doing. Why? It will come out. He wants to be on Fox News. We’ll see if that happens. He knows he is going to be asked who, what and where. Didn’t he say that his “supervisor” gave him information? How many supervisors does he have? It seems thatTakahashi was one. His answer was that no voters were asking questions. Did he say that he never told Adams anything?

These are just questions I have; they are not directed at you. specifically.

(When I saw that Sven called him Tim Allen, I busted a gut…)

  47. charo says:

    racosta,

No, I don’t think he had access to Illinois voters. I think HE (not me) is saying that as a matter of office gossip, there isn’t a long form. I think he is using his position to garner support for his statement. Either he elevated his position or Takahashi downplayed it. Takahashi made it sound as if Adams were one of the fifty being supervised rather than Adams being over the fifty.

This should be able to be verified.

Something else, Doc, that I have recently seen and of which you may already be aware through your research. I considered the whole newspaper issue to be resolved when I saw on the P&E that John Charlton dropped it based upon the work of one of his commenters. I applied the same reasoning that you do with Clinton/McCain and Obama: if they didn’t find something, there is nothing to find… If the P&E dropped the issue, it is dead in birtherland. There is. however, someone researching that whole thing again, and I mean researching, not just copying and pasting and relying on others’ speculation. It’s out there again. I haven’t seen any updates in the last few days or so. It could be that the researcher came to the conclusion that the issue is over. Just FYI.

CHARO: “…matter of office gossip, there isn’t a long form”

    .
It was, by Takahashi (“he was a clerk checking registration forms and the elections office does not have access to Health Dept records”)
    .
Besides how could you glean credible information from Office gossip from people who had no access to his BC records and on a topic that had no bearing on their jobs. They would have no business checking on a non-voter (Takahashi stated that Obama was not registered to vote in Hawaii) Obama was a Illinois resident running for office and voting in Chicago IL)
    .
Why do Birthers want to believe Total BS? The Tim Adams story is not going anywhere , except for those with limited intelligence, it smells to high heaven and is really silly!

  52. charo says:

The verification refers to the position of Adams, not the gossip.

  53. racosta says:

CHARRO: The verification refers to the position of Adams, not the gossip.
    .
Check Takahashi’s total statement, especially this:

“Takahashi explained that the “senior elections clerk” job that Adams held was a low-level data entry position dealing with voter registration and absentee ballots — Adams was one of dozens of temporary employees who staffed the pre-election rush. And he contradicted Adams’s claims that Obama’s lack of a birth certificate was an “open secret” or that voters contacted the office to ask about it.

“To be honest, I fielded no questions about that,” Takahashi said. “Why would anyone ask us? We don’t have those”

  54. charo says:

    racosta,

There is obviously a conflict in how Takahashi describes the position and how Adams does. If he had a secretary and was responsible for 50 employees, low level is a misleading term, at least to me, maybe not to you. If Adams fabricated the whole secretary 50 employees thing, then that should be easily verified. Did he or did he not have a secretary and 50 employees below him?

  55. charo says:

last question is not to you

  56. Domokun says:

“The temporary status of my GS-15 level contract was not some temp agency worker,” Adams explains…Getting a permanent, civil-service position is something that requires lots of hard work and time…”

Checked Honolulu’s compensation schedule for full time equivalents (FTE), and his title, regardless of temp contract, is a “BU 3” (Bargaining Unit), SR 12 (Salary Range). Anyway, here’s his job description (approved in ’68): http://www4.honolulu.gov/hrjobclass/index3.htm

For him to be a FTE, they’d have to open a slot for that level and they’re NOT cuz that’s too expensive for a city budget, and no one is worth that much no matter how much time he puts in or how hard he works. Anyway, him calling it a “GS-15” is just wrong cuz that’s not what Honolulu calls it. GS is “General Schedule”, and that’s really just a term for Federal, not local…especially the bourgey way he’s passing it off. Way I hear him saying it, he’s making it sound like a Federal scale.

He deserves a junkpunch for making me read all this hateful, headache-inducing crap.

  59. G says:

    Hi Charo,

Actually, there is some initial digging & followup being done already on the latest Tim Adams story on another one of the threads here. I thought I’d cut & paste the relevant posts to give you the update so far.

One of the key findings is that the WND story claim about his position/pay grade of GS-15 seems to be totally bogus and not possible at all. Therefore, their whole claim of his role there seems highly suspect at best. It seems very likely that the latest WND story is meant to try to wildly embellish and fluff up Adam’s credentials again to rebut the findings that he was only a temp clerk.

Here is that summary for you:

    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2010/06/more-from-tim-adams/

sfjeff: Going back to Adams again- have any of his co-workers come out agreeing with anything Adams has said, other than confirming that he had worked in the elections office?

What about his secretary? One of his staff of ’15′? Certainly its possible that he had a secretary or staff- but if so, where are their statements? Birthers are asking for witnesses to a birth 49 years ago, so finding someone who worked with Adams two years ago and could confirm the basic details of his statement- his staff, pay grade, access to data bases- should be a piece of cake.

Greg: Here’s the thing. Adams could be Pope Benedict and telling God’s honest truth and still be wrong. That’s the thing about hearsay. The person whose credibility is most important isn’t in the picture. How do we know this unnamed supervisor was telling the truth? Does he have a bias? Is he credible? Did he give an accurate description of what he was told by the hospitals?

If it’s the same supervisor that has disputed Adams, then we have a clue. Either he’s telling the truth, which means that Adams is lying or Adams is telling the truth and the supervisor is a liar. Either way, the story is based on the words of a liar.

Expelliarmus: Adams is clearly lying because (a) there would be no reason for the election departments in Hawaii to call the hospitals, and (b) any idiot knows that you wouldn’t go about verify somebody’s birth 48 years previously by phoning hospitals, which don’t keep records that long.

Since he is obviously lying about the phone calls, I assume he is lying about the GS level, assistants and secretary. He was a data entry clerk.

Expelliarmus: GS-15 is a FEDERAL civil service job category. It also happens to be the highest category, and generally requires a Ph.D. or better in terms of education — as well as substantial experience.

The Hawaii Office of Elections is a STATE OFFICE.. It does not categorize employees using the GS system — and it certainly wouldn’t hire a GS-15 equivalent category to do temporary, clerical work checking ballots and doing database entry.

The fact that the guy claims to be GS-15 is essentially proof that he is a liar. It is patently ridiculous — the only thing that is more ridiculous is that anyone would be gullible enough to believe that claim.

Hawaii uses an entirely different numbering system for its employees — it is likely that Adams had an “SR” pay grade, probably SR-10 at best.

All you have to do is check the public employment web sites in Hawaii to know this.

Expelliarmus: Actually, I don’t even think the temporary elections clerk job would have had a government civil service classification. It seems that Hawaii hires temps via Kelly Services — here’s a current listing:
    https://kellycareernetwork.tms.hrdepartment.com/cgi-bin/a/highlightjob.cgi?jobid=65596&referrer=&site_id=148&view_language=en-US

They pay $10/hour. It’s listed as entry level, administrative/clerical – and requires the ability to type 40 wpm.

    Sharon and John,
I heard a short segment of Michael Medved’s radio show Monday AM.
He allows calls about Conspiracy Theories weekly, and allowed one caller
to talk about eligibility, much to my surprise.
Medved, I believe, hinted at what most of Talk Radio believes about the issue when he told the caller that 99+% of lawyers believe that Obama is natural born by being born in Hawaii, as parentage doesn’t count in English Common Law, which our founders never formally changed.
Studying further I find that French law history is different from the rest of Europe and may be based on historical Roman Law in regard to citizenship.
If indeed our heads of most all news organizations were told this when they were warned not to allow programming on eligibility, then WE THE PEOPLE should certainly fact-check statements to that effect, don’t you think?
We have already interviewed Mario Apuzzo. We know where Orly Taitz stands.
We need to find out where indeed 99+% truly do stand on the issue, and if indeed false information was used to coerce our media.
Survey legal experts, do interviews with the leading lawyers who head up their various organizations, re-interview Apuzzo and Taitz as to what they perceive are the views of their colleagues and report to WE THE PEOPLE.
    ——————-
Mrs. Rondeau replies: Both Attys. Apuzzo and Taitz have stated that it is not only “jus soli” which determines natural born Citizenship, but also “jus sanguinis,” or the citizenship/allegiance of one’s parents at the time of his birth. I recall reading that on Orly’s website almost from the beginning of the controversy in the fall of 2008. Atty. Apuzzo has certainly stated it many times. Many people, however, equate “citizen” with “natural born Citizen” because they don’t know the true meaning. Since almost no one is taught the Constitution anymore, everyone seemingly has come to believe that being born on the soil is enough. However, I believe that the real constitutional scholars out there have done the research and determined that the words “natural born” in the Constitution mean more than simply “born in the country.” And Obama has not even proven that he was born in this country, so he had massive eligibility hurdles from the beginning. Perhaps Medved has “allowed” discussion recently because Salem communications is losing listeners. They produce Townhall.com, from which I unsubscribed many months ago after they refused to address Obama’s questionable eligibility, and I know others have done the same.

    Bob1943 says:
    Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 9:11 AM
If Medved is right and “99+%” of the media believes just being born in Hawaii is good enough, then that means they believe an anchor baby born to two non-citizens is eligibile to be president? If so, isn’t that completely lacking in any sort of logic? Would not the media personnel that are being told this possess the intelligence to see something wrong? I suppose the “warning” the media received made the definition of what a natural born citizen is a moot point. It’s the fear factor that worked. Obviously, if they truly believe that all that is required to be a natural born citizen was to be born in this country, they would welcome a media discussion of the issue…….instead they imposed a media blackout. They know the truth, but are forcing the media to pretend their version of the truth is correct.

Is there anything we can try that has not already been done to force at least a fair and open discussion by the so-called main steam media, Fox included, on this most important issue?

    Vic Hern says:

    yo and Sharon,

Yes of course I agree with all that you say.
I think and believe as you do.
In the beginning, back in the 2008 campaign and even before, my first thoughts were
that Obama was a qualified candidate, but that changed very quickly when I read the
opposite. Just a little education was all that was required.
He is half black and half white which does not matter.
He is also half Kenyan and half USA American, and that DOES matter.
My point earlier is that 99+% of LAWYERS (according to Medved) believe he is eligible, and we NEED to address where he got that information and if indeed all lawyers believe that.
I mean that his statement he believes to be factual is being broadcast to millions, totally nutifying and humiliating WE THE PEOPLE.
Maybe we should interview Medved and see if he will open up about the pressure applied, as he seemed quite passionate on the subject.
    —————–
Mrs. Rondeau replies: Perhaps you could send him one of Atty. Apuzzo’s excellent articles which explain why both parents must be citizens at the time of the person’s birth. That would certainly educate him. I think most people are just looking for the easy way out to justify why they haven’t taken a stand on Obama’s eligibility, but if presented with the correct historical documents, perhaps their eyes would be opened and they would have to admit that they missed something. You could also print The Post & Email’s article on Breckinridge Long, who argued the same thing, was an attorney and a lifelong Democrat, and fax it to Mr. Medved. Then you could follow up with him a week or so later and ask if he read it and if he would be willing to discuss it on air.

I would also like to pressure John McCain to speak to any quid pro quo he may know about regarding that nonsense Senate Resolution declaring he was natural born. As the principle involved I have to believe that he knows the whole story. If we could contact J D Hayworth and ascertain where he is on eligibility, he could put campaign pressure on McCain to intervene on behalf of LTC Terry Lakin, as well as the quid pro quo dealings.
Any move that would place Hayworth’s name front and center in this primary season might appeal to him, as in defending a Military Hero.
These issues would have to move quickly as the Arizona Senate Primary is AUG 24, and LTC Lakin’s court martial has been delayed but coming soon I believe. Has anyone heard a date certain?

“Is there anything we can try that has not already been done to force at least a fair and open discussion by the so-called main steam media, Fox included, on this most important issue?”

Of course. Get Medved and his attorney friends “on record” here, revealing their source and perhaps any threats or coercion applied.
    Then educate them all.
Medved went public with statements and seemed passionate about it, so why not?
Fox would probably cover the story, especially if we get Hannity involved. Medved may well be friends with Hannity and would be willing to be on Fox TV perhaps debating with Mario and Orly.
Ratings for Hannity and Fox would be thru the roof.
Bring in LTC Lakin’s circumstance and J D Hayworth and it goes balistic.
Hannity would have to be strict as the referee. I hate it when debates wind up as talkover contests and nothing coherent comes forth.

So, based on this bourgeyness, he’s a Fail. We should ignore him completely–pick up a magazine or start a conversation with someone else if he starts talking.

Obama, if born in Hawaii, was a natural born citizen.

  65. g: One of the key findings is that the WND story claim about his position/pay grade of GS-15 seems to be totally bogus and not possible at all.

  69. SluggoJD says:

Well, wasn’t he only working there for a few months himself that summer? That sounds pretty temporary to me. His own timeframe there seems to have been just a seasonal temp job, from my understanding of things. Correct me if I’m wrong.

  72. charo says:

To be more accurate, the wnd quotes Adams as making the statement.

“”The temporary status of my GS-15 level contract was not some temp agency worker,” Adams explains.

charo: I said that there was a discrepancy that should be verified. I don’t think I said the word credible anywhere. Glad that someone has gone digging. This should make your life even more fun. E-mailing Tim Adams for an explanation and posting his response would be even more entertainment and get more traffic here.

    Good points.

I’ve re-read all of Charo’s posts on this question. I think some here have misinterpreted what Charo has been asking to somehow imply that she thinks Tim Adams is credible. I don’t get that from reading her posts – merely that she thinks Adam’s latest backstory claims of his rank & responsibilities vie the WND article bear some further investigation to determine if there is any of it that is true or credible.

So I’m backing Charo on this. I think that is a reasonable question to want to get to the bottom of the truth of what Tim Adams role really was there and what level of authority/responsibility/access he had.

Although, I think the best points made in response were to give Charo the number of who to call so she can find out for herself first hand.

I hope Charo has appreciated the rest of what has been found so far & reported on here.

I think the biggest takeaway is that WND & Tim Adam’s entire story is highly suspect, as the various elements that have been looked into so far don’t match at all with the claims they have made.

At best, Tim Adam’s story seems to come down to hearsay upon hearsay with a healthy dose of extreme exaggeration. At that appears to be the best case scenario. More than likely, however, this whole thing appears to go well beyond the realm of mere embellishment and the entire tale has a foul bogus stink to it.

    Good work, Charo!

Now my main question is, do we actually know the start/end timeframes of when Tim Adams actually did this “work” at the HI elections office?

His statement is that he was “on leave til August 21st and I don’t think I’ll be going back” indicates that he actually STOPPED doing that work at some point PRIOR TO 08/21/2008, when he was due to return from being on leave.

We don’t know WHEN he first went on leave, which sounds like that would be his actual last day working there.

We also don’t know the real reasons he was on “leave” in the first place. His complaint of “office politics” is a fairly typical type of complaint that many different people use, often as an excuse for why they were really “let go”…

More importantly, WHEN did he START working for that office in the first place?

Also, all of this evidence goes back to reinforce that this guy, even though he is older, is just merely a student who appears to be doing some temp/seasonal work, like many students do.

His own statements explaining that he was in HI because he went to the U. of HI support that.

Furthermore, I think this is a good time to point out that WND and Tim Adams himself like to point out that he currently “teaches” at that college, again, which seems to me like nothing more than trying to make him seem more important & credible than he really is.

If you read those statements, he’s currently working on his Masters while teaching. So, he’s no true professor, just a “typical” grad student, who has to do teach some basic low-level undergrad classes while he works on his Masters. That’s fairly standard practice for grad students to follow, so I’m less than impressed with how he’s trying to portray his credentials as if he’s some faculty professor – which he is not.

His comments about the U. of HI most likely refer to him being a student working on his undergrad there, which would make perfect sense – he get’s his BA in English there & then goes to KY to work on his Masters. Pretty basic, standard stuff.

Again, all this shows is this guy is just your typical student trying to make himself & his temp summer job appear to be bigger & more important than they actually are.

Also, for the record, I don’t consider you “nutty” and I’m glad you post here, as I don’t consider you to fall into the “birther” category at all. I consider you to be someone who is coming from a Conservative perspective with some strong distrust and skepticism, that’s all. It is good for us to get legitimate questions and ensure that we do our research, reporting and responding to a sufficient & accurate level and that we don’t fall into a trap of just talking amongst ourselves.

Therfefore, you are totally unlike most of the actual “birthers” who show up here – who quickly reveal that they are not about trying to get answers or truth at all and instead have an intentional agenda of spreading propaganda & misinformation.

charo: That sounds logical. I can’t figure out why he keeps on, though. It would seem to endanger his job and yet he doesn’t seem to care. There’s crazy and then there’s crazy. He is going to school, teaching and doesn’t seem to be independently wealthy, yet he is endangering his livelihood, for what?

I suspect 2 factors at work here for Tim Adam’s motivation:

    1. The appeal of getting one’s “15 minutes of fame”.

    2. There has been a stark contrast between what Adams says & focuses on in his initial report to the White Supremacist radio show at the White Supremacist convention (which was also the basis of WND’s initial report, which they claimed credit for and didn’t mention the White Supremacist origins at all)…AND *every* subsequent interview / report that he has done or has been done on him.

If you look at those differences and see the shift in focus, it appears that now everything is in “CYA” mode – trying to downplay his racist ties and to play up his credentials. All of these later reports came after initial investigation into his story & his own background revealed both the fallacies of his initial statements & claims as well as other disturbing statements in his own background.

Therefore, once the initial investigations came out, he was trapped and is now stuck in a vicious cycle of having to spin more lies & stories to cover for his previous ones. I don’t think he thought the consequences through when he went for his initial 15-minutes of fame and now he’s trying to frame things different because he’s both trying to hold onto the attention he craves while trying to do “damage control” and protect his current & future career prospects at the same time.

Therefore, I don’t think he fully understands that his attempts at CYA are only digging a deeper hole for himself. That’s not really that atypical of human behavior at all.

As I posted above, a civil service, clerical position in Hawaii would probably have an “SR” designation — AND the elections department uses Kelly Services to fill its temp positions, so those are probably all exempt positions with no government pay grade designation. The current ad for temp workers that Kelly is running says $10/hour for the basic worker, which equates to roughly a $20K annual salary. The “senior” clerk position likely pays a little more. (SR-10’s, the government equivalent for the position, get around $25K annual salary).

The fact that he claims “GS-15” status for a job where that didn’t apply really is more proof that he’s lying — although I still think it’s a case of barroom b.s. gone viral.

  88. Expelliarmus says:

Dr. Conspiracy: WND didn’t say Adams was a GS-15. They said that he had a contract that was on the “level” of a GS-15, i.e. analogous to a GS-15, which is totally bogus.

Actually, its possible that “senior clerk” could be on the “level” of a Hawaii SR-15, which is totally different — its the level assigned to newly hired court clerks, and pays roughly $2800/month. See http://governmentjobs.com/view_job.cfm?JobID=227422

It would equate to an hourly rate of about $16.

But to equate federal GS categories to state SR categories is like drawing an equivalency between dollars and lira. Totally different currency.

  89. charo says:

“Being from Hawaii and knowing many gov workers, I say the GS-15 is BS (and they don’t use the federal term “GS” at all, strange that Adams brings it up, maybe he doesn’t know …” (richCares)

It sounds like he doesn’t know the difference because the comments above show the kind of pay grade at the federal level is significantly different. The part that I would like to know whether or not is fabricated is this:

Adams stresses he was a manager at the elections office.

“I had a secretary, private office, two assistants and about 50 temp workers [under me].”

    Bob described above:

**Adams “explains” that his job was “temporary” in the sense it was an annual contract, subject to renewal. I think what he is trying to say is those that he managed were seasonal temps, but his position was year-round but subject to annual renewal.**

Whether he got the job through a temp agency is not known.

Takahashi made it a point to term the position a low level clerk. A secretary, private office and assistants with supervisory duties is not low level. That is the discrepancy to which I refer. It is time for Tim to cough up some details to prove the truth of that statement. I will say that in his blog from 2008, he referred to having a managerial position, but as has been said, one can embellish one’s position. Will the “secretary” turn out to be a receptionist for the whole office, the private office his own cube and supervisory duties “I had to help people”? With the way the Tim Adams events have so far transpired, I would bet there is more to come.

If anything, that’s the type of person you hire for a seasonal, temporary position.

I agree – it makes no sense at all that a mere seasonal, temp position would be given that type of access, office space & responsibilities.

Furthermore, how do we even know that he had graduated from the U. in HI at that point and wasn’t still a mere undergrad student? What is missing from the story, at least from what I know if it is when he went to KY to start his masters. Was it fall of 2008 or later?

The point is, he’s just a mere grad student even now. His KY “teaching position” is only what is known as a TA (teaching assistant), which means he gets to teach the lowest-level basic undergrad classes at best, or merely assist the main prof in those classes with teaching and/or grading papers. That is a fairly standard expectation of grad students working on their masters.

Which is just further evidence that this guy has a consistent history for completely embellishing his record and accomplishments.

Also on timing – as I pointed out earlier, what is more important is we don’t have the actual START nor true END dates of his HI elections temp work in 2008.

Remember, all we have been given is that Aug, 21 2008 date, which was when he was supposed to RETURN to that position from a “leave of absence” and that he decided not to go back for “political reasons”.

Now privacy laws prevent employers from stating why they let a person go or why they took a “leave of absence” in the first place.

He very well could have been on disciplinary leave or let go by them for all we know and they wouldn’t be allowed to reveal that. I’ve seen many people claim they left a position for “political reasons” which really meant that they were canned or disciplined or in trouble for poor performance or worse. In essence, his whole story is fishy and suspect, particularly in light of all the information we do actually know.

So, again to harp on the “leave of absence” issue – who knows how long this guy was even working there at all. A “leave of absence” usually implies a longer period of time away from work – often measured in numerous weeks or months. If someone is just away for even a week or two, you don’t call it a “leave of absence” – it is typically referred to as “vacation”, whether paid or unpaid (in an hourly situation).

So again, we have no idea when his actual “last day” was there, except that it most certainly was quite a few weeks or more PRIOR TO 08/21/2008.

Which again goes to debunking his entire original story of the issues & types of ballots he claims to have been working with as he was out of the picture long before the 2008 general election took place, prior to any of the DNC or RNC conventions and way before any of the fall ballots would have been finalized and designed.

He also wouldn’t have been dealing with any primary ballots for that year either, as HI used the Caucus system for both their primaries and in 2008, those took place much earlier in the year:

2008 HI GOP Caucuses (1/25-2/7) — Yes, back in January of 2008
    2008 HI Democratic Caucuses: – February 19, 2008

And that is it. That was Hawaii’s entire Primary activity in 2008.

    http://www.ncsl.org/default.aspx?tabid=16512

So the only thing people in the elections office would be dealing with during the summer of 2008 is merely voter registration. As Obama hadn’t lived in the state of HI for decades, there is absolutely no reason his name would be in the databases they were using for voter registration nor would be an issue they were dealing with at all.

The more you look into any aspect of it, the more that Tim Adams entire story seems to fall apart and be bogus.

Some key things from that post that I wanted to add here in terms of the Tim Adams situation:

BTW, thanks to a person at “Obama Conspiracy Theories”, we have a better idea of what the State of Hawaii looks for in temporary Election Clerks..

“Job Title : Clerks wanted Job Code : 65596 Job Type : Full Time Category : Administrative/Clerical Career Level : Entry Level Education : High School – No Diploma Compensation : From 10 To 10 USD Per Hour Location : Honolulu Hawaii US 96814 Job Description : Kelly Services is looking to hire Election Clerks for the fall of 2010. The assignments will vary in length from several weeks to several months each starting at different times. Some positions may require working on weekends and after hours with possible overtime. We are looking for people who have experience with customer service and good computer skills.”

“He also notes he had access to numerous government databases, including police, Social Security, driver’s license bureau and voter’s registration, not to mention “unfettered Internet access, something else the workers didn’t possess.””

Funny, according to the office of elections for the State of Hawaii, people in that office have the following:

“The State of Hawaii’s existing voter registration system is a “single, uniform, centralized, interactive, and uniform computerized statewide voter register” as required by HAVA. The present system is integrated with the statewide driver license database and the City & County of Honolulu property records. If Hawaii’s neighbor island (Maui, Hawaii, Kauai) property databases are reintegrated with the City & County of Honolulu’s real property system, the possibility also exists for simultaneous integration with the voter registration system as well.”

Drivers license database and City/County of Honolulu records only.

“It should be noted that that description is awfully consistent with the posts Tim made to his MySpace blog in 2008. Right down to the haole label and the early departure in August.”

Has anyone else seen those myspace comments, I haven’t, but it jives.

Yup, because headlines are ALWAYS correct. (I was worried it was too subtle.)

bob: I can show two Honolulu newspapers that for whatever reason make the assertion that Barack Obama was born in what is now called the Kapi’olani Medical Center there in Honolulu, Hawaii. The birth annoucements don’t specify the hospital.

If the Constitution requires a president to be born in a hospital, quite a few of our former presidents are in big constitutional trouble.

  113. jamese777 says:

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater (Bob Ross): I thought haole is an insult meaning along the lines of halfbreed?

    “Half-breed” is “hapa-haole” (“half-white”).

    Every President before Carter.

Except Shrub. He was born in a manger. Don’t believe me?

Read this: God told me to invade Iraq.

Hey, I have another one: God told me to invade Iraq.

    “manger”

It would make sense to find shrubbery in an animal feed trough.

That’s because he has the DTs.

Remember, during his first term, he appeared with bruises on his face? He claimed he choked on a pretzel. Nonsense, he was drunk.

  119. I thought Apuzzo’s article was really pretty funny. After posing his question, he wrote:

Please do not answer my questions by telling me…

Please do not answer my questions by telling me…
Please do not answer my questions by telling me…
Please do not answer my questions by accusing me…
Please do not answer my questions with a question…
And finally, please do not answer my questions by telling me…

I can imagine Apuzzo summing up in front of the jury:

“Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I challenge the prosecution to prove that my client was driving under the influence. Mr. Prosecutor, please do not try to show us some useless breathalyzer results, and please do not answer my challenge with video of my client weaving in traffic, and please do not accuse me of ignoring the video of my client falling down 3 times during the field sobriety test, and finally don’t pull out that tired story of the witnesses at that party saying my client was falling down drunk as he drove away. I want real proof!”

LMAO! Yeah, that’s exactly how it came across to me too when I first read it. Apuzzo seems to be completely oblivious to how hilarious his tantrums come across in print.

  121. bob says:

Apuzzo: “Do these pants make me look fat? Please do not answer, ‘yes’.”
Mrs. Apuzzo*: “In that case, no.”
Apuzzo: “Thank you for your honest answer.”

    * Or should I say putative Mrs. Apuzzo; I’ve certainly never seen her birth certificate.

  122. G: LMAO! Yeah, that’s exactly how it came across to me too when I first read it. Apuzzo seems to be completely oblivious to how hilarious his tantrums come across in print.

Well, he put on that funny hat, right? Maybe he has a future in comedy.

Of course. He already has a present and past in comedy. It’s just not funny ha-ha. More like absurd theater.

Maybe Obama will get back the “millions of dollars” he has supposedly spent “hiding his BC” & defending against these suits. LOL
