Ron Polland (the fake Internet document expert who used to call himself Dr. Ron Polarik) has produced the most outrageously fraudulent, lie filled, and total bullshit video on YouTube that I have ever seen. I was left speechless by the breadth and the audacity of it.
Given that his PhD is real, he must not be an idiot. What does that leave? You figure it out.
Here is the damned thing, but first I spit on it. I hope Dr. Fukino sues his sorry ass. This video is clearly malicious slander.

Published comments from the Department of Health tell us that the Department went paperless in 2001 and the form revision date at the bottom of the Obama COLB (printed in 2007) shows a revision date of 11/01. Polarik makes a huge deal that the State changed the COLB in 2008, in the SAME MONTH that Dr. Fukino made a public statement saying the the State of Hawaii had Obama’s records according to regulation. However, if you had asked me whether or not Hawaii had changed the certificate in 2008 without any reference to Obama, I would had said that likely they did. Why? Because the National Standard Birth Certificate, published by the National Center for Health Statistics, changed in 2003 and states typically follow with the redesign of their systems in about 3-7 years. (Some take longer.) Therefore we would normally expect Hawaii to tweak the certificate around 2008.

Well, outside of being completely libelous BS, I do have to say that the soundtrack was good.
Where on earth did he get that “Certificate of Live Birth”? I’ve never seen that one before.
The document STILL on both Factcheck.org & STILL on Obama’s campaign website AND every other site or TV show I’ve seen is always the exact same one and only “Certification of Live Birth” that we’ve always referred to. Yeah, the very same one that Polland claims all these websites “scrubbed” and no longer have there… well its still there.
How can anyone be that stupid to make such blatant lies that can be easily checked and caught within seconds of searching? Is Polland completely pathological?
So, where did this new “Certificate” come from? Did Polland just create his own forged document?
I think all 5 of the women in the video should be sent a copy. They all would have rights to pursue him for his slander & libel, in my opinion.
Polland created this document. His original post on FreeRepublic said,
There were some glaring holes in this. Apparently, in his first draft, he put “Hawaii” as “Island of Birth” and “Hawaii” as “County of Birth”. He put the father’s race as “Black”, and listed the father’s “country of birth” as being “Africa”.
When people saw these obvious mistakes, Polland “fixed” some of these issues. There have been at least 3 drafts around, before he finally pulled it off from his website. A second draft fixed the Island and County of Birth Issues, but not the “Africa” being listed as a country.
It’s amusing to see Polland be caught with this.

And yes, he forged his own, and apparently tried to pass them off as real at FR, got caught, quietly posted another one that was also fake, got caught again, and some Freepers turned against him.
Hilarious – Lucas banned from FR, and now Polarik exposes himself as the fraud we always knew he was.

Finally, someone is asking me the right questions.
The new 2009 COLB is one of several, genuine paper COLBs I have. I wanted to show everyone what it looked like – up close and personal – but instead of redacting the private information on it, I replaced it with Obama’s information in the same, exact way that Obama’s forger created the fabricated COLB used in Factcheck’s phony photo shoot.
It is a layered composite, created totally in Photoshop, and everyone who has watched video 1-4 or video 2-1 would know that. In fact, if they watched video 2-2, they would know how to make it themselves.
So, while it’s a genuine 2009 form, the information on it originally came from Bambi’s “2007 COLB.” It is this information that I have posited as now being a part of his actual birth records (if “actual” can be used with Bambi).
Now, you see, FReepers are not going to understand how this fits with everything else that has transpired in the past two years to hide Obama’s birth records (and every other record of interest) without watching all four videos from Chapter One (followed or preceded by “It’s the conspiracy, stupid”).
This is the only way to really understand how Factcheck, Politifact, Hawaii Health Dept., and the Obama Campaign/Administration have corrodinated this fraud.

Everybody in Illinois knew Obama was born in Hawaii when they voted him in as Senator. I live in Illinois and it was touted all over the place that he was born in Hawaii. Everybody in his Hyde PArk district knew he was born in Hawaii when he ran for State Senator.

Polland / Polarik posted version 1 of it on Free Republic. When a couple people (14 minutes later) started pointing out errors, he posted a second version with the errors corrected without noting it was a corrected version. Many of the freepers couldn’t even buy THAT one though, and he pulled both and made a “disclaimer” that he created it to show “how such things could be done” and to “prove his skills in digital images”.
Since it took 14 minutes to catch his errors, I’d say he showed his digital image skills alright. He showed they sucked as badly as his “document forensic” skills.
He’s now attacking those freepers who dare voice their disappointment in being fooled by him. And notice the video has no such disclaimer, he’s presenting that as “fact”.

You do know there’s no credible proof that Lolo Soetoro adopted Obama. Not that it would have made any difference, since under both US and Indonesian law, Obama couldn’t have lost his US citizen OR gained Indonesian citizenship even if he had been adopted.
There’s also no credible proof that Obama was born outside of Hawaii either.

Absolutely false. My friend’s mother married another man 7 years after his father died. The step-father never formally adopted my friend, and my friend’s name continued to have the last name of his deceased father. Only his mother gained the last name of her new husband.

Hey Doc, just to be sure, I ordered a copy of my COLB to see if Hawaii has changed the lalyout/format of the COLB (including the name) – I’ll let you know if the change has been made to the one that Polland posted.
That is the gray area I was thinking of too – which is why I felt it important to mention both, as I believe there is justification to pursue both libel & slander charges.
1 – I too believe there is a case for libel and slander. I doubt they will, because that would just give more publicity to someone who is unbalanced. Just because someone has an advanced degree, does not mean they are immune to mental illness.
2 – Obama somehow lost citizenship as a child. I’ll repeat my experience: when in Israel, I was asked to serve in the IDF. I went to the US Embassy in Tel Aviv, and spoke with a legal affairs representative. Since there is a proviso that serving in a foreign military can cause loss of citizenship, I told him of my concern. I was told the only way I could lose my US citizenship, was by renouncing it in writing. A ten-year old child cannot do so.
I returned to the US with my US passport. Sorry, Denialists.
The point would be that, as a defendant in a lawsuit, he would have a legal opportunity to depose the plaintiffs on the issue of the truth or falsity of the matters they are suing over. If the goal is to force production of documents related to Obama’s birth, then a lawsuit over a claim that the documents are fraudulent would be one way (in theory) to do that. It would eliminate the standing issue — Polland doesn’t have standing to sue the DOH in Hawaii, but he does have “standing” to defend himself against a lawsuit brought by Hawaii officials for defamation.
I’m pretty sure it’s libel. Legally, electronic media is deemed a “writing”.
Analytically, the difference is really one of proof and exposure. With slander — a verbal communication — you’ve got a he said, she said situation in terms of what was said, and the “publication” is limited to the person or audience that hears the spoken words. Anything that is recorded — whether in print, a tape recording, film or blog — is easily determinable — the paper, web site, video, etc. is itself evidence of the defamation. If it the writing / recording was created by the defendant for dissemination, then you clearly also have a “publication”.
I’d note that the first step really is to flag the video in YouTube as violating its TOS. They’ll take it down fairly quickly.
