Finally, some comic relief!
Thanks to OpEdNews for the tip that erstwhile attorney Orly Taitz is on the rampage again, this time urging her supporters to contact Congress demanding an investigation into the “subversive groups ‘Fogbow‘ and ‘Politijab.'” [link to Tatiz web site]
What follows is a letter from Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III who blames Foggy for his arrest in Tennessee. I’ll let readers read the whole thing from the Tatiz site. Fitzpatrick says:
I am sending this blind copy to the FBI duty agent I met with on 4 March 2011 by way of reporting [Foggy’s] crime to federal law enforcement.
and
[Foggy] is the root of a great deal of criminal mischief.

In my mind, saying that the President is really the President, and reporting a violent threat to the police is not being subversive. Remember, the last birther who tried to arrest a public official ended up later killing someone.
I’d love to have the chance to give Congress a piece of my mind about the birthers.
The simple-minded paranoids need to create a bogeyman that they can blame all their problems on. It doesn’t have to be rooted in reality. All they care about is creating a target for their anger.
I am a fogbow member, and I getting real skared of Taiz the Terrible, I started checking the hoses in my car plus watching those black helicopters overhead. I sleep with one eye open which hurts (metal clips), whatz me gonna do, I so SKARed of it. I tried cancelling my fogbow membership but foggy said no, no, no. Help me Doc.
A birther killed someone? Do you have a link?
Someone who wants to remove a duly elected president via law suits is calling the group who opposes her subversive? I’d complain about the rising cost of exploding irony meters, except I stopped using them months ago when I designed an engine that runs on irony. Thanks to Orly, I can now drive from my home in Delaware to Reno, Nevada without stopping for a refill.
Orly just doesn’t get it, does she? The more she screeches about “pro-Obama operatives,” the more they will ridicule her. Her best option, by far, is to stop worrying about the Fogbow and pay more attention to her lawyerin’. The facts and the laws are not on her side–she’s got a lot of work to do if she intends to usurp the usurper.
Doc is referring to James Von Brunn, the Holocaust Museum shooter. He had earlier he tried to carry out a “citizens arrest” on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on his “charge” of treason.

I’m calling for an investigation of Orly’s DDS credentials. She still hasn’t denied being a streetwalker in Moldova. I also think her relationship with Avigdor Lieberman should be examined, along with the cesspool sludge known as Israel Insider.
We are not blaming you for our PROBLEM. Our problem is that the media and Congress are ignoring the American people and that has a lot to do with you detracters out there that are fighting us to not let the truth out. If the Fogbow losers were not around, our message would have been out much faster. BUT, we are NOT letting you stop us, instead we are exposing all of you, so everyone knows who their attackers are, the people that want our country to fail, so socialism can take over. We will not let that happen, no matter how much YOU people want it!
Don’t be silly. The media doesn’t pay attention to handful of bloggers. They have real reporters and researchers who rather than ignoring the issue, as you falsely claim, actually have spent considerable time exposing your crank ideas for what they are: crank ideas.
I fail to see how exposing the fact that I support data quality in childhood immunization data systems is going to convince CNN to report that Barack Obama is not eligible to be President.

I think Anderson Cooper deserves a great deal of credit for the now forgotten shows he did on April 25-26 on Trump and the Birthers. These were first rate journalism. On April 27 Obama effectively ended Donald Trump’s political career and relegated the Birthers to the lunatic fringe where they always belonged. One unfortunate side effect is that the work Cooper did was not appreciated for very long.

Congress already looked into it, see the two excellent CRS reports. The problem with you guys is, anyone that doesn’t agree with you is “in on it”.
Every birther “fact” has been debunked, whether you believe it or not.

Um, you do realize that the “American people” OVERWHELMINGLY voted to select Obama as our President, don’t you?
Therefore, since the MAJORITY are FOR Obama, by definition (in more ways than one), “detractors” are the MINORITY, who are against America and against the POTUS. Of “detractors”, you “Birthers” represent a minority of a minority, or has been often aptly put, the fringe of the fringe.
No one has prevented your right to speak. So spare me your imaginary persecution complex and your spoiled sense of false entitlement. You can spout all the crazy you want, but by doing so, you openly invite your own mocking.
Sorry, but you need to face up to realizing that the only thing “stopping” you is REALITY. You are simply WRONG on every aspect of the law, the facts and also your rights. Thus, you are simply the products of YOUR OWN failures and nobody else is to blame except yourselves. There were people debunking the birthers (myself included) back in summer of 2008, long before either PolitiJab or Fogbow ever existed.
The problem you have is that your “message” is a pack of myths, lies, conspiracy theories, without even the slightest bit of credible evidence or facts to support or back them up.

For what it’s worth, I think the first true birther-debunker was the woman who went to the trouble of going to the public library and pulling up the newspaper archives to find the 1961 birth announcement. She was a birther, or at least a doubter, who did research, found the evidence that proved her wrong, recognized the significance of what she found, and came forward with the information. And her bunking was pretty much definitive in my view…. everything else that has come since from the birthers is speculative fiction, and bad fiction at that.

Now, blaming Congress. The truth is out. Obama is a natural born citizen. No one expects birthers to stop, as they seems viciously intent on denying any fact that proves them wrong.

I’m all for denying 911 service to people who despise socialism that I help fund with our taxes. A service that might save their lives or property is wasted on them.

All taxes are a redistribution of wealth. Please provide proof that you never use public roads. The polio vaccine was invented by Jonas Salk, a Jewish physician. He never placed a patent, and it was given free to the public for several years. Even now, certain income levels are given it free.

Bachmann’s deceased father-in-law still registered as agent and general partner for family farm that has provided her federal farm subsidies.

Michele Bachmann’s family farm limited partnership in Buffalo County, WI, still lists her late father-in-law Paul Bachmann as the partnership’s registered agent and general partner with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, even though he has been deceased since May 2009. That puts the partnership in violation of Wisconsin state law, according to a spokesperson for the Department of Financial Institutions.
The Bachmann Farm Family Partnership comprises 951 acres with at least one home on 38 parcels in Independence, WI, with a total assessed value of $664,950. Michele and Marcus Bachmann are partners in the farm partnership, which was established April 12, 2001, with an ownership share valued at between $100,001 and $250,000. Its corporate records on file with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions listed Paul Bachmann of Independence, WI, as the partnership’s general partner and registered agent as of Jan. 31, 2011.
It’s not known who—if anyone—besides Michele and Marcus are involved in the partnership. Wisconsin state law does not require the disclosure of anyone other than the general partner and registered agent for limited partnerships.
According to a Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions spokesman, if a registered agent or general partner dies, the law requires that the partnership file notice with the state. That office has received no notice of a change in general partner or registered agent for the Bachmann Farm Family Limited Partnership since its initial filing in 2001, according to the spokesman. Paul Bachmann died May 20, 2009, so that would appear to put the Bachmanns in violation of the law.
However, the Department of Financial Institutions has no investigatory or enforcement powers, so it’s not clear how the Bachmanns would be brought into compliance.
In Buffalo County’s tax records, the billing address for the partnership’s properties is listed as “c/o Marcus Bachmann, Bachmann Farm Family Limited Partnership,” at the Bachmann’s Stillwater, MN, address.
BACHMANN’S FARM SUBSIDIES
Bachmann has claimed between $17,502 and $105,000 in income from the farm since 2007, according to her congressional financial disclosure forms for 2007, 2009 and 2010. She still has not reported her 2008 income from the farm on her disclosure form from that year—an apparent violation of yet another law–congressional reporting requirements.
This is the same Bachmann family farm that has collected a total of $154,755 in federal farm subsidies since the partnership was formed in 2001, most of it in corn and dairy subsidies. Paul Bachmann collected a total of $259,332 in federal farm subsidies from 1995-2009. However, it’s not known whether Michele and Marcus were involved in the farm prior to the establishment of the family partnership in 2001.
While Farmer Bachmann has always been happy to collect federal farm subsidies on her family farm, Congresswoman Bachmann recently proposed replacing those subsidies with “farmer savings accounts.” It’s not known whether the Bachmanns, who live in a $1.27 million home on a Stillwater golf course, would open such an account.
NOT THE FIRST TIME
Michele Bachmann has sat on the House Financial Services Committee for over four years. She often touts her advanced degree in tax law, and her past as an IRS lawyer. Yet she has a long history of sloppy bookkeeping, questionable financial reporting, and ethics violations, both in the Minnesota State Senate and Congress.
Just last year, the Federal Elections Commission in a 10-page letter rapped the congresswoman’s campaign for 71 improper entries and 18 unacceptable employer or occupation entries in its 2009 end-of-year report.
If Michele Bachmann can’t keep her own financial and ethical houses in order, what makes her think she’s qualified to tend to the nation’s?
Or get that communist manifesto, falsely called the “Holy” Bible, removed from library shelves (Acts 2:44; 4:32).

I think you’ve hit on a major point. As a society, in many ways, we’ve become spoiled. People forget the sacrifices and conditions of life that existed in the past, before such things were implemented. They have forgotten not only the reason’s why, but also because most of these services are so ubiquitous and work so well, they never cross people’s mind, especially not in terms of where they came from or how they are paid for/maintained.
We’ve become a spoiled and lazy society with no sense of appreciation for the civilization we have and the path it took to get here.
If you could allow these folks to “opt out” of these benefits they “claim” to disagree with… I’m pretty sure a vast majority of them would start to appreciate them and change their tune really quickly.
And these sad, spoiled shriekers of socialistic sabotage seem to have forgotten (or never knew) the introduction to the document that they claim to cherish and defend and its fundamental purposes and guiding principles.

I just had to laugh that you posted to KBOA and actually expected her to know what a “kibbutz” is, and who “Golda Meir” was. You obviously forgot for a moment who you were speaking to or you wouldn’t have wasted your time & knowledge on her. 😉
KBOA has possibly head of Goldie Hawn. I am sure you wouldn’t consider that “close enough”.

Just got done throwing up. Bachmann and Palin are typical shallow shiksas. They only support Israel so their lord will come back. There may be a difference between Armageddon and Auschwitz, but the distinction escapes me.
A minister in the Anchorage AoG to me: “Auschwitz was divine retribution because you people have refused to accept G-d’s only son.” A woman with him told me Jewish people “deserve to suffer.”
Bachmann and her ilk do not believe in evolution, are opposed to scientific research, and are hostile to reproductive freedom. They love Israel, but hate Judaism and Jewish culture.

Bachmann tells the federal government she is a Congresswoman, and the state she is a farmer – and is not prosecuted.
