    Minor v Happersett has been presented to the current US Supreme Court as precedent in the appeals presented in Berg v Obama, Hollister v Soetoro, et. al. and Kerchner v Obama.
    The Petitions for Writs of Certiorari in those appeals all discussed Minor v Happersett.

    The Roberts Court wasn’t interested. Not one of the current nine Justices has ever requested a response to a birther appeal from the US Solicitor General. If a Justice is persuaded by a legal argument, they always request a response from the defendant.
