In a scene reminiscent of Star Wars, Federal appellate judges Rogers, Griffith, and Kavanaugh said: this isn’t the case we’re looking for, and summarily dismissed:
- Taitz v. Astrue (FOIA for social-security records)
- Taitz v. Reummler (FOIA to White House for birth certificate)
What they really said yesterday was:
The merits of the parties’ positions are so clear as to warrant summary action.
By acting summarily what they’re really saying is this poop stinks so bad we’re not even going to let it cool off before getting rid of it.
That’s a good day for Orly. She gets to add three judges to her enemies list all at once.
Seems she forgot to threaten them with RICO charges before the rulings.
That will come with her Motion for Reconsideration, and then again with her Motion for a Hearing en banc, they in her petition SCOTUS, in which she will also include all the Supreme Court justices and the clerks.
