No surprises here – 28-year GOP staffer has something to say about the blah guy in the white peoples’ house and the insanity that ensues.

“… Of course the media is kind of covering it like the Michigan-Ohio State game, and love anything with a countdown clock or supposed suspense and all this other crap, and the easy visuals of some park service guy putting up a sawhorse at the Jefferson Memorial. None of that surprised me. [But] this is not something happening according to exigent circumstances or happenstance. This is something that the GOP wanted.

And I’ll say this: I am not an Obama partisan. I have many bones to pick with him, including the healthcare bill. If your intent was to insure as many people as possible, you’d have single payer. You also wouldn’t pay off big Pharma and the insurance companies. That said, the difference between what Obama and the Republicans are doing is like the difference between stomach upset and galloping Ebola.

These people are basically neo-Confederate insurrectionists. They are in substantive rebellion against the orderly government of the country. And one of the things I noticed — and it’s something that’s very common in human beings — we all try to mollify or appease the crazy uncle at Thanksgiving dinner. You know, “Don’t make a scene.” Well, I noticed in the last few years of my service on the Hill that a number of Democrats seemed to be afraid of Republicans. And Obama pretty much wasted his first term trying to mollify them. I think he’s finally stumbled upon a strategy that’s better: simply not give them what they demand. Because this is a deliberate strategy to hold the government hostage.” http://www.salon.com/2013/10/08/ex_gop_insider_unloads_blame_neo_confederate_insurrectionists_for_shutdown/

    Can we say “backpedal”….. 😎

Probably after being reminded that advocating the deliberate and malicious shutdown of the DC Beltway, along with the expected and associated danger to life and limb that would lead to potentail personal libaility, the Trucker shutdown guy has gone FECK…….

Apparently Earl Conlon never ACTUALLY advocated this, it was all just a hoax with the intent to sdtir up the media……..honest, trust me, not me, no video evidence…damn there is…. 😎

  3. Lupin says:

Michele Bachmann said, “His day is at hand,” believing the end times are here and she’s going to meet her maker.

(In her case, Dr. Frankenstein, but I digress.)

Also, your far-right politicians, probably believing that all brown people everywhere are secret members of al Qaeda, and that Barack Obama being brown is secretly a secret member of al Qaeda, think he is secretly arming secret al-Qaeda terrorists in Syria.

(Notwithstanding your loving “bring me closer to god” drone policies.)

Meanwhile, Rep. Ted Yahoo, er, I mean Yoho, Yoho, R-Fla., said that reaching the debt limit could help the economy, by showing the world the U.S. is serious about its debt problem. “I think, personally, it would bring stability to the world markets,” he told The Washington Post Monday.

(Like the French Revolution helped relieve migraines amongst the Aristocratic class.)

These days, reading or hearing newsbites from the US requires at least 4 advils.

In today’s 24/7 global media village, where I can get CNN and Fox in my little French village, I don’t know if you realize how much damage to your country these clowns are inflicting.

Supposedly Twitter suspended his account where he was organizing this and I believe some authorities spoke to him about the consequences he could face. I also believe it would have been a total flop as I just don’t see truck drivers having an interest in spending their free time (and gas) driving a truck in heavy traffic. It was a dumb idea all around — very childish.

  5. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

On his radio last night, RC broke the news that he called Maricopa County to discuss his “person of interest” status, and a wonderfully professional Sgt. in the office all but admitted that the CCP is a sham publicity stunt with zero real police value. What an absolute absurdity Mr. Zullo and his Klown Kar Posse have become. It sounds like real law enforcement at the MCSO is embarrassed by the antics of this public charity trying to pass itself off as real law enforcement. It’s time for sanity to return to the MCSO. Hopefully the new monitor appointed by the court will advise Arpaio to shut the doors of the CCCP.

  14. Dr Kenneth Noisewater says:

Every day during the crisis, excited callers to my radio show draw parallels between today’s GOP stalwarts and the doughty band who fought to the last man at the Alamo or the 300 Spartans who perished at Thermopylae in 480 B.C. Is it merely coincidence, I’ve been asked, that the number of Republicans in today’s House and Senate comes to a combined total of just about 300? (Actually, 278 — but close enough).

    Doomed role models

It does little good to point out the obvious problem with invoking such fierce examples as role models for today’s conservatives: United Flight 93 crashed and burned, killing all on board; William Wallace was drawn and quartered by his English enemies; the defenders of the Alamo were slaughtered; and the 300 Spartans were overwhelmed by invading Persian hordes. The problem with doomed, hopeless struggles is that they’re doomed.

After the L.A. Dodgers eliminated the Atlanta Braves on Monday to advance to the National League Championship Series, Braves fan Paul Kaplan wrote to his congressman, Rep. Jack Kingston.

“Like you, I’m sure, I am profoundly disappointed that the Atlanta Braves lost the NLDS last night,” Kaplan wrote. “And to the Dodgers — a bunch of California liberals!”

“This outrage cannot be allowed to stand. But the system has failed us. We tried to resolve this issue through traditional means: In last night’s game alone, we must have sent batters to the plate at least 40 times. But just because we couldn’t score enough runs, the Dodgers refuse to relinquish the title — and worse, they won’t even discuss it.”

Applying government-shutdown thinking to the problem, Kaplan concludes that “Congress should outlaw Major League Baseball until the Dodgers cave.”

This analog is making the rounds lately:

“So, Imagine that the company you work for held a poll, and asked everyone if they thought it would be a good idea to put a soda machine in the break room. The poll came back, and the majority of your colleagues said “Yes”, indicating that they would like a soda machine. Some said no, but the majority said yes. So, a week later, there’s a soda machine. Now imagine that Bill in accounting voted against the soda machine. He has a strong hatred for caffeinated soft drinks, thinks they are bad you you, whatever. He campaigns throughout the office to get the machine removed. Well, management decides “OK, we’ll ask again” and again, the majority of people say “Yes, lets keep the soda machine.” Bill continues to campaign, and management continues to ask the employees, and every time, the answer is in favor of the soda machine. This happens, lets say… 35 times. Eventually, Bill says “OK, I’M NOT PROCESSING PAYROLL ANYMORE UNTIL THE SODA MACHINE IS REMOVED”, so nobody will get paid unless management removes the machine. What should we do???

Answer: Fire Bill and get someone who will do the fucking job.

Bonus: Bill tells everyone that he was willing to “Negotiate”, to come to a solution where everyone got their payroll checks, but only so long as that negotiation capitulated to his demand to remove the soda machine.

    Bill is a fucking jackass.”

First, a Texas congressman’s autopen is more than happy to stoke the fevered dreams of ORYR denizen “Dougster” with a letter that totally says the frogs are lined up and ready to roll!

Rep. Kenny Marchant, who has apparently only been a blip on the radar here once in 2010, has an official photo that looks uncannily like the picture of Flounder that the Deltas immediately start throwing things at.

But he thanks “Dougster” “…for contacting me regarding your desire for articles of impeachment to be brought against the President.” He continues with a heartfelt completely spontaneous original personal note:

“When considering the issues before me, it is very important to know the views and concerns of my constituents.”

It’s this sort of personal touch that endears Our Congress to We, the People!

    Representative Kent, er, Kenny continues:

“There are currently investigations underway in the House, the Senate, and at the FBI… Namely, the President is under the most scrutiny and will have to face the truth of what we know to be fact in the many investigations.”

So there you have it. Impeachment looms!

We also get yet another trip down memory lane, with not one but two Kenyan birth certificates, and what I believe is the CDR Kerchner fantasy tale of Obama’s birth — as now told by Obama’s grandmother.

All in all, a fine effort. Kudos, Last Great Stand. Any day now!

  68. Ramrod?

    1. a rod for ramming down the charge of a muzzleloading firearm.
    2. a cleaning rod for the barrel of a firearm.
    3. a rigid, strict disciplinarian.
    4. a boss.

OK, Obots, get over to my house and mow the grass. Oh, and my back porch needs painting. Hop to it.

NBC/Wall Street Journal Poll approval of Republicans: 24%
Real Clear Politics aggregate approval for Congress: 10.5%

I’m not surprised; many people have confused Gallups for a human being.

FALCON is teetering on the edge of making terroristic threats. http://www.birtherreport.com/2013/10/team-arpaio-another-congressman-engaged.html#idc-cover

Surely, you’re smart enough to know that they have the person that made the birth certificate and he’s a member of Fagbow. Apparently, one of them decided to start cooperating and they have a mole in Fagbow.

It’s gonna be a treat to watch them implode and go to jail.

    RC might get Breitbart’d.

Same with the guy he was responding to – JockPatriot – who says “Thank God Commander Zullo said they’re throwing the kill switch on them.

All of this just before 9 pm eastern time.

  78. Arthur says:

CarlOrcas: All of this just before 9 pm eastern time.

    And this from Falcon,

“Davidson exposed as the providing software for identity fraud and birth certificates. As I said a long time ago. All on a ZeroX 666-7779. US Technologies – QSTVRS.”

  79. nbc says:

gorefan: And NBC is a foreigner.

Oh my. At least they appear to have accepted my findings 🙂

Did I just hear that RC continues to confirm further aspects? Poor Zullo must be going crazy…

And why is he sharing ‘criminal investigative information’ with an outsider like Gallups?

Is it because it is not a criminal investigation at all? The MCSO seems to agree…

  80. That should be “QS Technologies,” the company I headed for a while. QSTVRS (QS Technologies Vital Records System) was used under a variety names by the vital records agencies in several states. If anything, QSTVRS prevents fraud, not facilitates it, through it’s strict controls and detailed activity logging features. Nothing about Xerox in that software, though.

Arthur: “Davidson exposed as the providing software for identity fraud and birth certificates. As I said a long time ago. All on a ZeroX 666-7779. US Technologies – QSTVRS.”

  81. Somebody on ORYR posted this link to Obama discussing the release of his birth certificate on the Oprah Winfrey Show. I’ve added it to the site’s video bookmarks.

Yes, I saw that one later.

As long as I have been participating here I recall Doc saying he had experience in the field and that was the source of his initial interest in the issue. No surprise there and easily confirmed with Mr. Google…..if I’d cared to.

That gets directly to one of the problems (among many) with conspiracy nuts and that is their suspicion of, or dismissal of, any person with real knowledge in the field in question. And now that all their other theories about Obama’s birth certificate have turned into fairy dust they are turning on the people who made that happen.

Who better to have really done the dirty deed than the folks who made you look so foolish? Transparent and pathetic.

  83. gorefan says:

Dr. Conspiracy: Somebody on ORYR posted this link to Obama discussing the release of his birth certificate on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

The sad thing is President Obama was just about to explain how they originally got the short form birth certificate, when Oprah cuts him off to make a lame joke.

BTW, I believe the poster of the video – Birther1 – runs the wheresobamasbirthcertificate website.

Edward C Noonan California State University, Sacramento

Judge Gary Kreep was my attorney in my CA Primary Ballot Challenge of the illegal alien called Mr. Barry Soetoro, aka BHO in 2012. Mr. Soetoro refused to answer our charges that he was ineligible to hold the office of POTUS and instead stipulated that the charges were true but requested that the case be dismissed because the Sacramento Judge agreed that Secretary of State Debra Bowen (an avid obot) did not have the duty to uphold the US Constitution……….. I noticed that UT COMMENT RULES are not being enforced. Is calling Mr. Kreep “CREEP” or a “birther” respectful? Your ridicule of my attorney offends me, and you are nothing more than cesspool bottom feeders and you should be ashamed of yourselves for having NO TRUE FACTS to back up your sorry statements.

“‘I call upon all of you to wage a second American nonviolent revolution, to use civil disobedience, and to demand that this president leave town, to get up, to put the Quran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come up with his hands out,’ he said.”

I don’t post a lot at Free Republic, but I have recently found a great deal of personal satisfaction by adding keywords to certain articles. For example, articles about Klayman now have the keyword “ambulancechaser” attached to them. (When searching for that keyword, I discovered that it was not a unique keyword to me.) “Ohgoodlord” is the keyword now for some outrageous articles 🙂 . I’ve added the keyword “winning” on some posts, mostly meant in sarcasm. I don’t know if they track who adds which keywords, so I haven’t overdone it, but I may start pushing it because I don’t really care if I get zotted.

I want a T-shirt. I want a five-year-old child, or perhaps Janet Berger, to illustrate it. Here. Read it again.

    Microfish has never surfaced
