I don’t know that I have mentioned, but I have certainly noticed the significant contribution of quality articles and commentary appearing on the Internet attributed to AnitaMaria. She’s part of the chain through which I got this story, originally from a publication on the DC Bar web site, through the Legal Profession Blog and developed in her article at the Daily KOS.
The unspecified charges may be related to Klayman’s long standing legal battle with Judicial Watch, an organization Klayman founded. Stay tuned for the next episode of As the Birther Turns. A hearing is next month.
To quote a favorite internet meme of mine “Dis Gonna be good!”
I’m AnitaMaria on Fogbow, Twitter, and Daily Kos. That Klayman post isn’t my best work, but I deliberately kept it sparse and mostly free from snark and ridicule because I’m hoping it will be picked up by some mainstream media outlets. I thought that would be more likely if it was dry and factual news story rather than an essay on Larry Klayman’s incompetence and unethical behavior. I’ll save that essay for another day. LOL.
My understanding is that the hearing us scheduled for two full days, this must not be a simple “you’ve been bad your ticket is pulled” hearing, sounds more like they are expecting to get in to the sleazy slimy that is KKKlayman. Any bets as to when he’ll request an extension, or if he’ll show up at all?
A cross-post from last Sunday in the open thread:
For those of you who have some time to kill (maybe on a Sunday evening)
something to read:

258 pages of and about KKKLayman from his fight against his child Judicial Watch. Mrs. Taitz is involved somehow as well. A must-read for every Obot.
(Birthers should read as well to know who their lawyers really are).
Klayman is a master at delaying court decisions through requests for time extensions, frivolous interlocutory appeals, motions for reconsideration, and simply not doing what the court orders him to do. He has probably been successfully dragging this complaint out for years. We might find that this case has gotten quite complicated because of Klayman’s dilatory tactics.
Since the hearing is now on the calendar, I think that he has probably used up all the tactics that could keep the hearing from happening. However, I would not be tremendously surprised if he didn’t show up for the hearing. After years of litigating his custody case, he didn’t show up for the last few days of the trial to be cross-examined so the court dismissed the case of lack of prosecution. He’s a sore loser. When it becomes clear that defeat is looming, he picks up his toys and stomps home in a snit, accusing everybody involved of being against him because he’s a Christian or because he’s Jewish or because he’s conservative or because he sued Bill and Hillary, yadda, yadda, yadda. In his case where he sued the judge who presided over his original case against Judicial Watch, the case was dismissed on Yom Kippur. He actually filed a motion for reconsideration that said this:
“In and of itself, that the court would choose Yom Kippur to dismiss the case, a sacred holiday to Plaintiff, creates at least the appearance that indeed there is and remains a conflict of interest in having this court rule upon issues involving the misconduct of other jurists in this district.”
He should have been sanctioned and disbarred years ago for this kind of bad-faith litigation.
