Fogbow down: Obots absquatulated?

Update: Fogbow Back up.

imageFirst it was Orly blocked by an “attack page” warning, and now probably the foremost anti-birther web site, The Fogbow, is down. It’s down, grounded. Trailing clouds of glory, it’s down! (Talk like that makes me hungry.)

You know, I was seriously considering moving this site to the company Foggy uses. 😯 Whatever the problem is, it effects many sites hosted by his company, so unless this is a massive false flag operation, Foggy is not en route to Belarus or Paraguay or wherever Obots are supposed to absquatulate to, when “any day now” becomes today.

The Fogbow is down—according to Is It Down Right Now?, it’s down for everyone. Does anyone know which exfiltration plan has been initiated?

  2. The Fogbiow is down. My hosting company isn’t answering the phone, and their own website is offline too. This is an extremely bad thing, and I don’t have a plan other than to keep trying to get my hosting company to answer the phone.

  3. OK, back up again. Don’t know what they did wrong, but their own website went with it.

  4. mimi says:

    Why is Fogbow down!!!!

  5. Now they’re gone again. Their websites and mine all offline. Support not answering the phones. My hosting company disappeared, poof.

  6. mimi says:

Sheesh, Foggy. And you just wanted a day at the beach.

  7. I think it was because Fogbow overloaded with Adrien Nash stupidity. Just a guess. There has to be an Internet limit on that.

  8. Slartibartfast says:

I don’t know why it was down, but I do know that it’s back up!

    mimi:

Still down for me. – No sign of my personal black helicopter yet.

  10. BillTheCat says:

Ruh roh! Just noticed this too.

Maybe Fogbow’s server couldn’t handle the level of dumb emanating out of AR Nash’s posts over the past few days 😀

  11. My hosting company isn’t responding. Their own websites aren’t working. They’re not answering the phones. They better be under some kind of severe attack, or I’m going to be looking for a new hosting company. Try going to http://servint.com. GONE.

  12. It was up briefly but down again.

  13. BillTheCat says:

Foggy, ServInt has a twitter feed:

“The issue affecting our Reston data center is also impacting our normal lines of customer communication. Stay tuned to Twiiter and FB.”

“All hands are on deck working to fix this problem. We will share all details when the engineers emerge. Thanks for your patience.”

  14. Slartibartfast says:

Now I’m all confuzzled [ :confuzzled: [ :(( ] ], are we absquatulating or not?

  15. Slartibartfast says:

And serious kudos on the title Doc!

  16. Isn’t Reston, VA where the CIA and NSA are? Who screwed up and let that tidbit out? We paid lots of Soros/James A. Johnson bucks for this. Heads will roll.

  17. BillTheCat says:

    Reality Check:
Isn’t Reston, VA where the CIA and NSA are? Who screwed up and let that tidbit out?

    GREEEENWALD!!! *shakes fist*

  18. bgansel9 says:

MyOpenID is down also. Might that have something to do with it?

  19. Oh goody. It’s all bgansel9’s fault.

Nothing I can do from here. We brought my 16½ yr. old kitten to the beach house. She’s very needy in her dotage and we couldn’t leave her for a whole week with just food and water and no fambly. She’s great in the car, but she wants to know why in God’s name anyone would drive 5 hours in the rain so they can move into THE WRONG HOUSE. Because this is definitely not our house, and she’s a little freaked out.

“When are we going home, Dad?”

    “A week from today, Molly-Polly.”

    “No, this is just WRONG.”

  20. Latest Tweet from ServInt:

    ServInt @servint · 11m

Still fixing the issue. The guys who know precisely what’s wrong are the guys busy fixing it. We’ll share details ASAP.

Personally I think Orly’s minions hacked Fogbow in retaliation for taking down Orly’s House of Malware.

PS: We at DARPA are on standby if needed.

  21. Thinker says:

This alleged Fogbow outage isn’t going to fool Orly Taitz. ServInt is obviously criminally complicit with Obama regime. Yesterday, Google flagged her site as infested with malware. Now, just to show that all websites go down occasionally, Barry Soetoro aka Soebarkah aka Harry Bounel aka Barack Hussien Obama regime has arranged to have his favorite website in the whole world–the Fogbow–go down. It’s just a distraction. It’s sort of analogous to Johanna A. forging her own birth certificate to protect Obama regime.

Everyone is in on it, and Taitz is waaaaay too smart to fall for this.

  22. Spooky resemblance.

Thinker: ServInt is obviously criminally complicit with Obama regime

  23. I remember back when our company was hosted by a company called TerraByte (I think not the same company with that name now) and they had a fire in their data center. They were down a month. We didn’t wait.

  24. Rickey says:

Today was a strange day for me. First I couldn’t access my Earthlink e-mail, and I discovered that Earthlink customers throughout the northeast were experiencing the same problem. I couldn’t even get Earthlink’s homepage to load, never mind getting to my e-mail. Apparently it was down for more than eight hours.

Then I couldn’t get obamaconspiracy.org to load, but I was able to get onto The Fogbow. One other site that I go to most every day also was down, but most other sites were loading without a problem.

Then around 2:00 p.m. Earthlink came back to life and I also was able to get on this site, but now The Fogbow is still down.

  25. Adelante says:

    Ah, well. Night, night.

Weren’t they working on a stupid filter for the internet?

    Reality Check:
Isn’t Reston, VA where the CIA and NSA are?

    Or maybe under new ownership?

  27. Somerset says:

OK. Good to know that it’s not a Singapore/ASEAN censorship thing (it does happen from time to time). Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

  28. rth10260 says:

Dang, it’s 10am in Thailand and I am missing my Fogbow coffee infusion!

  29. Flatpointhigh says:

I absquatulated to my sooperskerit retreet, and am rekonoitering the House of Malwarus for the Kingdom of.. what?

  30. The site seems to be up now. This stuff always seems to happen on weekends.

  31. Plutodog says:

    Annnd…we’re back.

  32. Back up.

  33. Thomas Brown says:

“Trailing clouds of glory, it’s down! (Talk like that makes me hungry.)”

You must be “way out there,” Reverend Doctor.

What you need is a full tank of gasoline, a clean windshield and a shoe-shine.

  34. Bob says:

    Another Birther failure.

  35. And some hot buttered groat clusters. You wouldn’t happen to have any on you?

Thomas Brown: What you need is a full tank of gasoline, a clean windshield and a shoe-shine.

  36. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

Guess I missed all the fun. Vegged out a good part of yesterday, watching a charming retro gaming series on Youtube series called “Game Sack”.

  37. Lmk says:

    Nash is taking credit:

Fogbow crashed, might have something to do with what I posted today, perhaps. It was a live hand-grenade titled: bla bla bla…

    Ah, the narcissism!

  38. bgansel9 says:

Comrade Fogovich: Oh goody. It’s all bgansel9′s fault

    I don’t use MyOpenID. LMAO

  39. I daresay Nash is responsible for most of what is wrong with the Internet.

Lmk: [Quoting Nash] Fogbow crashed, might have something to do with what I posted today, perhaps. It was a live hand-grenade titled: bla bla bla…

  40. RanTalbott says:

Thomas Brown: What you need is a full tank of gasoline, a clean windshield and a shoe-shine.

But it’s got to be powerful gasoline, not that low-octane, ethanoled-down, lead-free politically-correct suff they’re selling now.

  41. They were trying to ruin my beach vacation, but it didn’t work.

I’m in Sunset Beach, NC until July 5.

This has to be the stupidest name for a town in the whole state. No, the sun doesn’t set on the beach on the East coast. Should be called Sunrise Beach. Duh.

  42. RanTalbott says:

Comrade Fogovich: This has to be the stupidest name for a town in the whole state. No, the sun doesn’t set on the beach on the East coast.

You might want to consider the effects on your reputation as an Ace Debunker of admitting that you got taken in by this obvious scam 😉

Perhaps Sunset Beach was on the western side of one of those barrier islands that didn’t really disappear because of the sea level rise that isn’t really happening due to The Global Warming Hoax™? Not that many of the locals in that part of the country would admit it, of course…

  43. If you look at the map you will see that the coastline there runs almost east and west so in the winter when the sun sets more to the southwest it does set over the ocean at Sunset Beach. I think one of the nearby beaches actually faces slightly to the southwest. I noticed it seemed to make for a current that carried you along the beach when swimming there too.

Did they finally build a high bridge there? Last time we stayed at Sunset Beach it was a pain. It seemed like every time we wanted to leave the island and had to wait 20 minutes for the floating bridge to open to let boats through on the inter-coastal waterway. Someone told me that Bird Inlet filled in during one of the hurricanes. People used to walk over Bird Island at low tide and forget that that you had to wade water to get back at high tide.
