Birthers move goalposts: It’s the historical record, stupid

imageFirst it was keeping Obama out of the White House, then removing him, then preventing him from being re-elected, then removing him again. But that goal is becoming increasingly unlikely. One Birther Report commenter, 4zoltan8, put it this way two days ago:

If nothing happens by June/July than (sic) nothing will happen. The mantra will be he only has 1 and 1/2 years left, we’ll just wait it out and work to get the Republican candidate elected.

That comment still allows for a sliver of hope—but that was before the Carl Gallups Freedom Friday show on yesterday (18 April 2015). Gallups says the investigation is ongoing, but he really resets expectations by saying Arpaio and Zullo are not the saviors of America1:

You keep saying things like: “You know we gotta stop this! It’s up to Arpaio and Zullo.” It’s not. Never has been. I praise God for them, praise God for what they’re doing, but if they don’t bring this stuff for five years from now, they’ve still done their job.

Responding to the the Gallups interview, we see a leading commenter at BR reply:

The historical record means everything – you can’t have a country based on lies and deceit, especially when that deceit could have been prevented. When there are lies and deceit that MUST be corrected. And that’s been our biggest problem over the last 60 plus years. Interestingly enough – that coincides with the Communist infiltration.

It looks like the birthers are ready to settle for an asterisk next to the name of the 44th president.

1Full transcript of Gallups segment:

Carl Gallups 4/17/2015

I’m going through the emails, getting emails from coast to coast from the United States and then from around the world. I’ve got one here from the Philippines. This one I opened during the break. And most of them are asking: “Give us an update.” Zullo or Arpaio: “When’s it gonna be? We’ve gotta stop what’s going on in Washington.”

There is a two-part response. First of all, I talked to Mike Zullo recently. He and Arpaio are still going full strong, still gathering and collecting evidence, still jumping legal hurdles. This is a criminal investigation, folks. It’s not a political witch hunt, OK. It’s like a murder investigation. [inaudible] If you have a murder investigation going on you don’t just slap it before the court before it’s ready. These things take time.

This is an investigation of fraud and forgery and possible criminal activity in the White House. That takes time, and so they’re in the process. They tell me it’s still going forward. I can only report to you what they’re saying. I can’t make them do anything. They don’t work for me. I don’t snap my fingers and Joe Arpaio jumps, and Mike Zullo. OK? So they’re telling me that it’s all still going forward. In fact Mike was just telling me some of the things he’s still doing, so I mean it all sounds very legit to me. So that’s all we can do, just wait.

Secondly, let me just address, Mike Zullo and Sheriff Arpaio are not the saviors of America. OK? Let me tell you Constitutionally and legally who the saviors are supposed to be. Number one, Congress, all right? You need to talk to your representatives about why they’ve done nothing. Number two, the courts, the federal courts who refused to hear anything, yet again, the Senate investigated John McCain, but refused to investigate Barack Obama. Come on. And then right about the time Mike Zullo and Sheriff Arpaio were saying we’ve got something earth shattering getting read to come forward–we know who’s involved in it. A week later Loretta Fuddy, the only person who supposedly handed the certificate to Obama’s lawyer, she dies. Really? Really? The only one in plane crash? Come on, folks.

This stuff takes time. Details. It’s intricate. But Arpaio and Zullo are not the savior; it’s the courts; it’s Congress; it’s federal law enforcement; it’s the media who are supposed to vet this and report this instead of ignoring it. Arpaio and Zullo have already done two complete full hour and a half news conferences presenting the information thus far that could have brought about a Congressional investigation, but they did nothing. So get off Arpaio and Zullo, you know. And most of you that are writing are not getting on them. You’re just asking when, when, when. But I want you to know. You keep saying things like: “You know we gotta stop this! It’s up to Arpaio and Zullo.” It’s not. Never has been. I praise God for them, praise God for what they’re doing, but if they don’t bring this stuff for five years from now, they’ve still done their job. Anyway, that’s my answer for right now.

2Full comment by ★FALCON★:

Then there is the historical record. America as the only remaining super-power owes it to her citizens and the world to remain credible.

The historical record means everything – you can’t have a country based on lies and deceit, especially when that deceit could have been prevented. When there are lies and deceit that MUST be corrected. And that’s been our biggest problem over the last 60 plus years. Interestingly enough – that coincides with the Communist infiltration.

People are going to soon concluded that Zullo / Arpaio were threatened, paid-off or they found nothing and strung everyone along. They have kept everyone waiting over a year – and about an additional six months after they indicated a second criminal investigation was opened.

Like everyone else – I understand that investigations move at their own speed – however, at some point the historical record will mean little and the LSM [lame stream media] will say Obama only has X amount of time left any way so what difference does it make.

  1. RC says:

Well, according to your psychological profile, you are obsessed with Obama’s birth certificate like a sonofabitch, almost to the point of being a raving psychopath. And the funny part is that you actually think the regime will let you “walk” after the number on your reconstruction mysteriously popped up on the fake pdf they uploaded to the white house web site. Valerie Jarrett used you, chewed you up, and now she will spit you out. Say hello to Jade Helm. The FBI will now come to “talk” to you sometime between July 15 and Sept. 15 as part of their operation. You just made their “red list” because you know too much, and they don’t need somebody like you running around loose

  2. Punchmaster via Mobile says:

Wow. So some of the dyed in the wool A/Z birthers are finally seeing the writing on the wall. Though I think with some of them, its more a case of finally admitting what they already knew, but didn’t wish to believe.

  3. Hmm….maybe I should see what’s up on BirtherReport.

Headline: Crickets: Major News Media Ignores Unearthed Obama Video About Commie Frank Marshall Davis

Yep, just as I thought, a total waste of my time. These reporters are not going to respond to the BS.

Obama’s father is Thomas Beauchamp Owens, a white man who served in the Air Force and who, like Obama/Allen, was raised in South Florida.

  4. I have an autographed copy of Obama’s birth certificate framed on my wall.

RC: Well, according to your psychological profile, you are obsessed with Obama’s birth certificate like a sonofabitch, almost to the point of being a raving psychopath

  5. The primary purpose of this article is to provide a context for the Freedom Friday transcript.

  6. john says:

It looks like Birther Falcon has given up on Arpaio/Zullo. Birther Jeffery Harrison still has hope. I have to agree with Falcon. The Arpaio/Zullo investigation is debunk. It’s dead. We will never see anything more come out of it. Carl Gallups is really not a credible source for information. Gallups will usually get his facts wrong.

  7. Huh? The certificate number on my reconstruction was from Obama’s short form birth certificate, photographed and published by FactCheck.org in August of 2008:

    http://www.factcheck.org/2008/08/born-in-the-usa/

In my original reconstruction article, I explained this:

Starting with the COLB released by Barack Obama himself, we add the recently confirmed Mother’s Usual Address from the newspaper birth announcement, the certificate number from FactCheck.org photographs, the name of the hospital from the President himself in a letter to the hospital on the occasion of their centennial celebration, and some formatting hints from the Nordyke Twin’s certificate.

I further said in the article:

File Number: “151” is consistent with all exhibits. It indicates that the certificate is from Hawaii. “61” is the year of issue; I used “61” instead of “1961” to be consistent with the Nordyke [certificate]. The certificate number is “10641” based on the COLB with the leading zero omitted consistent with the Nordyke certificate. The file number is assigned (most probably) by a mechanical numbering machine stamp. Note the imprecise registration of the digits on the Nordyke form that I roughly imitated.

You’re really not very good at this.

RC: And the funny part is that you actually think the regime will let you “walk” after the number on your reconstruction mysteriously popped up on the fake pdf they uploaded to the white house web site.

  8. That’s because he gets them from Mike Zullo.

john: Gallups will usually get his facts wrong.

  9. Rickey says:

    john:The Arpaio/Zullo investigation is debunk.

I suspect that you mean that the investigation is “defunct,” but it also has been thoroughly debunked. There has never been anything for them to find, which is why they have nothing to announce. And never will.

  10. In Lapland?

RC: The FBI will now come to “talk” to you sometime between July 15 and Sept. 15 as part of their operation.

  11. J.D. Sue says:

So much for shattering the universe…

  12. RC says:

    MESSAGE FOR FALCON :
I know you come trolling over here.
I have just sent screengrabs of your diatribes directly to Gallups. I have a question for you, asshole : if Zullo held his news conference tomorrow, exactly what are YOU and your lover Mike Volin gonna do? Are you gonna go online to BR and make more posts about your man-crush Charles C. Johnson? What is BSE gonna do? What is Sgt. Jeffrey Harrison gonna do? Are you going to arrest your Congressmen if they fail to act? You have all just been outed as COWARDS and Commander Kerchner is quite possibly the worst military commander of all time. That is exactly why Zullo hasn’t had the conference yet—It would be like talking to a fucking brick wall. By the way : FUCK YOU. Maybe Gallups won’t tell you that, but I certainly have no problem doing it

  13. Bonsall Obot says:

    john:
Gallups will usually get his facts wrong.

He’s a Birfer. He can do no other.

Is this getting through to you yet?

  14. He says he never comes here. I tend to believe it.

I was going to say I have Falcon’s email address, but I wouldn’t give it to you.

    Are you banned at BR?

    RC: MESSAGE FOR FALCON :
I know you come trolling over here.

  15. You got a mirror?

RC: What is BSE gonna do?

  16. Maybe Gallups should rename his program from “Freedom Friday” to “Freedom Someday.”

My apologies for the extremely obscure reference.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNoMuCspTKE

A less obscure option would be “Freedom Any Day Now”

  17. Curious George says:

I call Freedom Friday, “Fact Free Friday.” Karl Giddyup is one of the poorest excuses for a Christian preacher that I can think of. He is an absolute disaster, IMHO.

  18. RC says:

Kevin, you know very well that 90% of my posts at BR are deleted by Mike Volin’s boyfriend, Bob Nelson, and my message to you is this : Loretta Fuddy thought she was safe, too—until she got on that plane. This regime plays for keeps and they will come after you. By the way, we have DARPA’s documents about Jade Helm, and you can’t have them

  19. Daniel says:

It does my heart so good to see the birthers at each others throats.

RC: By the way, we have DARPA’s documents about Jade Helm, and you can’t have them

    Suuuuuuuuuuuure you do ROFLMAO

  20. Daniel says:

RC: Loretta Fuddy thought she was safe, too—until she got on that plane.

My dad thought he was safe too…. until he got old and died of natural causes.

OMG natural causes is a FEMA/Jade Helm conspiracy…

    DAMN YOU OBAMA!!!!!!!

  21. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Fake RC: Loretta Fuddy thought she was safe, too—until she got on that plane.

Yes until birthers decided to kill her. She wouldn’t turn on Obama nor would she lie and say the BC was fake so Mike Zullo offed her. It makes just as much sense as the birther conspiracy theory. Fuddy merely did what the previous health director did in confirming the BC. This goes back to 1961 when the BC was issued.

  22. What screen name do you use at BR?

    I know of a:

Mark (who is definitely not you)
Mark Bustamonte (who uses his real name, and isn’t you)
Conservative Mark (who lives nowhere near you)

Who, pray tell, is the much maligned commenter at BR you claim to be?

RC: Kevin, you know very well that 90% of my posts at BR are deleted

  23. Rickey says:

    Dr. Conspiracy:

Is RC the sock puppet of Mark McDaniel?

  24. I very seriously doubt that. McDaniels wants this exposed. RC wants it to remain hush-hush.

On another note, I keep up with Intense Debate and noticed this comment by “StanleyWiggs.”

His comment, “Are her initials NRO?,” clearly shows up on ID but not on BR.

Talk about a complete media blackout on BR where I’m concerned.

    http://intensedebate.com/people/StanleyWiggs

Rickey: Is RC the sock puppet of Mark McDaniel?

  25. That’s funny. 100% of my posts at BR are deleted.

RC: Kevin, you know very well that 90% of my posts at BR are deleted by Mike Volin’s boyfriend, Bob Nelson, and my message to you is this :

  26. Yup.

Rickey: Is RC the sock puppet of Mark McDaniel?

  27. Well, he said that I knew that … Well I don’t know that. I don’t know what ID he uses at BR, although I suspect that it is Barry Soetoro, Esq.

Nancy R Owens: I very seriously doubt that. McDaniels wants this exposed.

  28. Hmm….I follow Barry Soetoro, Esq. closely. I was also thinking it could be Kershner. You’re probably right about him being Mark McDaniel.

    Dr. Conspiracy:
Well, he said that I knew that … Well I don’t know that. I don’t what ID he uses at BR, although I suspect that it is Barry Soetoro, Esq.

  29. He has commented here under another name.

I think Wiggs was joking, and VeniVidiVici totally didn’t get it.

Nancy R Owens: On another note, I keep up with Intense Debate and noticed this comment by “StanleyWiggs.”

  30. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Nancy R Owens: I very seriously doubt that. McDaniels wants this exposed. RC wants it to remain hush-hush.

What is there to be hush hush about? There is no conspiracy. McDaniel is some random person no one has every heard of for all we know it could be one of your sock puppets.

  31. You know I don’t take you seriously, right?

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: What is there to be hush hush about? There is no conspiracy.McDaniel is some random person no one has every heard of for all we know it could be one of your sock puppets.

  32. RC says:

Kevin knows I’m Mark McDaniel and Falcon can go fuck himself with a stick, and I’m sure he does often

  33. OK. I see you did comment at ORYR a couple of times as Mark McDaniel with a Facebook account. It slipped under my RADAR. I tend to ignore the Facebook commenters and you said very little.

RC: Kevin knows I’m Mark McDaniel and Falcon can go fuck himself with a stick, and I’m sure he does often

  34. RC says:

No, it did not slip under your radar. According to your profile, nothing slips under your radar. And it also says you operate this website because you have to. It’s your job, right?

  35. Doc, are you a lawyer?

    RC:
No, it did not slip under your radar. According to your profile, nothing slips under your radar. And it also says you operate this website because you have to. It’s your job, right?

  36. I am a generalist with a unusually wide range of knowledge, but I also lack depth in most areas. I have WAY TOO MUCH birther information to keep in my head and I didn’t do a proper search for you (Google only finds you at ORYR, not BR). What I said about Facebook you can take to the bank.

This web site is a hobby, not a job. What possible thing could this web site do to be worth a half-time salary for 7 years (that’s about the number of hours I have in it)? It’s just a blog.

RC: No, it did not slip under your radar. According to your profile, nothing slips under your radar. And it also says you operate this website because you have to. It’s your job, right?

  37. Rickey says:

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: What is there to be hush hush about? There is no conspiracy.McDaniel is some random person no one has every heard of for all we know it could be one of your sock puppets.

McDaniel has a Facebook page, but there is only one post on it. He previously had posted information about hiring Seattle attorney Andrew Basiago, but he took it down after seeing mocking posts about Basiago’s claims that he was teleported to see the Gettysburg Address in person and that he traveled to Mars with Barack Obama.

  38. Rickey says:

    RC:
According to your profile, nothing slips under your radar. And it also says you operate this website because you have to. It’s your job, right?

What profile are you referring to? Doc’s profile here says nothing remotely similar to what you claim.

  39. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

    Nancy R Owens:
You know I don’t take you seriously, right?

Well that’s cool no one in this world takes you seriously either.

  40. JayHG says:

What asterisk?…Lol. There won’t be any asterisk next to President Obama’s name except in the nutjob birthers fevered minds.

I’m not saying anything anyone here doesn’t know and likely agree with, but President Obama was duly elected president, he didn’t commit fraud of any kind to get to be president, and that’s that.

Looks like the birthers are going to have to settle for their usual…….nothing.

  41. Just ’cause the birthers are willing to settle for it doesn’t mean they get it. There’s no deal on the table.

JayHG: What asterisk?…Lol. There won’t be any asterisk next to President Obama’s name except in the nutjob birthers fevered minds.

  42. aarrgghh says:

birfers will just have to settle for the arrival of jan 20 2017:

fhayek: “CAN…HE…JUST…GO…AWAY? Dear Jesus, haven’t we suffered enough?”

    (provided obama doesn’t cancel the elections … 😉 )

  43. aarrgghh says:

what happens to a dream deferred? does it dry up like a dingleberry in the sun?

EC1: “I agree he simply has to go. Just want it to be effective and permanent. Some time in an orange jump suit would be a bonus – I lost a couple of good friends, may they rest in glory, over his “red line” foolishness – but I am not holding my breath for that. I’ll settle for him being humiliated. His vanity won’t be able to stand that.

I think the absolute worst thing one can do to the Worm is negate everything he has done. Every decision, every action, executive or otherwise, simply gone without a trace.”

  44. Krosis says:

Wow, fake RC is McDaniel? At least, as McDaniel he was reasonably polite, but as fake RC he’s so rude!

  45. Curious George says:

    Carl Gallups,

“It’s like a murder investigation. [inaudible] If you have a murder investigation going on you don’t just slap it before the court before it’s ready. These things take time.”

Pastor Gallups, as an alleged former Florida law enforcement officer, you should know that a law enforcement criminal case never goes to court unless the prosecuting attorney has enough confidence in the evidence to bring it to trial. As Arpaio & Zullo’s unofficial spokesperson, you conveniently refuse to disclose that the Maricopa County Prosecuting Attorney, William Montgomery reviewed A/Z’s “evidence” in May of 2012, one month shy of THREE years ago, and classified the “evidence” as “speculation” and he refused to take any legal action. Of course, you knew this didn’t you?

    *FALCON*,

“People are going to soon concluded that Zullo / Arpaio were threatened, paid-off or they found nothing and strung everyone along. ”

One other possibility is that the whole effort was a fund raising publicity stunt, knowing full well that Arpaio and the Maricopa County Prosecuting Attorney lacked jurisdiction to bring any charges against the President of the United States.

*FALCON* and all the rest of the “Birthers” and the Tea Parties were used by Arpaio for his political benefit. It may take some time for the “Birthers” to see this possibility, but it looks like *FALCON*, much to his credit, is starting to doubt and question the so called “investigation” by A/Z.

Gallups is either a willing accomplice in the A/Z scam or he’s been duped. I think *FALCON* is finally starting to see through the deception.

  46. IMO, Gallups is a tool.

    http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=tool

Curious George: Gallups is either a willing accomplice in the A/Z scam or he’s been duped.

  47. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

    Krosis:
Wow, fake RC is McDaniel? At least, as McDaniel he was reasonably polite, but as fake RC he’s so rude!

Reasonably polite? Last time he threatened Doc C

  48. Rickey says:

    Dr. Conspiracy:
    IMO, Gallups is a tool.

Yes, indeed. There is a difference between an investigation undertaken to solve a crime and an investigation undertaken to find a crime.

  49. JeffS says:

“Curious George: Gallups is either a willing accomplice in the A/Z scam or he’s been duped.”

Gallups found his suckers. That’s what guys like him do.

It was the longevity of birthers in refusing to see that truth that us spectators find intriguing.

In a previous post, I likened it to Y2K people.

No matter what evidence was presented, they stuck with their beliefs until 01/01/2000.

Even the most dense birther (FALCON) has finally wised up to what the good Dr. Conspiracy has been telling them for years. While weather the storm of hateful and childish homosexual references in response.

So much so, that they will forever be seared into my memory as: Gerbil Report.

    Thanks Doc.
    Well done.

    The battle has been won,

  50. JeffS says:

    Jesus,

I “wouldn’t” mind another edit at that.

    Apparently, it may take several

    You are too kind.

    Or to manufacture one

Wow, john. Has the light of reality finally broken through to you?

  54. Pete says:

    > If you have a murder investigation going on
    > you don’t just slap it before the court
    > before it’s ready. These things take time.

So is Zullo eventually going to slap it before the court? That sounds very inadvisable to me. Like it might well get him arrested.

Aside from that, how many years does a murder investigation take? Or how many years does a “fraud and forgery” investigation take?

    Obviously something more than 3-1/2.

Hey, I think I finally figured out why this unit is called the “Cold Case Posse.” Give ’em a hot and important investigation, and they’ll turn it into a cold case.

  55. Pete, that’s a great quote.
    😆

Pete: Hey, I think I finally figured out why this unit is called the “Cold Case Posse.” Give ‘em a hot and important investigation, and they’ll turn it into a cold case.

  56. alg says:

Some birthers are slowly coming to realize that all of their hyperventilating has gone for naught. They’ve expended their valuable time, energy and resources participating in a snipe hunt.

4zoltan8: “If nothing happens by June/July than (sic) nothing will happen. The mantra will be he only has 1 and 1/2 years left, we’ll just wait it out and work to get the Republican candidate elected.”

Iirc, this is not even close to the first time a time limit has been given to A/Z by the BR minions…they’ll just do what they’ve been doing with the goal posts for the past 6+ years, move the time frame back. Then it will be “if A/Z doesn’t release his information by March 2017, people are going to be convinced they were pulling our leg.”

  58. Punchmaster via Mobile says:

It does amuse, and baffle, me that for some birthers to get pulled back I to the Frey, someone else simply has to call them a quitter. Its not unlike how some people end up doing monumentally stupid stuff, just so they won’t be called a chicken.

  59. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Jim: Iirc, this is not even close to the first time a time limit has been given to A/Z by the BR minions…they’ll just do what they’ve been doing with the goal posts for the past 6+ years, move the time frame back. They could drag this out until Arpaio dies of old age. They will then claim it’s a conspiracy saying Arpaio was getting close and they offed him.

  60. Arthur says:

Now that even the most devoted birthers understand Zullo lied to them, I wonder if Falcon is ready to apologize to Brian Reilly?

  61. Arpaio, in his own words, is waiting for “collusion.”

    Oops….

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: They could drag this out until Arpaio dies of old age. They will then claim it’s a conspiracy saying Arpaio was getting close and they offed him.

  62. AGROD says:

Is this the same Mark McDaniel offender who was convicted of aggravated child molestation an 8-year-old girl on May 20, 2004?

According to Gallups, God is a republican I guess – who knew.

  63. Punchmaster via Mobile says:

    Arthur:
Now that even the most devoted birthers understand Zullo lied to them, I wonder if Falcon is ready to apologize to Brian Reilly?

That would require him admitting being wrong!

  64. Benji Franklin says:

Dr. Conspiracy: IMO, Gallups is a tool.

Karl Gall OoPs!: “Hi, Listeners, we’re back with Mike Zoo Low joining us in our studio! AND the whole Cold Case Posse investigating Obama’s fraudulent forged documents is here to explain all the details about the forthcoming announcement. And to ask the hard questions, calling in on the phone, we’ve got Foul Con, a frequent-flier comment-poster on the Birfer Retort website, who ‘s fed up after waiting over two years for Share If Our Pie Hole and ‘No-Prints’ Zoo Low to release their Obama-ruining “Universe-Shattering” information. Go ahead with your question, ‘Bird-boy’!

Fowl Con: “Okay, Zoo Low, first off, the big reveal press conference – I want a date certain – FINALLY – today, give us a date certain – I want this so-called ‘FORTHCOMING’ future announcement about the big reveal to tell us WHEN will the big reveal happen! Otherwise, what does ‘FORTHCOMING’ mean?”

Mike Zoo Low:” THAT’S easy for me, Mike Zoo Low, to explain. Our supporters have funded three years of inadequately explained inaction on the posse’s part, and I hereby announce that there is a FOURTH COMING!”

Fowl Con: “Unbelievable! Karl, did you say the whole CCP posse’s there with you?”

Karl Gall OoPs!: “Yes, they’re all here, AS IS Mike Violin, if you’ll forgive my painful over-enunciating – it’s a pulpit-nurtured habit that makes lies sound more credible.”

Foul Con: “Perfect. I’m sick of your tortuous vocal clarity, Gall Oops! I prefer the pebble-voiced Mike Violin, who has been INSTRUMENTAL in STRINGING us Birthers along, a long, long, long, long, long, long, long time! It’s time we found out what the whole posse’s been doing – Introduce the members to us here on the air, Karl, and I’ll choose one to talk to, okay?”

Karl Gall OoPs!:”Well, Fowl, there’s a CCP ‘introduction’ protocol involved there, here’s Mike Zoo Low to answer that.”

Foul Con: “Okay, Zoo Low, just start by telling us how many persons are on this posse right now?”

Zoo Low:”Well, I’m not so good with statistics – I’m really here to complain about the Birthers’ inadequate financial support of the posse.”

Foul Con: ” SQUAWK! SQUAWK! SQUAWK! Oh no you don’t – quit duckin’ my question! Again, HOW MANY MEMBERS ON THE COLD CASE POSSE INVESTIGATING OBAMA, ZOO LOW? ”

Zoo Low: “All right, uh…uh… well… uh, we have a number of members. Next question?”

Fowl Con: “Try again, Zoo Low ! The ‘number’ you’re referring to – HOW MANY MEMBERS ON THE COLD CASE POSSE INVESTIGATING OBAMA?”

“Zoo Low:”Okay, well we’ve kept membership low to minimize leaks, and even so, we’ve got a terrible leak right now, but let me total them up here…..I’m counting heads …checking the total…the tottttttttttttttttaaaaaaaaaallllllll isssssssssss (pause) ….. one. And in the interest of full-disclosure, that ONE would be me. But it’s the leak that’s killin’ us! Let’s talk about that.”

Foul Con: :”Just one God-forsaken member – YOU – and THAT makes YOU the leaker – YOU who are whining about – a LEAK! SQUAWK!!!! For over TWO YEARS, SQUAWK!!!! SQUAWK!!!! SQUAWK!!!! …waiting on your posse’s imaginary ‘investigation’… ME and my flock of the Birther Faithful… SQUAWK!!!! SQUAWK!!!! … I have been challenging the posse to release their supposed UNIVERSE -SHATTERING findings, imploring you to sh_t or get off the pot! Instead, SQUAWK!!!! …you emerge with the usual misleading fanfare, NOT to make the promised BIG SPLASH, but to tell us that NOW, you can’t even take a leak!”

“Zoo Low:”Karl, I couldn’t hear much of that – he must have been disconnected.”

Karl Gall OoPs!: (CLICK) “Well, Foul Con is a strange bird, Mike Zoo Low! He ‘s gone from making a big flap to not giving a crap, but Audience, I can confirm that he ended up there on the phone asking you all to send us money. Let’s take another call from a listener, go ahead listener!”

Foul Con:”It’s me again, apparently nobody else is listening to this crappy show! Now don’t hang up on me again, or I’m coming into your office – I’m parked out here in your Church’s gravel parking lot with your stinking garbage cans!”

Karl Gall OoPs!:”Can’t be the garbage stinking, Fowl. Can’t be! There’s nothing in those cans but one dollar bills. But we don’t hang up on anybody – what’s your question again as we run out of time?”

Foul Con:”Okay, you won’t give me a date certain for the A/Z presser – but for YEARS you’ve told us it was coming, QUOTE, ‘Sooner than later! NOW, what in the Hell does that mean?”

Karl Gall OoPs!:”Fair question, and tell you what I’ll do. I’ll speak to Mike Zoo Low on the phone to confirm that my revealing what the phrase, ‘Sooner than later’ means would not compromise either of these investigations. And then I’ll get back
    to you.”

    Foul Con: “When? WHEN? WHEN!”

Karl Gall OoPs!: “Well, in all honesty, if it takes me fifty years, Hey, I’ve done my job. But, gosh, sure I understand you need to know what these legal terms mean, and, hey, we could ALL do better in this area! Who knew to this date that Share If Our Pie Hole still doesn’t know the difference between ‘probable cause’ and ‘improbable cause’? So when can I explain to you what ‘sooner than later’ means exactly? Well now, I can’t give you a date certain, but BELIEVE ME, I am definitely going to get that definition out to you, and all I can say is, it WILL be SOONER than LATER!”

  65. Fake RC says:

    AGROD:
Is this the same Mark McDaniel offender who was convicted of aggravated child molestation an 8-year-old girl on May 20, 2004?

Nice try, obot : hundreds of people with that same name in the USA and you pick the child molester in Georgia. Kevin refuses to talk to me or Mike Zullo on the phone because he is defending himself in a criminal investigation, he is not just running this website for “fun” as he claims. If it was just for “fun” he would have no problem talking to me or Zullo on the phone whatsoever. People talk to Zullo on the phone all the time. By the way, I don’t work for the Cold Case Posse and they don’t pay me jack squat. As for people critcizing me and my “rude” behavior, I could care less what you think. And since you have sufficiently pissed me off, let’s see Doc C produce a screengrab of the Nordyke birth certificate that he says he pulled the number off of for his reconstruction—and it better not be the one that Doug cleaned up and sharpened (ie., Vogt unsealed affidavit entry #38). I have the exact same IQ score as Doc C, and he has met his match. I now challenge him to a one hour radio debate with the real RC

  66. Do you want to explain the leap between the beginning and conclusion of that sentence?

Fake RC: Kevin refuses to talk to me or Mike Zullo on the phone because he is defending himself in a criminal investigation, he is not just running this website for “fun” as he claims.

  67. You are a remarkably sloppy fellow.

First you are sloppy in your wording. I didn’t say I got the certificate number from the Nordyke certificate. I said that I got the formatting of it from the Nordyke certificate, specifically the lack of a leading zero and the variation in vertical alignment. I got the number from FactCheck.org.

Second, the 2009 article containing my construction links to the the Nordyke image I used. It has a crisp and clear view of the certificate number. Further, you can go back to the Web Archive and see the 2009 version of the article, and that it links to the same image.

You didn’t even bother to look at the information under your nose.

I don’t have much tolerance for laziness. Genuine stupidity, I can live with, but you say you aren’t stupid. So what are you.

I am about a millimeter away from banning you from the site.

Fake RC: let’s see Doc C produce a screengrab of the Nordyke birth certificate that he says he pulled the number off of for his reconstruction—and it better not be the one that Doug cleaned up and sharpened (ie., Vogt unsealed affidavit entry #38).

  68. Arthur says:

Doc, I think you’ve been bro-friended. Fake RC really seems desperate to have a relationship with you. Maybe he needs to try Tinder?

Fake RC: Kevin refuses to talk to me or Mike Zullo on the phone because he is defending himself in a criminal investigation, he is not just running this website for “fun” as he claims.

  69. Northland10 says:

Pete: Wow, john. Has the light of reality finally broken through to you?

He has gone through these brief flirtations with a sliver of reality before, but as soon as Z or A speak up, he returns to the safe confines of the true believer. It’s spring, so maybe it’s the pollen.

  70. Fake RC says:

I would prefer to answer all your questions on the radio show.
English is not my first language, and certainly you have inside info to confirm that, so please stop attacking my poor English language skills.
For the second time,I challenge you to a one-hour radio debate on your friend RC’s radio show. Let’s make some ground rules, to make it more comfortable :
    1) we may submit 10 questions each. If either of us chooses not to answer a particular question, we may state “I pass” and then state the reason. Example : Mark : “I pass because your question involves classified information.”
    2) any additional “guests” that we may ask to join in and accompany us to must be mutually agreed to in advance 3) date and time must be agreed to.
Anything you’d like to add to that is fine and welcomed. I look forward to meeting you and your friend RC, and I am well aware of how gifted you both are, regardless of the silly swipes I take at both of you in jest

  71. Fake RC says:

I forgot to say, if you ban me from your website, would that making me the first person to be banned? That would make me famous? I always wanted to be famous. Also, 133 Target stores have closed in Canada. I know why. More Walmart stores to close in US plus Home Depot. you heard it here first. DARPA document page 17, line 12.

  72. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

You really do think highly of yourself for being a complete nobody. What exactly would there be to debate? What questions do you have?

  73. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

That’s not what he actually said. Do you know how to read?

Lol Vogt is a copier salesman he’s not an expert on anything. You remind me of this kid I ran into on Orly Taitz facebook page a while back. He was bipolar and ended up threatening everyone. You huff and puff but you’ve yet to bring anything rational.

  74. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

Fake RC: I always wanted to be famous.

Then go play in traffic. I’m sure you’ll make the six-o-clock news somewhere.

  75. Rickey says:

Fake RC: .As for people critcizing me and my “rude” behavior, I could care less what you think.

Since you say that English is not your first language, I’ll give you a tip. The correct phrasing is “I couldn’t care less.”

“I could care less” is devoid of meaning.

And since you have sufficiently pissed me off, let’s see Doc C produce a screengrab of the Nordyke birth certificate that he says he pulled the number off of for his reconstruction.

Doc didn’t get the number from the Nordyke birth certificate. He used the number which is on Obama’s COLB (aka short form birth certificate). Hint: the number on the COLB is the same as the number on the long form birth certificate, as it should be.

I cordially invite the following people to join in the radio show, because I believe they are intelligent, all high IQ, and will contribute greatly and sincerely:

    1) Dr Kenneth Noisewater
    2) Rickey

I will invite either Mike Zullo, Doug Vogt, or Mark Gillar, whichever one wants to participate and is available. Now, I need a moderator/referee who is impartial and will keep everybody civil. My first four bombshell questions to Kevin will be :

    1) If the LFBC uploaded on 4/27/11 is legit, then why does a COLB even exist?
    2) Why didn’t the LFBC that showed up on 4/27/11 show up in 2008?
    3) Please explain the Kenyan birth certificate owned/obtained by L.D.S.
    4) Is Barack Obama a CIA agent?

I will submit my last 6 questions in a few days after I go through my notes. Thank you.

  79. You are no longer welcome on my web site.

Fake RC: I will submit my last 6 questions in a few days after I go through my notes. Thank you.

  80. dunstvangeet says:

None of these are actual bombshell questions…

    1. The COLB exists because that is the normal form that Hawaii Uses for their birth certificates. They don’t usually release long-form birth certificates. In fact, in order to get a long-form birth certificate, Barack Obama had to petition the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health in order to get 2 copies of it. There’s a simple reason why States use computer-generated birth certificates, rather than one copied from a book in the archives: COST. It’s much cheaper in terms of labor costs for a computer database to just pull up the record and print it out than it is for someone to walk down to the archives, find the appropriate book, take that book to the copier, copy it, and then put the book back.

    2. Because it was ordered in 2011. If you take a look at the date stamp for the Long-Form, it was dated a few days before that. It would be pretty odd for a document that was certified in 2011 to show up in 2008, don’t you think? The origin of the 2011 document is quite extensively documented, and it was accompied by a letter from the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health (which was released at the same time), along with statements (from both the State Registrar and Director of the Hawaii Department of Health) saying that not only did they personally copy it, but that these documents were true copies of the Document on file.

    3. Lucas Smith is a convicted forger (what else would you call someone convicted of forgery) and made that birth certificate up out of whole-cloth. There are multiple problems with it that show the red-flags of forgery. Such as Heltan Mananga misspelling his own name when signing it (How many times as an adult have you misspelled your own name not only on the stamp, but also on your signature), Heltan Mananga not even being the right person that supposedly signed it (Lucas supposedly did his trip in the February or March of 2009, Heltan Mananga did not take over as Chief Administrator until June of 2009. Even if you were to believe his story, it’s basically that he bribed someone to go into a back room and sneak this out (with signatures attesting to its accuracy) from the Hospital (which is not where these records are usually kept anyways). The fact that it’s from someone who actually has a conviction for forgery should tell you all you need to know about this document. Why should we take the word of a convicted forger that he illegally obtained the document, versus the entire government of Hawaii saying that Barack Obama was born there?

    4. Simple answer: No. There is absolutely no evidence that Barack Obama was ever a CIA Agent. In fact, the reason the birthers came up with this theory was because they thought that nobody could remember him at Columbia. However, multiple people (including friends, professors, and the like) remember him there, and Columbia in fact says that he graduated there. On the other hand, there is absolutely no evidence what-so-ever that Barack Obama ever worked for the CIA.

    1. Why must it be mutually exclusive? The colb is the current birth certificate format. It is the official birth certificate. The long form hasn’t been used since the early 2000s. Why did birthers say they needed to see the long form?

    2. Why do you think it needed to? The colb was always the birth certificate. Birthers like yourself kept whining that they needed to see the long form.

    3. You mean the document created by lucas smith? What’s there to explain lucas smith is a con. He’s a convicted felon who has been in and out of jail most of his life. He has criminal convictions for forgery. That would tell you something.

    4. No.

are those really the questions you wanted to debate? Those are easy.

    Good.
Now Fake RC has the Fame he sought.

  84. roadburner says:

    Arthur:
Why is it that loonies are always so obsessed by IQ?

if they have the I.Q. they profess to have, it shows there is no direct correlation between I.Q. and common sense.

i personally saw an example of this at york university whilst watching a physics undergraduate with a scary high I.Q. try and make a toasted cheese sandwich in a popup toaster.

some things are just too much fun to watch than actually say something and stop it happening 😀

  85. Sluffy1 says:

    Arthur:
Why is it that loonies are always so obsessed by IQ?

What I found troubling was this comment:
” I have the exact same IQ score as Doc C, and he has met his match. I now challenge him to a one hour radio debate with the real RC”

I think the only time doc mentioned his IQ was in a reply to DebDeb at BR when she was bitching about him using Dr in his handle.
If Fake RC knows that little tid-bit but only has those easily answered questions… spooky… just saying.

  86. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

    Arthur:
Why is it that loonies are always so obsessed by IQ?

Same reason they always have to inflate their credentials. They have the need to feel important and people should take them seriously. The problem is nobody actually does.

  87. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

It’s a shame I was curious what the next six questions were since the first four were pretty stupid. Not sure how he feels those are gotcha questions

  88. Yes, those were really stupid. I think there is a very good chance that Fake RC would have pulled a scott e. on any debate.

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: Not sure how he feels those are gotcha questions

  89. Notorial Dissent says:

If the next six are as impressive as the first four, why I’ll be positively underwhelmed. Yeech!!

  90. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

    Notorial Dissent:
If the next six are as impressive as the first four, why I’ll be positively underwhelmed. Yeech!!

Yeah I’m sure the next few would be real stumpers. Maybe he can go over to the reality check radio blog and make a fool of himself like Steven Craig?

  91. Yes, and that is why my troll-o-meter went into the red zone. I got the overwhelming feeling the guy was just playing games and this is not a gamer blog.

Notorial Dissent: If the next six are as impressive as the first four, why I’ll be positively underwhelmed. Yeech!!

  92. Rickey says:

    http://retailindustry.about.com/od/USRetailStoreClosingInfoFAQs/fl/All-2015-Store-Closings-Stores-Closed-by-US-Retail-Industry-Chains_2.htm

Fake RC doesn’t seem to understand that retailers are always closing under-performing stores. Oftentimes they are older stores which are now too small, in poor locations, etc.

This is the first time I have heard someone suggest that retailers are victims of a DARPA conspiracy.

  93. Rickey says:

    Dr. Kenneth Noisewater:

3.You mean the document created by lucas smith? What’s there to explain lucas smith is a con. He’s a convicted felon who has been in and out of jail most of his life.He has criminal convictions for forgery. That would tell you something.

LDS also refused to provide proof that he has ever been to Kenya. He also tried to pass off a video which he made in the Dominican Republic as one made in Kenya.

  94. Lupin says:

    Arthur:
Why is it that loonies are always so obsessed by IQ?

There is an awful of right-wing lunatics in Mensa (in the US). I have no idea why.

  95. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Rickey: LDS also refused to provide proof that he has ever been to Kenya. He also tried to pass off a video which he made in the Dominican Republic as one made in Kenya.

I remember that. He claimed the video was him in Kenya. Every time we tried asking for proof he went to Kenya he called us all homosexuals.

  96. Northland10 says:

Lupin: There is an awful of right-wing lunatics in Mensa (in the US). I have no idea why.

The right has been complaining about the eastern establishment intelligentsia for decades (often referring to the “liberal” professors). Their obsession with IQ may be to show how they are as smart as all those Ivy Leage liberals.

  97. Notorial Dissent says:

Considering some of the mensa types I’ve met and known, IQ is about all they have going for them, many of them haven’t figured out basic hygiene, and never will, and are still hiding in their parent’s basements. IQ, is allegedly something you are born with, social attitudes are what you pick up from those around you, and that should tell you where a number of the mensa types come from. The other factor is that a high IQ does not guarantee a different set of moral or ethical imperatives than the average person, and in some cases seems to result in less.

  98. dunstvangeet says:

Lupin: There is an awful of right-wing lunatics in Mensa (in the US). I have no idea why.

Because the people who actually have that IQ have no need to actually flount it. Those who are obsessed with proving how smart they are, are generally not that smart. I’m reminded of a shakespearean quote, “The Lady doth protest too much.”

  99. Keith says:

dunstvangeet: Because the people who actually have that IQ have no need to actually flount it.Those who are obsessed with proving how smart they are, are generally not that smart.I’m reminded of a shakespearean quote, “The Lady doth protest too much.”

    Yes.

Even if there are ‘liberal’ Mensa members, they would be the kind who don’t need to remind people about it in every other post.

Many people don’t know the difference between intelligence and wisdom, and anyway, IIRC, there is no consensus on whether IQ tests actually measure intelligence anyway.

I was invited to join Mensa many years ago and declined for the same reason that I didn’t join the Freemasons even though my Dad was really keen for me to follow him; I just couldn’t be bothered – I’ve never been much of a ‘joiner’.

  100. James M says:

It can be entertaining to call out “Mensa” trolls. Ask them a question based on the current International Journal.

  101. RanTalbott says:

Arthur: Why is it that loonies are always so obsessed by IQ?

For _some_, it’s probably because they want to believe that their looniness is a product of superior insight, not failure to proper analyze what they perceive.

It’s a form of Dunning Kruger Effect.

There are probably also a few genuine “mad geniuses” in the mix, who do brilliant analyses from flawed premises they refuse to give up, and some plain old megalomaniacs.

  102. RanTalbott says:

James M: It can be entertaining to call out “Mensa” trolls.

My favorite is the one who tried to claim membership, but got the name of the organization wrong.

  103. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

Keith: Even if there are ‘liberal’ Mensa members, they would be the kind who don’t need to remind people about it in every other post.

Mensa is an organization you don’t brag about being in, just like you don’t walk around telling everybody how hung you are. 😉

  104. Daniel says:

The Magic M (not logged in): Mensa is an organization you don’t brag about being in, just like you don’t walk around telling everybody how hung you are.

Both should be obvious from casual observation.

  105. bgansel9 says:

Daniel: Both should be obvious from casual observation.

Actually, no! Most people that MENSA members come in contact don’t converse on that level, therefore, to converse with the world, they have to bring it down a few notches. One would only know if one were to spend time in exclusive conversation where they both notched it up.

That, or be that arrogant jerk nobody can talk to or understand.

  106. Crustacean says:

Hmmm, sounds like you’re speaking from personal experience, Magic Männchen.

So now we know what the ‘M’ stands for! 🙂

The Magic M (not logged in): you don’t walk around telling everybody how hung you are.

  107. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

“Mensa” also begins with an “M”. So does “manhood”. 😉

Curiously, several RW’s have called me “girl” on Disqus – is there some meaning of “magic m” that I’m not aware of or was that just a general insult?

  108. RanTalbott says:

Daniel: Both should be obvious from casual observation.

Here in the U.S., if the latter is obvious from casual observation, you’re more likely to be arrested than asked for a demonstration.

  109. RanTalbott says:

Perhaps it was the mention of Mensa in the “new comment” notifications, but gmail decided this was an apt moment to hit me with an ad for Lumosity.

Due to an unfortunate rendering of the spinal cord, the icon-style logo associated with the ad looks like the guy’s brain is liquefying, and draining down his throat.

I wonder whether people seeing that subconsciously has cost them any business…

I guess their lawyers would get upset if one were to edit the logo to show the brain already half gone, and entitle it “This is your brain on birtherism”.
