That would be too priceless. I’ve already opened a bottle of champagne after Trump actually announced he’d run (something I’ve always considered extremely improbable).
I really hope Trump stays in the race as long as possible, I’m too curious who he’d pick as running mate (as I am about the others – Huckabee/Palin? Cruz/Ryan? Rubio/Cosby? Bush/Schwarzenegger?).

  3. bgansel9 says:

Yeah, I always wanted a 3 times married, 4 times bankrupted President, with a Slovenian wife 24 years younger… and a Vice President who can run his office from the federal penitentiary. 😛 – NOT!

  4. Rickey says:

In other news, Cody Robert Judy has convinced himself that Justice Sotomayor’s denial of his application for more time is actually good news, because he believes that Sotomayor’s denial means that she has punted his case until the 9/28/15 conference on his motion for reconsideration.

He also has dreamed up some nonsense about “long conference” dates and “short conference” dates.

He is going to be in for a rude awakening next week.

  5. I was told it was to be Gen. Stanley A. McChrystal.

Rickey: the 9/28/15 conference on his motion for reconsideration.

The next term doesn’t start until the first Monday in October and there are no conferences scheduled for the September 28th even though that is what the docket for his case says. Is the 28th the day he’ll get the rubber stamp dismissal for failing to refile? or will that simply disappear from the calendar as moot after the dismissal on the 14th?

  7. He has been talking about Oprah Winfrey. “We’d win easily.”

He’s trailing Hillary by 24 points in the latest CNN poll.

And Trump wouldn’t know the truth if he got his hair caught in it.

  18. Notorial Dissent says:

I think, if we just leave the statement at Judy is deluded, we’ll have it pretty well covered for all bases. He didn’t get an extension to file in the July date, and they will reject his IFP come Sept or whenever, so he is SOL, well more SOE than he was before.

I can’t help wondering if Failcon’s mommy took his internet privileges away after he did something particularly nasty? Sorry, that’s just what keeps coming to mind.

  19. RanTalbott says:

Dr. Conspiracy: He has been talking about Oprah Winfrey.

He later walked that back, and said it was only a joke he’d made during his 2012 non-run that some other person had brought up.

    Dr. Conspiracy: “We’d win easily.”

Looks like he may be angling for an historic first: first candidate ever to mount an insanity defense.

It’s ironic that he talks in the interview about other candidates’ “stupid” answers: he keeps beating his head against his “border wall”, and claims to have talked to “the people on the border”. But the BP have gone on record repeatedly saying a wall is a terrible idea that would actually reduce their effectiveness, because it takes away their ability to see what’s happening on the other side. Plus there’s the fact that most of our border with Mexico is a river: Trump wants to aid the smugglers by providing them with cover in the area where they’d be most exposed.

Clearly, the man is a traitor, and we need to convene a Citizens Grand Jury to indict and try him before he has a chance to carry out his fiendish plan.

  20. Rickey says:

gorefan: The next term doesn’t start until the first Monday in October and there are no conferences scheduled for the September 28th even though that is what the docket for his case says.Is the 28th the day he’ll get the rubber stamp dismissal for failing to refile?or will that simply disappear from the calendar as moot after the dismissal on the 14th?

I’m no expert on the Supreme Court, but I suspect the latter. SCOTUS doesn’t have patience with litigants who fail to meet deadlines.

Case in point: Bobby Chen v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, et al., 13-10400. Chen was the rare pro se plaintiff who filed a petition and cert was granted. The only problem was that Chen disappeared and nobody knew where he was. Cert was granted on 11/7/14 and he then had 45 days to file his brief. Attempts by SCOTUS clerks to contact him were unsuccessful and mail sent to his last known address in New York was stacking up in his landlord’s office. Numerous attorneys who were anxious to take his case pro bono were unable to locate him. When he failed to file his brief the writ of cert was dismissed.

Chen apparently had been in California, and when he returned to New York and found out what had happened he contacted a law firm which filed a petition for rehearing. It seemed to me that his petition for rehearing had merit – he was in California, he was pro se, English is not his first language – but SCOTUS wouldn’t cut him any slack. The rehearing request was denied on 2/23/15 and a final judgment was entered the same day.

If they weren’t going to grant additional time to a pro se petitioner who actually filed a coherent petition, I don’t see them giving extra time to CRJ.

  21. RanTalbott says:

Nancy R Owens: Donald Trump, a *cough, cough* Birther……is leading in the polls.

Of course, the problem is which polls he’s leading.

He’s got a 17/71 favorable/unfavorable rating among the overall electorate (although it’s only 34/52 among Republicans). This is a dramatic change from his previous non-runs, when the general view was about evenly split.

And he’s also got a huge lead in another: 59% of Republicans say they would never vote for him.

So “the truth” has already come out: running for national office as a birther douchebag is like diving into the deep end of the pool wearing lead water wings.

(Speaking of Nancy reminds me: I just had my first encounter with Ron Polland, over on WND. He appears to be a very unhappy person, and Trump’s candidacy and Arpaio’s assurance that the investimagination is merely pinin’ for the fnords doesn’t seem to have cheered him up at all…)

  22. Pete says:

bgansel9: Donald Trump is coming to Phoenix to meet with Joe Arpaio.

If Trump weren’t already a chump, that alone would be enough to disqualify the dumb twit.

  23. Rickey says:

RanTalbott: Plus there’s the fact that most of our border with Mexico is a river: Trump wants to aid the smugglers by providing them with cover in the area where they’d be most exposed.

There also are environmental and water rights issues.

  24. RanTalbott says:

gorefan: The next term doesn’t start until the first Monday in October and there are no conferences scheduled for the September 28th even though that is what the docket for his case says.

Maybe it’s a subtle hint, saying “We know you’re going to fail, but the computer makes us enter a date, so we’re giving you one that’s not real”?

Or maybe they’re just trying to wind him up, to see whether he’ll brag about getting a special conference of his very own? $DEITY knows they deserve a little entertainment after all the crap that birfoons have put them through.

  25. Keith says:

RanTalbott: Of course, the problem is which polls he’s leading.

I beg to disagree. The problem is when the candidates could put two complete football teams on the field and nobody on that field has nowhere near the support that Jon Huntsman had when he dropped out in 2012. Huntsman was fifth in the polling.

Trump as a frontrunner? Not so fast.

  26. RanTalbott says:

    Keith: I beg to disagree.

Actually, you don’t: I didn’t mention it here, because I thought it was obvious to just about everybody in this crowd that the “horse race” poll is quite meaningless at this point (I did when I was trying to explain it to Trump fans, but they all need that dose of reality).

I brought up the other polls to show that Trump is already near his peak in the primaries: the real contenders will pick up support from those who drop out, but he generally won’t. About the only rivals he could poach from are Cruz, Fiorina, and Cody Robert Judy.

  27. The Magic M (not logged in) says:

Rickey: He also has dreamed up some nonsense about “long conference” dates and “short conference” dates.

Why does SCOTUS not show the real long conference? Then it’d all go away! [tm] 😉

Is this fox’s way to eliminate trump?

GOP candidates must turn in financial disclosure ON TIME to get into first debate

    NO EXTENSIONS!!

So far, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida and retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson have filed their personal financial disclosures.

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2015/07/09/gop-candidates-must-turn-in-financial-disclosure-on-time-to-get-into-first-debate/

In his interview with Katy Tur, Trump said: “I’m allowed a 45 day extension and another 45 day extension. I don’t expect to be using an extension.”

  32. Pete says:

And now we’re at Arpaio/ Zullo’s inevitable endgame: “We have top-sekrit ‘proof’ that the birth certificate of the President of the United States is a forgery, but we’re NEVER going to let you, or anybody else, see it – because of some unspecified (also top-sekrit) imaginary legal issue.”

Voila! They used this ruse to scam MILLIONS out of gullible supporters, and now they quietly push it under a rug and move on to the next scam.

Just exactly like the rational people among us said all along that they were doing.

Zullo said he has taken a completely new approach to proving that the document is fraudulent, starting virtually from scratch and not relying on previously submitted evidence.

“It has nothing to do with the work that was done before,” he said of his current investigation.

In other words: “Everything we ever told you before, that was supposed to be indisputable ‘evidence’ that the President’s birth certificate was fake, is utter crap.”

That tacit admission is the only thing surprising in this article.

GOP Sen. Calls For Ariz. Local Party To Pull Sponsorship Of Trump Event

Sen. Jeff Flake on Thursday called on the local Republican party in Maricopa County, Ariz., to pull its sponsorship of a campaign event for Donald Trump due to his recent comments about Mexican immigrants.

“As an elected official and as a Republican, I’m not excited about this, to say the least,” Flake told the Washington Post. “I don’t think that [Trump’s] views are reflective of the party, particularly in Arizona, a border state.”

Flake said that Trump’s comments calling Mexican immigrants “rapists” and drug dealers were “ill-informed” and “not accurate.”

The senator was also troubled by Trump’s recent remark that he wasn’t sure whether President Obama was born in the U.S.

“It’s not just on the immigration side. Donald Trump is just about the last unapologetic birther in the country,” Flake told the Post.

Trump is set to appear at a Saturday campaign event alongside conservative Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who Flake noted is also an “unapologetic birther.”

    http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2015/07/09/sen-flake-local-gop-should-not-host-trumps-arizona-event/

Trump event moves to Phoenix Convention Center

So far, about 3,500 people have RSVP’ed for the event at 2 p.m. on Saturday inside the Convention Center’s North Ballroom.

U.S. Sens. Jeff Flake and John McCain and Gov. Doug Ducey are distancing themselves from controversial Trump.

David Berman, a senior research fellow at Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy, said the high number of RSVPs to the event highlight Trump’s popularity among the right wing of the party: “The Republicans and the conservatives have really had a rough few weeks with the Supreme Court’s decisions, the (Confederate) flags coming down. They like someone who’s standing up and fighting and not giving in and not being milquetoast on everything, and someone who is telling it like they see it. They like to have someone up there speaking their language.”

CNN: Trump says he still doesn’t know where Obama was born

Trump is still not totally convinced that Obama was born in the country.

“I don’t know. I really don’t know,” he said. “I don’t know why he wouldn’t release his records.”

In the interview, Trump also claimed that Hillary Clinton and John McCain were both birthers, and mentioned how he got Obama to release “something.”

“Do you know that Hillary Clinton was a birther? She wanted those records and fought like hell. People forgot. You know that John McCain was a birther, wanted those records. They couldn’t get the records. Hillary failed. John McCain failed,” he said.

Major cases not solved during Mike “Zullo” Moore’s years as a Hendry County Investigator:

NRO, what about the link between Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, and the victims at the Polanski house? Can you shed any light on these murders?

  43. RanTalbott says:

gorefan: The universe shattering info may never be released!

I think Zullo may have provided a clue to the “legal hurdle”.

I’ve speculated that it was just a ruse to cover up the fact that their source was Montgomery, which would discredit their evydunce.

But Zullo said something very interesting:

Zullo explained that when he said in 2013 he was preparing to release the information, he anticipated “we were going to have these answers within weeks.”

“As this was progressing, the legal issues started coming up, and it’s just put everything on hold,” he said.

We know that Montgomery has been frantically protesting the fact that his “proprietary” information was handed over to the Melendres monitor.

I think I’m not the only one who’s speculated that the “NSA document” is a Montgomery fabrication, and the “new technology” Zullo said last year he was using is a Montgomery scam.

If Zullo releases his “universe-shattering evidence”, those frauds would be exposed.

Given what Zullo now says about the timeline, I think it’s very likely that Montgomery balked when Zullo started talking about going public, and wouldn’t allow him to expose the “proprietary information”.

With Montgomery now suing Risen, and trying to get himself cast as a “whistleblower”, keeping the scam a secret would become more important than ever.

The fact that the secrets are now becoming part of the contempt hearing would also explain why Zullo said it’s relevant to the hold-up.

But, wait! There’s more: the WND article author also wrote some stuff that A/Z probably don’t want us to hear.

The racial-profiling judgment and subsequent legal action to which Zullo referred have taken an odd twist, revealing Arpaio’s hiring of a former federal informant in Seattle named Dennis Montgomery to investigate whether U.S. District Court Judge G. Murray Snow and the Department of Justice were conspiring to take down the sheriff.

This contradicts the claim that Arpaio made in his testimony that he wasn’t investigating Snow, and was just trying to help out the county residents who’d had their bank records hacked.

Montgomery, who turns up in attorney Larry Klayman’s lawsuit as a “whistleblower” against the National Security Agency’s program of collecting the personal data of U.S citizens, also apparently figures in the birth certificate case.

I can’t wait for Klayman’s brief describing WND as “a despicable left-wing rag that hates Arpaio” 😉

Notice how Zullo refuses to answer easy, obvious questions.

Also: Judge Snow denied Arpaio’s motion for the judge to recuse himself. The judge also denied Moseley’s motion for reconsideration of the denial of his PHV application.

  47. gorefan says:

bob: Notice how Zullo refuses to answer easy, obvious questions.

It was clear from the get-go this was not going to be like a deposition or trial testimony. Or even an interview by a real news agency. Especially with Gallups as the moderator. But of course all Zullo/Gallups interviews are packaged for the birther audience not as sources of any real information. I suspect difficult questions would have gotten the same responses, if they got asked at all.

This was a mildly interesting answer about the Montgomery “junk”

“I cannot get into anything that’s related to that litigation however the only thing I do want you to understand is a lot of times in law enforcement circles information that we may not have been able to collaborate is often referred to as junk information. That doesn’t mean what you folks think it means and there wasn’t really ample time for the Sheriff and the Chief Deputy to come up to speed on what was progressing on this front. They were caught; you know for all intents and purposes Sheriff Arpaio was caught cold. So I can’t really discuss much more on that.”

So in April, 2015 Arpaio and Sheridan were not “up to speed” on what information Montgomery had given to Zullo?

  48. bob says:

Part of the court record in the Arizona case (now) contains some behind-the-scenes correspondence between these “players.” Including e-mail from Zullo, who berates Montgomery for giving them 50 hard drives full of well, junk.

  49. Joey says:

    I am SO disappointed.

I’m so glad that ‘short’ Conference ‘Long’ Conference thing was cleared up by someone here so I didn’t have to explain it or the facts they exist outside of my own Universe Shattering Evidence.

So, which came first the chicken or the egg? The IFP Reconsideration Review came with the Sept. 28th long conference date First. The Application for Extension for Time came After.

SCOTUS separated them in consideration by giving the Application 25A15 a Case Number all by itself.

The question then remains: Why would the July 13th Date be tied to the Sept 28th Long Conference?

Or put another way? Could the clerk have given a ‘bad piece of advice’ stating to Cody his case would be dismissed without an Application for Extension of Time being filed, JUSTICE Sotomayer recognized this and felt the Extension of Time simply unnecessary after SCOTUS already set a Sept 28th Long Conference for it?

Are these factions of stimuli singing karaoke in the brain cells of the non-delusional and cranial bright lighted Minions here?

One thing for sure, if the Sept 28th contained a whole years worth of ” Pending Motions List” adventurers it wouldn’t be as long as a single short Thursday Conference list. Cody’s Case gains a foothold of being the longest lasting Birther Case in U.S. History.

Just heard this on The Rachel Maddow Show: there are several aircraft navigational waypoints for Palm Beach airpot that at some time got named by a The Donald fan to various Trump-tastic mnemonics: DONLD, TRMMP, IVNKA, and UFIRD. These will now be renamed, since part of the FAA rules for such names is that they be “non-controversial”.

However, Rachel notes that at least so far, they missed one! In the same area, and apparently part of the same sequence, there’s…

Some food for thought: studying science denial conspiracy thinking.

There is an interesting research project by Stephan Lewandowsky, John Cook, and others, that has emerged in written form in a few places, that looks at conspiracy ideation in relation to science denial. An earlier version of this research was subjected to significant and somewhat effective attacks (effective as in a monkey is effective at getting attention when it throws poop at you) against this research by conspiracy driven anti science activists involved in some sort of conspiracy! Against the people studying conspiracy!

Conspiracies all the way down: Is your local climate contrarian a kook or a crook?

They point out that there is a sensible link between rejecting an area of science and believing in a conspiracy. In essence, a significant conspiracy is required in order for thousands of research scientists working in hundreds of institutions across dozens of countries to all be saying essentially the same thing about a major area of science. Conspiracy is not enough. Massive conspiracy is required. “In the case of climate change, several qualitative analyses have shown that denial is suffused with conspiratorial themes, for example when dissenters are celebrated as “Galileos” who oppose a corrupt scientific “establishment”.”

But ‘we’ knew that, didn’t we? How many are required to be involved in a BC conspiracy? How many in a 9/11 conspiracy. Heck we don’t need no SCIENTIFIC study to tell us that!

  91. Pete says:

Well, now we know why the birth certificate investigation has taken 3-1/2 years and counting.

It took the MCSO nearly a year to run a sting operation on a man who wanted to have sex with a horse:

    http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2015/07/sheriff-joe-arpaio-gets-tough-on-horse-sex.html

In a press conference, Sheriff Arpaio explains this important investigation:

“We met him at the airport, undercover. Deputy sheriffs met him at the airport, and took him, uh, to meet the, uh, the horse. We had a lot of conversation, undercover conversation from the suspect. We had our horse, I believe, in a trailer. And when he saw the horse, of course, he got all excited.”

College degrees or Graduate degrees? I can name 3 First Ladies with Graduate degrees right off the top of my head:

    Hillary Clinton
    Michelle Obama
    Laura Bush

Turns out Pat Nixon also had a Graduate degree.

Other First Ladies who earned a college degree include:
    Nancy Reagan
    Rosalyn Carter
    Lady Bird (Claudia) Johnson
    Jacqueline Kennedy
    Lou Hoover
    Grace Coolidge
    Ida McKinley
    Caroline Harrison
    Frances Cleveland
    Lucretia Garfield
Lucy Hayes (prior to Lucy Hayes, First Ladies who were educated went to Finishing Schools, which says much more about how women were treated, not about whether a woman wanted to be educated).

Several First Ladies had extensive education which did not include a formal college setting.

What were you saying about only a handful of First Ladies earning a college education? Oh, and by the way, Melania Trump does NOT have a Graduate degree.

Why don’t you ask the Attorney General of Arizona why Dennis Montgomery met with him? The AG knows that it had nothing to do with Judge Snow.

Whatever Dennis Montgomery was paid, it wasn’t for anything having to do with Judge Snow.

What do we have to do, come to your office and write the story for you and hand it to you on a silver platter from a British butler?

What is even more amazing than the appalling lies and sloppy journalism we are seeing is how journalists are just walking past the biggest story since Watergate or the Church Committee. (Improbable that any journalists are educated enough to know what the Church Committe was about.)

So journalists are walking right past a huge news story, missing the whole thing, in their zeal to lie about conservatives.

You would think that with Arizona’s great weather, journalists who are competent would retire to Arizona and raise these very low standards.”

Exactly. That’s what I was wondering when I first brought it up.

  108. RanTalbott says:

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: boooo cortana is better

That depends on the quality and speed of your connection, and the cost of your data plan.

While I’ll grant that people willing to shell out big bucks for a phone that talks with you, itself, instead of connecting you to other people, don’t usually care as much about the cost, it’s still a resource load that can be significant if you happen to live in an area where you see the sky, instead of office windows, when you look up.

  109. RanTalbott says:

bgansel9: Or is he hinting at something else completely?

My guess would be that it had to do with the possibility of getting “whistleblower” status, and/or not being sent to Gitmo for having all that “stolen classified data” and handing it over to the county mounties.

Remember the back-and-forth with Klayman about getting Monty hooked up with a judge, and the mention of the “DC contact”? I suspect that means they were discussing how MCSO could work with him without being forced to choose between ratting him out to the feds and being accused of misprision of felony (or even felonious possession of the data, themselves).

I also think that my speculation will be (dis)proven by revelations in the hearing, since it’s relevant to whether MCSO was really trying to “get” the judge.

The birth certificate and/or the massive CIA/DOJ conspiracy to tap phones, hack computers and bank accounts, influence judges, and on and on.

  113. RanTalbott says:

    bgansel9: I’m talking about Moseley’s statement

So am I: one of the claims made earlier was that Sup3r S3kr1t emails contained proof that there was a big federal conspiracy to “get” Arpaio, not just that Holder was coaching Snow from the sidelines. The alleged ex parte communications would, indeed, have been a “minor” thing in comparison.

bgansel9: The Whistleblower status didn’t precede the procuring of the hard drives.

The “free talk” with Horne was in 2013. The hard drives came in 2014. It would be astonishing if Monty hadn’t arranged to cover his ass before delivering them. Especially so if he was running a scam.

  114. J.D. Sue says:

My hunch is that Montgomery told the AZ AG that: (1) he (Montgomery) colluded with the DOJ/CIA to do their dastardly work against Arpaio and the general public (including AZ citizens and their bank accounts), and (2) Montgomery would provide the evidence but he needed immunity in AZ.

I say this because of what he apparently did with Attorney Flynn and Tim Blixseth. From what I understand, Tim Blixseth, represented by Flynn, was pulverized in court. Thereafter, Montgomery told them that he had worked with the DOJ to carry out the dastardly deeds against Blixseth. Then, Flynn tried to get Montgomery whistleblower immunity–hoping that Montgomery would testify and vindicate Blixseth. Check this out, particularly paragraph 25 http://www.wnd.com/files/2013/07/BLIXSETH-YELLOWSTONE-CASE-mike-flynn-letter-to-DOJ.pdf

As for the D.C. contacts and judge: I looked at Sheridan’s testimony again and he said they had planned to turn their findings over to the FBI. He also said they had consulted with a FISA judge. I think the “FISA judge” is Judge Lamberth. In one of the unsealed emails, MCSO threatened Klayman that they would handle communications between Montgomery and Judge without involving Klayman, and Klayman responded that they should not mess with Lamberth. Judge Lamberth used to be a FISA judge.

  115. Keith says:

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: It calls up the script… boooo cortana is better

On my iPad, running iOS 8.3 Siri doesn’t even do that. It just goes a general ‘google’ search, and shows the Wikipedia page for Witches as the preferred ‘hit’.

I didn’t. And I had forgotten that mentions of the FBI and the FISA judge, which are both very important details.

Of course, we’ll have to wait to find out if it’s right, but it’s already obvious that your analysis is a whole lot better than mine, and I’d be astonished if it doesn’t turn out to be much closer to the truth than my guesses. And slightly surprised if you haven’t pretty much nailed it.

One of the things I (and, no doubt, others) have been harping on for a couple of years is that no birther has ever been able to demonstrate how the alleged forging was done. Vogt attempted a couple of lame guesses, and I recall reading about one birther (“Polarik”??) spending a long time trying to reproduce it, without success.

Given that history, if Zullo tried that stunt, one of the first demands would be “Show us how you did it”. A task rendered impossible by Zullo’s claim that the presented certified copy is a printout of the online PDF. While he might not be tech-savvy enough to realize how badly he screwed up, his hired forger-actor would have to be. It’d be The Nightmare of the 212 Document Expert Refusals all over again.

Such a person would probably also be smart enough to realize that Zullo couldn’t offer immunity from the other 49 states, or the feds. Unless he found a birther with terminal cancer willing to “take one for the team”, he’d be giving his news conference next to an empty table.

And we all know how hard on birthers empty tables are 😉

“Anyone with a brain knows by know that Dennis Montgomery was NOT paid $120,000 to investigate Judge Snow. He may have been paid $120,000. But it wasn’t for the relatively minor work of proving that the Eric Holder Justice Department was conducting illegal “ex parte” communications with Judge Snow. It was for something else entirely.

  121. Hint: Blixseth is more involved in our story than has been so-far disclosed. I have reason to think that the Monitor could know the details of that. Sue’s whistleblower citation ties into the Melendres affair in a way that plausibly could involve more disclosures about the Blixseth angle, should Arpaio be referred for criminal contempt prosecution.

J.D. Sue: Then, Flynn tried to get Montgomery whistleblower immunity–hoping that Montgomery would testify and vindicate Blixseth.

Actually, I think Zullo did sort of try something like that. There was a time when Doc (and perhaps other prominent “obots”) received letters from so-called Zullo-connected pastors saying they would get him immunity from Congress if Doc would just confess to his conspiratorial bc-forging ways…

Zullo and Gallups credit the obots’ Xerox evidence as unwittingly giving them the greatest clue of all time. Apparently, they saw an NSA guide (hello Montgomery) to forging documents in a way that makes it look like a simple Xerox machine scan/pdf. Stupid, I know, but like you say–to them it’s all conspiratorial techie witchcraft.

p.s. congrats to the people discovering/pushing the Xerox explanation–it apparently drove desperate Zullo et al into the arms of Montgomery who could “explain” everything and save the day for all patriots trying to prove the greatest crime in the history of the world.

I kidnapped Adam Walsh. I know WHY Adam Walsh was kidnapped. I know that Adam Walsh was NOT molested. I know where Adam Walsh is/was buried and my testimony will have more than enough facts to back it up.

As for John Walsh and anybody who had anything to do with our county, you may come in clean. But, I promise you, you either leave dirty or you don’t leave at all. Pablo Escobar was NOT the mastermind behind it. He was a part of it, sure. But, his role is amped up to hide some of the other co-conspirators one of whom was a Hendry County sheriff, Sermon Dyess, Jr., sent to Federal Prison in 1993.

However, that registered motive by presumably John Walsh does give me a clue as to WHO ordered the kill. I have been torn between two people which will not be named because I know Doc. On a philosophical note: I like the idea of not updating previous writings beyond that addition of corrective notes like “Subsequent events showed that this ‘fact’ was not true”, or “This conclusion was later proven incorrect”. There’s something 1984-ish about people who make revisions without identifying them. Not saying that you were actually considering doing that, but your comment suggested you might be.

In addition to his government-corruption hustle, he apparently was hustling in Vegas too. He has a bad gambling habit, and used to throw around millions of dollars, so I guess he was able to pass bad checks in Vegas–owing some people millions. 180. Suranis says:

Recent polling has our favorite birther Presidential candidate running even with Bush for the nomination. Recent polling of a match-up between him and Clinton indicates Clinton ahead by 19 points. Wouldn’t that be fun?

But I won’t get too excited. My favorite Irish bookie still gives odds of Trump winning the nomination as roughly no freaking chance.

Huffington post has moved his coverage over to where it belongs… The entertainment section.

  182. RanTalbott says:

A mystery guest at BTR posted a link to a news story from almost exactly 4 years ago (19JUL11), showing Michelle Bachmann taking the lead from Romney with very similar numbers.

(And no, it wasn’t me: I’m respecting their ban)

So, if history continues to rhyme, will we see Ted Cruz follow the trajectory of Herman Cain? Will Rand Paul maul Trump in the debates like his daddy did Bachmann?

  183. bgansel9 says:

Nancy R Owens: You’re calling me a coward? You say I’m not trying? Where’s my subpoena? I can deliver my testimony

No, I didn’t call you a coward. I said you can’t and won’t show proof that Trump is telling the truth. I never attached any motive to it (perhaps your choice of coward is very telling though, thanks for suggesting it. I’ll make note and consider that possibility).

As for your testimony, nobody gives a damn about your testimony, that’s why you haven’t gotten and will never get a subpoena. Now, kindly go away because you contribute nothing to this forum, unless you can cite the information I asked for (but I see you managed to make your last post all about YOU and your crazy stories again – must be nice for you to live in a world where only Nancy exists – I think they call that narcissism.)

  184. bgansel9 says:

Nancy R Owens: What direction would you like to see me go in now? Tell me and, I promise, I’ll make the move.

I told you the move to make yesterday. Please cite the millions of rapes and murders committed by undocumented immigrants to prove Donald Trump is telling the truth. Now, you said you’d do it, go get to it. Take a few days if you need to look up the information. I can wait until Monday or Tuesday.

  185. Pete says:

Nancy R Owens: What direction would you like to see me go in now? Tell me and, I promise, I’ll make the move.

    Nancy,

Here’s the direction I’d like to see you go in.

    1) As far as haircut goes, go with just a little bit below your ears and kind of rounded. In between the cut of 6 weeks ago and the way you had it before that.

Why? Because I think that’s the best style for you, and I like to see people looking their best. Helps you feel good, too.

    2) Really search your soul and try to figure out why you feel the need to publicly confess to all sorts of stuff. To most of us here, it looks like some sort of need for attention. Where does that need for attention come from? Maybe a good counselor can help you sort this out.

    3) Build a better life for yourself. Get involved somewhere where you can genuinely help people. Like volunteering. Healthy social settings. Maybe a church. I think it could be good for you.

Go healthy. Healthier life. Healthier outlook. Healthier days.

That’s it. That’s the direction I’d like to see you go.

  186. Yoda says:

Trump is actually the LOWEST rated republican despite the fact that he leads the field. How? I will explain.

There are 17 GOP candidates for President. Those who like Trump are already among those who would vote for him in the primaries. The question is, as other candidates drop out, how many new people is he likely to pick up? I submit that it is very few. On the other hand If a Jeb Bush or a Rand Paul drops out, their supports might well end up with Walker. Trump is not get that kind of bump. His popularity will plateau and will probably remain fairly constant as candidates dwindle. Relatively speaking, he his position should steadily fall even has his percentages remain constant.

  187. Yoda says:

My apologies to Ran Talbott. He already made the same point that I did.

  188. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Nancy R Owens: and the FBI again and gave evidence to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Department (flash drive with over 100 YouTube videos)

Youtube videos aren’t evidence. This is what you keep missing out on. You rambling incoherently making all sorts of claims isn’t evidence to back up the claims you were making. It’s no wonder people ignored you. Just as you’ve done here every time you’ve been asked to back up your claims you fail to do so and instead change the subject. Lol a flash drive of youtube videos. Are you Dennis Montgomery?

He may not have called you a coward but I am. Every time you’ve been asked to provide any evidence you’ve failed to do so.

  189. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

Nancy R Owens: I can deliver my testimony. It would take me at least a year to write it all down in affidavit form and one on one testimony would be so much easier and quicker given the time crunch here.

Your made up testimony isn’t evidence. You have been unable to provide proof that you know any of the people involved that you were anywhere near any of them. Again you claiming you were isn’t evidence.

  190. Provide me with an investigator. You can’t do that. It’s not my fault that the powers that be have kept you from knowing the truth. You’ve never heard of me? You didn’t know I was involved in these murders? Whose fault is that?

Maybe the reason you’re angry at me is because you are just now realizing that they are allowing this information to filter out to you thirty plus years later and you feel like idiots. Like they’ve played you and now you may be forced to OPENLY accept foreign kings as your masters because these political clowns NEVER had control.

They couldn’t control their greed and this is exactly what Russia, Cuba, Colombia, and Mexico were banking on. They will tell you you have to accept all of this foreign cultures right at the same time that your English-speaking children are being slaughtered.

Bush’s greatest con job: “I shouldn’t have to speak Spanish.”

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: Your made up testimony isn’t evidence. You have been unable to provide proof that you know any of the people involved that you were anywhere near any of them.Again you claiming you were isn’t evidence.

With your numerous contradictions among your many videos, your claims of killing people that law enforcement members know are still alive and your continuous nonsense in referring to Mike Moore as “Mike Zullo Moore” there’s no reason for anyone to pay attention to you. Sane, rational people are well aware that President Obama’s birth certificate is genuine and the state of Hawaii has stood behind it. He has a detailed life story with plenty of evidence to back it up. There is nothing you can tell them about it that would be true unless you were to confess to the fact that you have been lying about your alleged forging of the birth certificate since the first time you posted your fairy tale.

Your recent addition of Netanyahu to your story is not surprising as you tend to add anyone that is currently in the news. In fact, you said in an earlier post, a couple years ago, that the Bush family was NOT involved in any of the cocaine trade in FL. You emphasized that you weren’t a “Bushbot” (your wording) and then a few months later, you’ve got them torturing you, trying to kill you and other b.s. you made up. You have David Nixon alive one month and then claimed you killed him a few months later. With all these discrepancies, along with dozens more, why the hell would you think anyone would believe a word you say? There is nothing for you to provide to anyone in law enforcement anywhere in the country, including Arpaio’s sham of an investigation. You got some good advice from Pete, you really ought to read it again and act on it.

Since it came after he apparently missed the deadline will this even appear on the docket?

  195. You seem to be a little confused here. I can back up Mr. Donald Trump’s statement that the birth certificate is fake because I forged it. I don’t work for Trump. I won’t waste my time trying to back up everything else he says. I have provided an affidavit confessing to the FBI on the forgery.

It’s not as specific as they’d like and I do need to redo it with details. It’s hard for me because I don’t know if Obama is my half-brother and there is a part of me that is not comfortable in betraying blood. I know that I forged the documents, for whom, and why. I know that I took his black and white photos and prepared his bio for college.

I also know that he was almost murdered several times in Clewiston, Florida and that he had a funeral in Harlem. He would have had a huge scar on his head just like the President has. I was told by my father that Allen/Obama was not really dead and that they were taking him to a safe location away from Escobar’s drug territory.

I don’t know if my father was telling me the truth or if he was trying to make things easier on me given all that I had already been through. Or, maybe he feared that I would hunt him down on Pablo’s command. I do believe the location was his grandmother’s village of Mombasa in Kenya. To the best of my knowledge, I never saw him again.

Is that a real scar on “Obama” or is it makeup? Is that really my brother? Or, is he an actor? With millions of people to chose from it’s not hard to find body doubles. Vince Foster was killed in 1982. His body double lived on for another ten years or so. John F. Kennedy, Jr was killed in 1981. His body double lived on until reportedly 1989.

I do know that the woman who claims to be his sister is really Maya Delgado whose brother was known as the “Bikini Killer.”

I back up Trump’s claim that the document in forged because I have first hand knowledge of this forgery. Again, I do not work for Trump and neither does my husband so I will stress this once more, I’m not going to go chasing down information to back up everything Mr. Trump claims.

My affidavit has been submitted to the FBI so my “call to the carpet” has been met. If this is not good enough, then let me know and I will set up a FundMe account and you can make any contribution you’d like.

bgansel9: You said Trump was telling the truth, now you say you don’t believe it? You don’t have enough knowledge to back up the claim? Then why did you state Trump is telling the truth if you didn’t know?

You most certainly DO speak for Trump, until you are called to the carpet with a demand to cite the evidence. Then you go all knobby kneed. You don’t do this very well, Nancy. When Trump first hit it big (where “big” equals “less than 20% of his own party”) in the polls, I was trying to find the oft-quoted stat that there’s a solid base of loonies — is the number 27%? — that can always be counted upon to go full derp. Trump has currently locked in a major chunk of the derp vote, which will only shift around a bit as other active derp players like Carson wax and wane.

Of course, I think that’s all going to change now, as Trump hit the “eject” button earlier today with his comment on POWs. He’ll probably still salvage some hardcore derp apologists, but any chance of him growing beyond the derp base is now gone.

Er, no. You may recall that Obama won the Democratic nomination that year and went on to win the general election. There are certainly loonies who vote Democrat, and some of them may have even voted for Obama, but the solid-core loon vote I’m referring to is not going to go for a black Democrat named “Hussein”. And the kind of candidate whose base is the solid-core loon vote is not going to head a major party ticket, let alone win the general election.

During the time that the ship was at Subic, we handled all of its communications until emergency repairs were made. Consequently, I got to see official reports about what happened.

McCain was strapped into his A-4 Skyhawk when the plane was hit by a Zuni rocket which was accidentally fired by an F-4 Phantom fighter jet that was more than thirty yards behind McCain’s plane. The accidental firing was caused by an electrical surge in the fighter jet (a similar misfiring of a Zuni rocket had occurred aboard the aircraft carrier USS Hancock two months earlier, but that rocket didn’t hit anything and landed harmlessly in the ocean). The rocket hit McCain’s fuel tank and his plane burst into flames. He didn’t intentionally drop his bombs – he followed the emergency protocol and shut down his plane’s engines. That was when his bombs dropped onto the flight deck. He then got out of his cockpit, went up the nose of the plane and jumped off the fuel probe into the fire.

The fact that his bombs dropped onto the flight deck is irrelevant. His plane was engulfed in flames, so the bombs would have exploded from the heat whether they were on the flight deck or still on the plane. By this time the leaking jet fuel from McCain’s plane had already caused the fire to spread to multiple other planes, and the bombs on those planes exploded even though they had not dropped to the flight deck.

Are you really that stupid? Hillary couldn’t have registered for the draft even if she wanted to. The Selective Service System won’t accept draft registrations from females, because the law doesn’t allow it. In fact, the Supreme Court upheld the men-only requirement in 1981. –Col. Thomas D. Drake, commanding officer, 168th Infantry, 34th Division. Drake was captured at Sidi Bou Zid, along with my father, on February 17, 1943. Drake was a real veins-in-his-teeth fighter, who practically had to be physically subdued to be taken. He was such a bad prisoner the Germans sent him back in September 1944. Here’s what his divisional commander had to say to Drake at war’s end:
“Knowing the conditions, I can only marvel at the gallantry of the 168th Infantry and yourself in the face of overwhelming odds. You, and you alone were fighting the entire German armored force of General Rommel and the delay you caused saved the Allied Forces in Southern Tunisia from disaster. Both of you wrote a page in American history for which you can be well proud. The blame for your defeat can only be layed on the shoulders of those who completely failed to come to your support as had been planned.”
So rump can put that in his pipe and smoke it. Only the fighting man ever gets close enough.

And after his student deferments ended when he finished graduate school, he conveniently sought and was given a 1-Y classification (qualified only case of a war or other national emergency) due to an undisclosed medical condition. In those days it was common knowledge that people who had connections with the local draft board could get 1-Y classifications for their sons. Some people also cheated, for example by taking medication which would raise their blood pressure.

Lupin: I am often uncomfortable with the way the word “hero” is so casually bandied about n America’s somewhat jingoistic defense of their military.

It’s not just used in discussions of the military: we also use it to describe police, firefighters, and other people who bravely do dangerous things on our behalf.

There’s a legitimate argument that the term has become debased, that it should be a “superlative” and is being used for people who are only “comparatively” brave and selfless. But it’s filling a gap, because we don’t have a simple, concise term for such people in English, so the usage is understandable.

Lupin: Can you be a “hero” in a bad cause

I would say “sometimes, depending on the circumstances”. Although many of us see Vietnam as a “bad cause” in hindsight, I think the people who went there (at least semi-)voluntarily believed they were trying to do good for their fellow Americans and/or the Vietnamese (there were a few exceptions, of course, but there always are). That’s not the case for the WWII Axis powers, who were fighting for the power to subjugate and exploit their fellow humans. So, even though many of their soldiers did do things we would consider “heroic” in the abstract, we’re more reluctant to apply the term because we associate it with struggling for what we think is “right and good”.

I disagree about McCain. While it’s fair to say that his service as a pilot was only “comparatively brave”, what he did while a POW was (at least, according to the stories I’ve heard) “superlative”, and does qualify him as a “hero”.

  223. RanTalbott says:

What’s new to me in the Factcheck.org article is that the Zuni missile may actually have struck the plane which was parked next to McCain’s plane, and that explosion set McCain’s plane on fire. Not that it matters – The A-4s were waiting their turns for launching, which means that they were parked diagonally on the flight deck, with the tails pointed out to sea. Even if there had been a wet start, the flame would have shot our harmlessly.

Once serious candidates emerge, even early in a primary race, the ripeness doctrine is unlikely to bar resolution of a bona fide challenge to a candidate’s constitutional eligibility to serve as President for several reasons. First, the issue would be concrete, and the case would not require development of the kind of record critical to most judicial decisions. The only essential facts would be the candidate’s birthplace and the citizenship of her parents. The heart of the matter would not involve the interplay of legal principles with complex facts, but interpretation of extensive legal and historical research concerning Article II and the intentions of the Framers in light of relevant principles of constitutional interpretation…]

Who said anything about it being classified information? It was classified in 1967, but no longer. The official reports on the Forrestal fire have been available to researchers for years.

It’s evident that you have no coherent response to my salient points:

    1. The bombs on McCain’s plane would have exploded from the heat whether they were on his plane or on the flight deck.

    2. There isn’t a scintilla of evidence that McCain gave his plane a wet start, but even he did it would have no effect upon the plane which accidentally fired the Zuni missile. McCain’s plane was on the port side, with its tail pointing toward the sea. The plane which fired the missile was on the starboard side, more than 30 yards away from McCain’s plane. Planes which are waiting to be launched are parked diagonally on the aft flight deck, with their noses pointed forward and their tails pointed at the sea. They do this because it allows them to have more planes on the flight deck than if they were lined up in a row.

McCain’s plane crash is irrelevant to what happened on the Forrestal.

In the fog of a catastrophe, it is certainly possible to get things wrong. McCain believed that his plane was struck by a missile, but it appears that the missile actually struck the plane next to McCain’s, and when that plane caught on fire McCain’s plane caught on fire. So what?

As I pointed out before, the fact that one or both of McCain’s bombs fell to the flight deck is irrelevant. The intense heat would have caused them to explode regardless of where they were located.

There is no evidence that McCain gave his plane a wet start, but even if he did it would have had nothing to do with the accident because, as Gorefan’s link demonstrates, the tail of McCain’s plane was pointed toward the ocean, not toward another plane. The video also shows that bombs which did not drop to the flight deck also exploded from the heat.

So your two criticisms of McCain – your assertion that he caused the damage to the Forrestal because he dropped his bombs and that he caused the missile to fire because he did a wet start on his plane – are demonstrably wrong.

That leaves you with two choices. You can be a man and admit that you are wrong, or you can continue to make a fool of yourself. Your track record suggests that you will continue to make a fool of yourself.

That’s pretty intense. When the ship limped into Subic Bay the flight deck looked like swiss cheese.

The Forrestal had a crew of approximately 5,000 sailors and Marines. The survivors obviously wanted to let their families know that they were okay, but Subic Bay had limited telephones which could make calls to the United States, and those calls had to be routed through Manila. The Navy decided to let each man send a short telegram home. In addition to handling the Forrestal’s regular communications, we also typed up and transmitted thousands of telegrams (called Class E messages) over a period of 36 hours. They were sent to the Naval Communication Station in Stockton, California, and from there they were turned over to Western Union for delivery.

Notorial Dissent: I used to think that Nulwit Nancy was the unchallenged and unconquerable mistress of gibberish and nonsense, and flat out unvarnished lying and all around fantacization but that torch, well really a smoldering pile of skunk dung has now officially passed to princess Judy. I really didn’t think that anyone would ever surpass her in her wastage of helpless electrons or in the spewing of useless and pointless verbiage, but the princess has managed that. Judy is an illiterate clueless liar, with delusions of sentience, and seems to believe that collections of unrelated and unrelatable gibbering passes for intellect and insight. He is wrong in this as he is and has been in every thing else he pretends to. He has also achieved status as being the second person on my total ignore list.

  263. CRJ2016 says:

    bob:
C’mon: Judy claims he ran for president in 2008 and 2012 — yet his name was not listed on a single ballot.

No, my name was listed on a number of individual ballots. You see a ‘Ballot’ begins with an individual’s ballot. I know you guys like to get a head of yourself and really only give credit to being listed on a State’s Ballot. But every election I have ever been in I was found voted for. That’s the importance of a ‘write-in’. You may not have head of the term, because its a small muscle that is not exercised much but its none-the-less law.

One of the amazing things about our Nation is every vote counts! Your’s, mine, and even the 10 Billion Dollar Man Mr. Trumps’ is worth exactly the same. When you start to disparage that known fact, you are very close to doing yourself a lot of harm. That’s why I stand up for the little guy. I understand how important the individual is, and it seems at times, that many of you here forget that in such condescending and belittling terms.

Gotta give you guys some news! I am going to win! Now what I win isn’t as important as winning. But you guys are all going to have to eat a big bag of dog poop for the crap that’s been coming out of your mouths..(smile) ahhh, lol.. I’m just kidding about the ‘dog-poop’. You don’t really have to eat that, but your own words are going to be coming back for you to digest. Whatever you remember they are, that’s what your going to be eating.

You know Doc halted ‘comments’ on his failed prophesy.. not to mention having to ‘change’ his story? Aint that something? You all should take notice and watch what’s going to come back and eat you up. I mean how ‘deceptive’ is it to tell everyone here that my Case was going to be dismissed June 18th, pull over on the freeway to check it out, find out it wasn’t, and then make excuses for it and change the headlines on your story?

Is that what we are going for here? Talk about ‘spinning a story’ you guys are the masters of making your ‘losing’ endeavors appear to be ‘winners’. (laugh) I mean its kind of funny, but in another way its very serious that you hold such contempt for upholding our Constitution’s nuclear center. You know 14 pages of the 48 in that little Constitution pamphlet are referencing the Office of the President? Find any subject principle or person who occupies more space in references and that should tell you how very important this is. Here’s the ‘changed story’ headlines Doc wrote:

News: Supreme Court rejects Judy plea
    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2015/06/future-news-supreme-court-rejects-judy-plea/

Now, do you all really consider even the ‘changed’ headline a big deal? (smile) Of course not, Doc’s good with you all and has dedicated a lot of time to what? Defending the Constitution? Making our United States a safer place? There is a SECOND CONFERENCE. Where’s that headline for all those who want to follow the Case. How fortunate-‘Comments’ are closed?

Did the SCOTUS ‘Deny’ my plea? Which one?, Oh the minor detail of the ‘forma pauperis’ but what we all know Doc wanted was for everyone who read the story to believe ‘In order to continue the appeal, Mr. Judy will have to pay the filing fee and comply with court rules.’? Wrong again! The Case continues, Judy has not had to pay the filing fee, and he has complied with Court rules.

How about another example? Remember ole ‘Rickey-tickey-tembo’s’ great discovery’, along with ‘Reality Check’s Hallucinatory-Denial’ that my forma pauperis status or standing was dismissed based on Rule 38.9? Anyone in their right mind would know if that was the case then the Supreme Court of the United States would certainly list it as such?

Now owing to “Rickey-Tickey-Tembo'” and “Reality’s-Check-Hallucinatory-Denial”‘s great big discovery of Rule 39.8 , they can ‘man-up’ now and apologize to everyone, or slink off into the corner of a 6 weeks Research Rehabilitation’s 12-step program? I dont really expect the apology, and probably expect them to look for Door #C- slash and burn- maime and defame- ridicule and rile.

    :
Decided to do a little research on the Cases that were also placed on the Pending Orders list in the June 18th Conference. The findings were interesting and revealed my case as rather an enigma in regards to the ‘forma pauperis’ standing, being denied that is. There were 6 Cases in all that were placed on the Pending Orders List- denied proceeding with ‘ forma pauperis status or standing in the June 18th Conference.

:It is true that if the Court finds in a case the petitioner to be abusing the Court process in multiple filings that Rule 38.9 was established to ‘Deny’ forma pauperis standing, or process to the Court without filing fees being paid. Rule 39.8 states:
:” If satisfied that a petition for a writ of certiorari, jurisdictional statement, or petition for an extraordinary writ is frivolous or malicious, the Court may deny leave to proceed in forma pauperis.”

:The biggest question I had for the Clerk in my phone call was if my Case was denied based on this wouldn’t it be mentioned that it was in pursuant to 39.8 and the clerk informed me that it would.

As I researched the Cases, in deed, I found that to be true.

Cases that were denied forma pauperis standing that Conference day that had ” pursuant to Rule 39.8 ” attached to their Cases were:
:14-7802 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8
:14-7899 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8
:14-8081 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8
:14-8082 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8

That left only two other cases mine and this one:
14-9747 Macak v. McDonald Sec. Vet Affairs I found the dismissal by the Circuit Court for Veterans Claims (link).
I called Mr. Macak and inquired wither he had paid for any Court fees in the lower courts. Based on the fact that this was essentially a veterans claim originating from the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit case No. 1015-7011, there was never any cost involved.

In speaking with him I gathered that he is between 75-80 years old, has no more dependent children living with him ( his youngest was 18 and he had twins that were 22 years old). He had a $1,200 dollar mortgage. His retirement entitlement between social security and disability was $4,100 per month.

I couldn’t help but think good Lord if I was clearing half of what he had coming in a month with no dependents I certainly could afford 2-4K in printing cost and a $300 Court Fee and I’d feel like a pretty dog-gone cheap skate if I didn’t. This was a guaranteed income that Mr. Macak had. He has not filed for a Reconsideration from the Court on the denial of forma pauperis. I did and was given the conference on the motion for reconsideration for Sept.28th.

My income you have to deduct product cost from sales. If you do not pay for product you certainly have no sales not to mention my business is subject to ‘seasonal fluctuations’. Try to explain that to a Court that wants to know “gross”, not “net” and you can understand why a Magistrate Court Judge might ‘get it’ in the Lower Courts but the Supreme Court might have missed it.

Anyway, its just really bothered me that mine was denied and seeing this information helped me make some sense of what may have happened in the Supreme Court of the United States. Also seeing the debunking of so many insults that have come to me over the insinuation that my case was amongst those whose was dismissed due to Rule 39.8 also made me feel better.

Now, there was no guessing game there Folks. Rickey and Reality Check I am positive are very competent in their research abilities. Understanding this leads us to believe, that three of your very best and brightest stars over here at Obamaconspiracy.org are really good at manipulating the truth away and out from underneath you, just like they have been doing all along on this ‘natural born Citizen’ issue.

You all know the Judges have never had a hearing on the ‘natural born Citizen’ requirement for President and Vice President. (don’t forget those two offices) that was a real test to the principle ‘Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’ with standing fulfilled.

There have been quite a few times in my life where I found myself standing up for the right, I won the fight, but the reward was cheap. Has that every happened to you guys? Kind of like getting the Congressional Medal of Honor out of a 50 cent plastic candy machine. You know with the little plastic balls inside. (laugh)

You know I’ll never forget going to bat for the Native American Indians held for decades in maximum security solely on the basis they did not cut their hair to the prison standards for male inmates. Oh it was an official ‘dis-obeying’ a direct order run-around-game for the warden, but the results were a discrimination of religion based on what amounted to what people looked like. The physical appearance of someone.

I was held in Maximum Security in ‘solitary confinement’ for over 3.5 years based on that with my petitions in court..waiting. Just waiting and of course not cutting my hair. I was called the same thing Sen. Lindsay Graham called Donald Trump Monday over and over and over again by the prison guards who recited over and over and over the wins for the Prison System on this matter.

I wasn’t suing on a religious issue, I hit the Court in a different directions..discrimination of gender on the basis of physical grooming standard. The women had one line..’female inmates can grow their hair as long as they want’.
The men had two pages of requirements. All that hoop-lah about ‘cleanliness’ was just a wash as they were letting the women be invested with whatever it was they were keeping from the men.

Now, three and half years later fighting for this, taking the abuse, I mean as hard as you can get legally., getting out of a cell only one hour every 24 hours, for about 1,095 days, I suddenly see through a window one day a new inmate man coming through R&O walking down the hall with long hair.

A couple of days later I am shackled and cuffed and taken to Court. I had sued for $10 a day for the violation. What? We’d call that peanuts considering that kind of abuse over your appearance. What that would total about $12,600.00

You know what the Judge said to me? “Well, Judy you got your hair.” Case dismissed. The reward in Court was certainly, well, taken out of a 50 cent candy machine. Do you know what the reward was when I hit General Population?

Standing Ovation… you can’t imagine men who are children of God so appreciative of the little things when everything had been taken from them. Oh they did what they did to get there, but our Society had set a limit on it and when the freight was paid it was paid it was suppose to be done and society was suppose to accept them back into their loving arms.

Unfortunately, society isn’t as perfect as Christ the Lord. But I will tell you, not getting the $12 thousand dollars was not as bad as the conscience that bothers all of those guards and the warden for what they did. Rules is rules you say, well the Nazi’s had rules to and you suffer the rules that you stand for.

I was a hero to the General Population in Prison, and there is no reason to expect less from the United States Supreme Court in their decision that Obama, Rubio, Cruz are ineligible Candidates for President.

That’s just one story.. I have a lot (smile) Check out my book : Taking A Stand- the Conservative Independent Voice.

What percentage of the vote did you get CRJ? Let’s be serious. Your name came up on very few ballots. I see that you got 8 write-in votes out of 179,412 total votes in the Utah District 1 House race in 2002. You may call yourself a former candidate, but let’s be real, you’d never win with numbers like that.

  268. bob says:

CRJ2016: No, my name was listed on a number of individual ballots.

Judy claims his name was written in, but being listed is not the same being written in. Being listed shows that the candidate is sufficiently serious — and not driven solely by vanity or ego, like Judy. Under Judy’s “analysis,” “Lizard People” and “Flying Spaghetti Monster” were candidates for the U.S. Senate, to be accorded the same respect that Judy (thinks he) deserves.

Regardless, there’s no evidence that anyone wrote in Judy’s name for the 2008 or 2012 presidential elections. There’s no evidence that Judy was even a certified/registered write-in candidate for either of those elections (some states require even write-in candidates to be certified or registered, like when thousands of Georgians voted for Charles Darwin).

You all know the Judges have never had a hearing on the ‘natural born Citizen’ requirement for President and Vice President. (don’t forget those two offices) that was a real test to the principle ‘Born in the U.S. to Citizen Parents’ with standing fulfilled.

Around a dozen courts have expressly ruled that birth in the United States is sufficient for natural-born citizenship. These were not dismissals for lack of standing. (And the lack of a hearing does not make any of those rulings any less valid.)

I was a hero to the General Population in Prison, and there is no reason to expect less from the United States Supreme Court in their decision that Obama, Rubio, Cruz are ineligible Candidates for President.

Judy is so lost in his delusions that he forgets that he never sued Rubio or Cruz, so the Supreme Court can’t make any ruling about them. Judy also forgets that he sued Obama for monetary damages — a claim both the district and appellate court expressly said was frivolous.

  269. bob says:

In the 2008 general election in Utah, “Judy ‘Write-In'” received exactly ZERO votes. And Judy isn’t even listed in the 2012 results.

Wrong again! The Case continues, Judy has not had to pay the filing fee, and he has complied with Court rules.

Actually, you haven’t complied with the court rules. On June 22 you were ordered to pay the docketing fee and to submit your petition in compliance with Rule 33.1 no later than July 13. You have not done that.

The biggest question I had for the Clerk in my phone call was if my Case was denied based on this wouldn’t it be mentioned that it was in pursuant to 39.8 and the clerk informed me that it would.

As I researched the Cases, in deed, I found that to be true.

:14-8081 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8
:14-8082 The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied see rule 39.8

Except that those cases were decided in March, not in June. They were on the schedule for the June conference merely to dispose of motions for reconsideration. The way clerks entered rulings in March may not have been the same in June. It is unlikely that SCOTUS will ever give you an explanation. However, I’ve noticed that you still haven’t posted a copy of the letter which you received from SCOTUS. How about it?

The bottom line is that SCOTUS either denied your in forma pauperis motion because your petition is frivolous (as both the trial court and the appeals court ruled), or SCOTUS concluded that that you weren’t convincing when you claimed that you couldn’t afford to pay to filing fee and the cost of printing petitions.

If it turns out that I was wrong about why your motion was denied, I’ll be more than willing to admit it. Unlike some people, I have no problem admitting it when I get something wrong.

Once released from prison, even felons can vote in Utah. Yet in 2008 literally no one voted for Judy for president in Utah, the only state in which he was a declared write-in presidential candidate. (And to state the obvious: The names of declared write-in candidates are not listed on the ballot; they do not even “appear” unless they are written in.)

No sane person would see such a post as anything but mean spirited ribbing, but those aren’t sane folks.
