“Where’s the birth certificate?” became “Where’s the real birth certificate?” and to emphasize moving the goalposts, their latest publicity stunt was to fly a banner over the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, TX, during last Sunday’s game.
What do you expect from someone who likes to sit on peoples’ birthday cakes?
Spending money to fly their banner over the closed dome- another stunning birther success!

In fundy land, the world never changes …. the Cowboys, America’s Team, still play in Texas Stadium, which has a hole in the roof, allowing God to watch the games. No doubt this was an attempt by the birthers to wave their gospel in the Creator’s face …..
The game last Sunday between the Cowboys and the Giants was played at 7:30 PM Dallas time, about 3 hours after sunset. Since the video shows bright daylight, the fly-by had to have been several hours before the game. Which would explain the virtually empty parking lot.
Wouldn’t the parking lot be filled with tailgaters before a game? This looks like the banner was flown on non-game day.

The audience isn’t the well-to-do inside the stadium, the liberal elites who can afford $300 football tickets. They want to reach the tailgate partiers, and the people who hang out around Lake Grapevine.

14 secs, low-res, and mostly still frames being panned/zoomed. Nothing indicates plane was there on the day claimed, or for any length of time if at all. And the red in the photo above is heavily enhanced.
Texas Stadium was demolished a couple of years ago. The Cowboys now play in Cowboys Stadium, which has a retractable roof.

You’re actually proposing that the intended target audience was some “tailgate pariters” who fought traffic down to the stadium, waited in line to get into the parking area, paid the exorbitant parking fee, just to hang around in a parking lot and cook hotdogs, even though they didn’t have a ticket to see the game?

All joking aside, yes — this is a thing. The only other thing I can compare it to would be the parking lot at a Dead show. (But only in the sense of hordes of the ticketless creating a scene of their own, adjunct to the event.) People do similar things at motorsports events as well.
Hmmmm interesting. I was completely unaware of that. I’ve only ever gone to games I actually had a ticket for, or would purchase at the door, so I guess I just never noticed those people.
Does seem kind of counter productive, but no more so than joining the back of a 5000 person line for tickets to a 1000 person theater. I’ve seen that more than once.

In Chicago, recently they have made a big deal about no tailgating during the game. I believe this had something to do with those who come to tailgate and not go to the game, and thus, keep partying outside the stadium.
Not having been to a Bears game, I cannot speak to any experience .
