No elephants this time. A photograph has surfaced on the Internet on mainstream sites like MSN and The Huffington Post showing newborn Barack Obama in Kenya near Kogelo village (where President Obama’s step-grandmother lives to this day).
I believe the photo is authentic, showing Barack Obama, just hours old, with his mother at the hospital in Kenya. This is shocking enough, but the rest of the story is even more bizarre.
About laughed myself sick with that one.

The MSN story which Doc references doesn’t contain the most bizarre aspect of the story as reported by Time.
“On Tuesday, Millicent Owuor gave birth to twin boys at the Siaya District Hospital in Nyanza province, Western Kenya, the local newspaper The Standard reported. Naming her two sons after the presidential candidates would help her “remember the historic U.S. elections for a long time, both the winner and the loser,” the 20-year old mother told the national daily.
Siaya is the home district of Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., who was born in the village of Nyang’oma Kogelo in 1936. Just days ahead of the election, the village’s witch doctor, 105-year old John Dimo, had accurately predicted the outcome of the elections by tossing shells and bones and assessing the position they landed. ‘Obama is very far ahead and is definitely going to win,’ he told the Associated Press. Laugh about it, but he was right — unlike those who believe in the Redskins Rule, or critics of Nate Silver.”
For purposes of historical accuracy, Barack (Sr.) was not born in Kogelo. He was born in Kanyadhiang, which is about 100 miles by land around Kavirondo Bay from Kogelo. Onyango, the father of Barack (Sr.), got into a fight with Paul Mboya, the Luo political leader of Karachuonyo District, and packed up his family, moving them to Kogelo. Barack (Sr.) is buried in Kogelo.
I have no doubt that the mother in that photo is Stanley Ann Dunham. Birthers were right all along.
When are the conspiracy nuts finally going to give it up? President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, pure and simple! It’s been proven over and over again the President was born in Hawaii, so why don’t people give it up? Can everyone say racism?
My official opinion as Punchmaster General is that conspiracy theorists suffer from an incurable perpetual state of denial. I mean, to this day there are people who still believe the moon landings were fake. If a birther was allowed to inspect the genuine piece of paper that is Obama’s birth certificate, they would force themselves to see “anomalies” where there aren’t any, like the “TXE”, the “Smiley Face”, etc. Anything to allow them to cling to their belief. They might notice that the paper “looks TOO aged”, or “Is the wrong shade of green”, the paper isn’t “the right thickness”. Honestly I think its a form of dementia!
Adding more headlines to the search on “Obama Born in Kenya” does not negate or diminish the fact that Barack Hussein Obama was born there!

You have no personal testimony. Not a single person who could have personal knowledge of Obama’s birth has ever said he was born in Kenya.
You have no evidence that Obama’s parents even traveled to Kenya.
Against that, I have documentary evidence, testimony, government records that Obama was born in Hawaii. Plus I have INS documentation that proves that Obama’s father didn’t leave the US in 1961, and that Obama’s mother didn’t travel to Kenya and back that year.
You are, frankly, crazy as a loon. You are a nut case. You’ve gone off the track. You have lost your senses. You are several fries short of a Happy Meal. You’re potted. You’re delusional.
