Another example of breathtaking racism and lunatic behavior at a GOP town hall meeting:

  2. bovril says:

If I recall correctly was a video that Birfoon Report pimped, as usual, as if the Congressman had said that Obama needed stringing up.

  3. RanTalbott says:

You do recall correctly: on youtube, the BR’s video is entitled “Rep. Bridenstine Townhall: Obama Should Be Executed; Impeach The SOB”. However, the top results from a youtube search for “Bridenstine Executed” (without the quotes) shows that much of the left-wing video reaction does the same thing. For different reasons, of course. But it’s a dishonest practice shared by both extremes: the closer you get to “the fringe”, the more people you see slathering sanitizer on the hands they’ve used to put words in other people’s mouths.

  4. Bob says:

    From Orly’s site:

❝DVD of the historic trial in GA and DVD of a historic testimony in NH, where evidence was provided showing Obama using a forged birth certificate and a stolen social security number. The DVDs are in a beautiful commemorative case with personal autographs from attorney Dr. Orly Taitz $22.50 each +$2.50 for shipping and handling.❞

Can’t remember but isn’t GA the hearing where the judge told Orly to take the video off of YouTube because she didn’t own it? And now she’s selling it?

She does skirt the issue by saying

❝To order these DVDs, donate $25.00 by credit card on the website❞

Perhaps the judge would like to know about this.

I’ve always thought the political spectrum rather than being a straight line….with the extremes at each end is really a circle……with the extremes meeting at the bottom where they are virtually indistinguishable.

And BR bills it as “News Analysis”…

  8. RanTalbott says:

Bob: Perhaps the judge would like to know about this.

Oh, I’m sure she’ll explain it by saying she subpoenaed the video for one of her many lawsuits, so it’s now in the public domain because it’s “evidence”.

She just forgot to tell the Court it had been served…

  9. Off topic, but we talk about the poor showing from birthers at “events.” In Raleigh NC, between 80 and 100,000 people showed up in a progressive protest against state Republican legislators who have been raising taxes on the poor.

Damn: I skimmed too quickly and, for a moment there, I was thinking it might be Al Jazeera Arabic, and they would give him a free “special flight” to, say, Egypt for the “interview”. 😈

Is someone going to ask him whether he understands that his CCP are a bunch of clowns who make Inspector Clouseau look like Sherlock Holmes, and him like a fool for not shutting them down months ago? He’s got to be aware that what they call “evidence” isn’t, legally speaking. And that they’ve been caught just flat-out lying about the “race code” thing.

Someone should also ask him about assigning the CCP to what they now admit is a lobbying campaign, which looks like a blatant violation of both their charter and their 501(c)3 status.

Ken Burns has come out with a history app for the iPad…

And even gives a shout-out to the birthers…

“You can find, within the historical example, a guide to what is happening and what will happen,” Burns says. “And so by curating [these events], you’re liberating them from the chronology and saying, ‘How similar is the way Prohibition happened to the way the Tea Party and birthers are talking now?’”

  19. Andrew Vrba, PmG says:

I must say that the “Oh God! Zullo might not have been completely honest with us! Time to do damage control, or we’ll look even stupider!” panic that the birthers are in right now is entertaining. It seems the closer we get to March, the more we’re gonna hear the “universe shattering” evidence pushed farther and father back.

An a non-birther note, I’ve been playing with that Lays “Do us a flavor” thing. My entries thus far are “Psychotic bees” and “A wrong that can never be undone”.

““What better way to insure attachment to the country than to require the President to have his American citizenship through his American Father and not through a foreign father. Any child can be born anywhere in the country and be removed by their father to be raised in his native country. The risks would be for the child to return later in life to reside in this country bringing with him foreign influences and intrigues.” – Charles Pinckney (Continental Congress (1777-78 and 1784-87) and S.C. state legislature (1779-80, 1786-89, and 1792-96) (signer of the Constitution of the United States)

The first clue is that when you Google the entire quote, the only results are on birther websites.

When someone cites a dubious quotation, the best response is to demand that the person posting it provide a source.

Ellen: Can anyone help me with this alleged Charles Pinckney quote:

Article from OCT re: Pinckney, which includes the Pinckney quote (with source) that birfers have distorted:

Framer speaks on natural born citizenship
    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2009/03/framer-speaks-on-natural-born-citizenship/

The quote birfers cite is spurious. Search for Pinckney by name, and you get the usual results, historical biographies, Wiki page, etc.

Search for his name and any part of the quote, and you get the same results, but none of them turn up the quote.

Put any part of the quote in quotes, and you get an entirely different set of results, from a much smaller corner of the web. A bunch of wingnuts, presenting it in echo chambers w/o attribution. There’s a funny Freep thread in which someone trotted it out, and was immediately slapped down (“So what? Present some case law.”)

This “quote” is tribal lore, sekrit gnawlige, i.e., the intellectual equivalent of “crap”.

  27. Dr Kenneth Noisewater says:

ballantine: The risks would be for the child to return later in life to reside in this country bringing with him foreign influences and intrigues

Yep it looks like P.A. Madison said it in 2008. He quoted a part from Pickney then added his own thoughts not from Pickney. Nowhere in what he quoted on Pickney does it say anything about citizen parents. This was all P.A. Madison’s own thoughts. Birthers not being very smart read part of it saw Pickney’s name then repeated it everywhere they could.

  28. Ellen says:

Many thanks re Pickney all of you. Particularly with the P.A. Madison reference and link.

    Cheers

After it was determined that “Harry Bounel” in the 1940 census actually was Harry Boymel, I ordered a copy of Boymel’s SS-5. Yesterday the SSA acknowledged receipt of my request and said that I should have a response within 30 days.

His SS-5 could be of interest because I have seen SS-5s from that era which list not only the individual’s address, but also the employer’s name and address. Therefore, it may identify the fruit store where Harry worked.

In cases like this I think we should really weigh in the case of Madison who certainly knew what he was doing when he accepted the French citizenship offered to him, and felt it did not disqualify him in any way from running for President.

I’m still waiting for a better precedent/case against.

WorldNutdaily’s “Grenade” characterization doesn’t seem as hysterical as their stuff usually does. I’m beginning to wonder if we might see a couple of those three-cornered hats explode at the next GOP national convention, right after their wearers shout “Vattelu Akbar!”.

(Well, okay: not really. But it does seem credible that we could see re-enactments of those scenes from the 19th Century, with Congresscritters whacking each other with canes on the floor of the House. “You (bleep)s won’t repeal Obamacare? Well, you’re gonna need it!!”)

According to Roget’s, the antonym of ‘idiot’ is ‘genius’. Therefore, “useless genius”. They do indeed have a genius for mindless stupidity, and I would say that is indeed a useless form of genius!

Um, I realize that Doc entitled this thread “eschewing obfuscation”, but I don’t think that trying to “fix” two false dichotomies by forcing them into a single one was quite what he had in mind. You may be suffering from overexposure to birther “logic” 😉

Remember what Einstein said*: Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

    * Sort of: it turns out that this maxim was, ironically, a simplification of what he actually said. http://quoteinvestigator.com/2011/05/13/einstein-simple/

  58. JPotter says:

RanTalbott: You may be suffering from overexposure to birther “logic”

Not at all, Ran! Just embracing obfuscation while riffing on the hideous term, “useful idiots”, which, in my experience, is a favorite of wise fools 🙄

  59. Rickey: I consider a troll to be someone who posts inflammatory comments in order to rile people up. Nancy isn’t a troll in that sense. I don’t believe that she posts here to rile people up, but she certainly doesn’t post here to have a rational discussion, either. For example, she refuses to answer when asked how she forged Obama’s birth certificate, where she got the details to include in the birth certificate, etc. (never mind her claims that she killed Pablo Escobar). She is just looking for attention, in my opinion.

I don’t believe that Doc has ever banned anyone simply for having opposing views. However, many of the birthers have justifiably gone into moderation when they refuse to engage with people who challenge their views.

You have to look at is this way: If Zullo, Arpaio, or any of the others knew the true details of the birth certificates, they would most likely have released it already. All they have, to the best of my knowledge and I could certainly be wrong, is a PDF file.

[Off topic Nancy narrative deleted. Doc]

I also have a website up as you may be very well aware. Now, logic should tell you that if I were lying, there would be a challenge in the form of an court injuction. So far, nothing.

Speaking of, you say your ‘site’ has been up for months. Just for giggles, what did you imagine the impact of your site’s launch would be?

Why would any one take the time to sue her when they’d spend more money in court than she would have to give in damages. That people just laugh at her is a true indication of how ineffective she is.

Disappointing news on the Amazon ring item I linked to above: they’ve gone and spoiled it by changing its name and description. It originally read:

    Lord’s Prayer Arabic Men’s Ring Comfort Fit Black IP Stainless Steel Size 9 10 11 12 13
Wear the Lord’s prayer in Arabic on your finger with this beautiful ring designed in strong black IP finish over stainless steel, materials designed to last a lifetime.

Bad move on their part, IMHO; they’ll get a lot less traffic now.

And, for a mere US$35.95, you can buy the paper and find out that that’s not what they said at all. It’s a pretty safe bet that that “One in 20” is mostly people who have occasionally made some tongue-in-cheek or sarcastic remark intended to annoy someone espousing a ridiculous position, not people who routinely throw turds in the punchbowl to try to start flame wars. If the percentage of genuine trolls were really that high, there’d be at least an order of magnitude more disruption going on.

According to him they did share some of the information they have gathered. He makes it sound like it was a private dinner. It wasn’t; it was a fund raiser that Arpaio sponsored for Barr. Hundreds of people were there. Falcon says his friend is an “investigator”–i.e., a key-board warrior who looks stuff up on Above Top Secret? And you gotta love his nodding reference to “foreign student status.” God, that little bird is such a dumb cluck!

I’m not terribly familiar with the details of Eisenhower’s presidency, but what he said in his Farewell Address to the Nation is remarkably prescient and should be read aloud before every session of Congress:

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military–industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.”

Oh so she’s revised her claims to minisubs? What types are those exactly? How stupid would it be to put subs in a lake that’s on average 9 feet deep you could see them right through the water. The levels of the lake vary and if you knew anything about Lake Okeechobee, you would know that there is a Rim Canal for large boats and tugboats to travel. I have been in a Cuban mini sub. The lake’s levels also can increase and decrease dramatically.

Here is an extract of Wikipedia: …..(12 in) in 2006, the last time it exceeded 4 metres (13 ft).[5] However, the lake’s level began dropping soon after and by July 2007, ….

As you can see, 13 ft average level for the lake of that year. BUT, again, that does not include the levels for the Rim Canal which is much, much deeper.

In time, you will learn that I do not lie. We have been a captured nation since 8 months after Reagan took office. Was this due to Carter’s relaxed politicies with Cuba? I don’t know. I was just coming of age at that time. I do know that Reagan was an “absentee” President in the Everglades Region.

Walk your land. Search for mosh pits before the war gets started. This is no joke.

For example, Nancy, I have a friend named Clancy who suffers from grandiose and persecutory delusions and believes all kinds of strange things about Canadians. He’s been telling anyone who will listen that since the 1980s, Canadians have been forcing him to commit various criminal acts, including forging a copy of the Stanley Cup!

(I know how silly that sounds, but stay with me.)

Recently, Clancy has been saying that those devious Canucks, led by Steven Abootman, are using mini subs to transport maple syrup from the Canadian end of Lake Champlain to the Vermont end. Of course, you and I know that this ridiculous assertion is false, but Clancy swears that it’s true, and in his fevered imagination it is true. Psychiatrists will cite complicated passages from the DSM-IV-TR to explain Clancy’s mental confusion, but you and I know that the simplest way to put it is that the poor fellow has lost the ability to separate fact from fancy. 104. CarlOrcas: Fascinating!

So……how did the “Cuban mini-sub” you were on get through the the gates and locks on the canal without being noticed?

That one is SO easy. Why do you assume it traveled to America from Cuba? It was manned by a Cuban and supported with Cuban/Colombian/Cocaine/Castro/Cash. But, it did not physically come from Cuba. It was built in Clewiston (FL) less than a block away from the main “Watergate.” It was, nonetheless, a Communist Cuban sub and this Cuban male, a Delgado family member, did not survive our short trip together.

You have to wrap your mind around the fact that after Reagan was shot, he, knowing full well that the assassination attempt back-tracked right to our neck of the woods and that it certainly was no “Jodie Foster Hollywood Love Story,” abandoned the Everglades region to the Hispanic New World Order and the Castros took full advantage of his cowardice.

This region was overseen by a former Florida State Att. Joseph P DALESSANDRO, head honcho of the cocaine trade, who is kin to Nancy DALESSANDRO Pelosi. You know who she is, don’t you? She’s the DNC chairperson who singlehandedly approved Obama’s nonexistent credentials.

Why do you think Cuba’s Ted Cruz is riding into the White House on a shiny white horse with clueless Americans screaming his name? Take the Big Bad Black man down and he’ll be seen as the white man’s hero. It’s all part of the Hispanic New World Order’s domination plan. Their tentacles spread to all corners of the globe and I am not suggesting otherwise.

In 1985, I graduated from Palm Beach Community College, now PBSC, with a degree in Journalism. This is prima facie evidence of pre-existing knowledge of slander/libel laws. For anyone wishing to challenge my statements, a long, drawn out lawsuit is NOT necessary and few would deny spending the $100 or so to do what they would have the legal right to do which is file an injuction allowing for my arrest.

That’s right! No confiscation of assets. Immediate imprisonment. No BS excuse of, “Sue for what? She hasn’t got much.” Cool, huh? How many injunctions/arrests have I received to date? Not one. Hmmm….

Of course, we could always go with the last ditch effort of, “Take your meds” coming from desperate “Don’t mess with my limited scope of reality” bubble-gum psychologists.

Oh, hey. And, isn’t there the “Baker Act” or some such equivalent one could resort to if one felt that their standing in society had been injured? After almost two years….nothing.

I’ll even go so far as to add my driver’s license to my site right now. You will see that my birthdate, March 30, 1962, coincides with the shooting of Ronald Reagan. Two shooters, not one, and I was the second shooter. Reagan lied.

    A. About the size of your average cypress log. Come to think of it, they werfe cleverly disguised to resemble fallen cypress trees.

    Those sneeeeaksy Cubans!

    B. Being of Cuban origin, they resembled large cigars. On closer inspection of the ‘minisubs’, it was discovered that these little brown subs weren’t filled with tobabcco, but 100% boolsheet.

  110. CarlOrcas says:

Nancy R Owens: That one is SO easy. Why do you assume it traveled to America from Cuba?

Nancy R Owens: It was built in Clewiston (FL) less than a block away from the main “Watergate.”

What is the address where it was built? And exactly how did you get it into the lake?

Nancy R Owens: It was, nonetheless, a Communist Cuban sub and this Cuban male, a Delgado family member, did not survive our short trip together.

You killed him? How? What did you do with his body? Did you pilot the sub back to Clewiston?

    Couple other quick questions:

    – What were the dimensions of the sub?
    – How many were built?
    – Did it have a pressure hull?
    – How many crew members?
    – What happened to it/them?

  111. CarlOrcas says:

    JPotter: Those sneeeeaksy Cubans!

Indeed!! It didn’t have anything to do with drugs, Castro or Nixon or whoever.

Cuban restaurants. That’s it. They’d run out of customers for Cuban food in Cuba. Simple.

  112. About the size of a large alligator.

Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: ?How big were these supposed subs Nancy?

  113. CarlOrcas says:

Nancy R Owens: In 1985, I graduated from Palm Beach Community College, now PBSC, with a degree in Journalism.

    “Injunction”? “Arrest”?

    How would that work?

  114. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:

    CarlOrcas: “Injunction”? “Arrest”?

    How would that work?

I’m confused how an AA degree in journalism translates into having preexisting knowledge of slander/libel laws?

  115. CarlOrcas: I didn’t. I just asked you how it made it through the numerous gates on the waterways around the lake. Why do you call the entrance “Watergate”?

What is the address where it was built? And exactly how did you get it into the lake?

You killed him? How? What did you do with his body? Did you pilot the sub back to Clewiston?

    Couple other quick questions:

    – What were the dimensions of the sub?
    – How many were built?
    – Did it have a pressure hull?
    – How many crew members?
    – What happened to it/them?

I killed him with the only thing I could find which was a pipe wrench to the skull. We had gone under for a few hundred feet. Successful. No problems. I opened the top hatch to make sure we had indeed reached the surface because it would have been foolish to kill him prior to this since I had no clue how to man a sub. Looking at the size of my bedroom which is about 12-14 ft ft long I’d have to say pretty close to that.

I was not ordered to kill him by the sheriff so I was never reassigned to any more subs if there were any built. I was never told about any more subs. I never saw any more subs. He was the only member. I was a passenger. I left the body there. I left through the open hatch and went to the man who had helped build it. Told him Delgado never showed up which was a lie.

Watergate? It’s not hard to read between those lines. Watergate never stopped and we were aware of being spied on by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Department as far back as the late 70’s and knew that it’s sole purpose was to protect the members of the drug cartel. Not us. Not the American citizens of our town. We were murdered off in masses. White females in their teens because they would be more likely to seek out the authorities. Fewer white males. But, enough that it was certainly noticed.

There were no investigations into these matters thanks to the DALESSANDRO family and the White House politicians who protected the cartel at the higher ends. Just look at the mini subs pictured in the 911 Commission report. You’ll get a fairly good idea of the size.

  116. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: I’m confused how an AA degree in journalism translates into having preexisting knowledge of slander/libel laws?

    Absolutely!

It’s “prima facie evidence”…..that’s how. Sheesh! You just don’t understand.

  118. Rickey says:

    Nancy R Owens:

That’s right! No confiscation of assets. Immediate imprisonment. No BS excuse of, “Sue for what? She hasn’t got much.” Cool, huh? How many injunctions/arrests have I received to date? Not one. Hmmm….

Has it occurred to you that nobody believes what you write, and nobody cares about it?

I’ll even go so far as to add my driver’s license to my site right now. You will see that my birthdate, March 30, 1962, coincides with the shooting of Ronald Reagan. Two shooters, not one, and I was the second shooter. Reagan lied.

Ronald Reagan was shot in 1962? I had no idea. Were you shooting from a grassy knoll?

This woman lives in the same fantasy land as my love life.

    – How many blows did it take to kill him?
    – After you killed him how did you know you were on the surface before you opened the hatch?
    – What was the propulsion system?
    – Your 12-14 feet is the outside dimension? What was the diameter of the hull?
    – Asked and not answered earlier: Where was it built….address? And how did they get it into the water?

Nancy R Owens: I left the body there. I left through the open hatch and went to the man who had helped build it. Told him Delgado never showed up which was a lie.

    – How did you get back to shore?
    – Do you know what happened to the sub?

Nancy R Owens: Watergate? It’s not hard to read between those lines.

Actually it is but I’ll leave that for another time.

Nancy R Owens: We were murdered off in masses. White females in their teens because they would be more likely to seek out the authorities. Fewer white males. But, enough that it was certainly noticed.

Dare I ask: How did you avoid being murdered?

Nancy R Owens: Just look at the mini subs pictured in the 911 Commission report. You’ll get a fairly good idea of the size.

Can’t seem to find anything with a search for “9/11 report mini-sub”.

Maybe you can provide a link?

If you’re an investigator, I’d be more than happy to have a face to face with you via Skype or Google chat. I appreciate your questions. But, can see that this can go on and on and if I’m away from the PC, it may seem like I’m avoiding you. Again, I do appreciate your curiosity. If you notice, the Tiffany Sessions Gainesville case has supposedly been closed. My kill in self-defense. They kept trying and I never ever trusted anybody. When in doubt, I killed.

My guess is that it only shows up on the ‘dark internet’.

I can find reference to 6 Cuban minisubs from North Korea, 4 with torpedos and 2 with scientific instrumentation for meteorological studies.

I’m not an investigator. I’m just someone who has questions about what you have written. If you appreciate my questions you would answer them.

Nancy R Owens: My kill in self-defense. They kept trying and I never ever trusted anybody. When in doubt, I killed.

How many people have you killed?

I guess you haven’t been paying attention, because two weeks ago a suspect was named in the Tiffany Sessions case, and it isn’t you.

Perhaps you should call the Gainesville Police and tell them that they have the wrong person.
