   I keep seeing this as “Outrage notice”.

   I opened the article this morning. Suddenly, there was a loud bang from down the the street and the power went out.

   It’s easier to notify the Doc of a outage than it is to notify Com Ed. You’d think they would like more information, like which transformer just blew, instead of driving around the neighborhood when they get around to showing up.
