I am dubious to believe anyone from Kenya especially one who recides in Washington DC. Recall, that Hillary Clinton was just in Kenya. Is it a coincidence or was Hillary going there to destroy documents and shut people up. WND has investigators in Kenya snooping around. I would not rule out the possibly that Hillary was in Kenya to intercept high rank officals in attempt to keep this issue sealed up.
The only real way to end this issue, is for Obama to release his long form Birth Certificate that lists the hospital and doctor’s name. Obama absolutely refuses to do this. I will bet my marbles there is a very good reason.

Recently, Globe Magazine revealed that Obama could have also been born in Canada. This is possible as well since Dunham recided in Seattle, Washingtion which was very close to the Canadian border. Investigators need to snoop around in Canada as well.

Oh for the love of all that is good and holy. She was in Africa on a diplomatic tour of the continent. So she went to Kenya. So the f**k what. It is simply a coincidence. Even if Obama was truly born in Hawaii, he still is not off the hook (Putting the “Natural Born” citizenship argument aside for the moment). Obama still has not released his long-form Birth Certificate. I suspect this for 2 reasons:
1. The Long Form Birth Certificate will show Obama wasn’t born at Kapoloni Medical Center. This will catch Obama in a major lie and subject Kapoloni and Obama to potential fraud charges.
2. The Long Form BC will show that there is no coorobating evidence he was born in Hawaii.
So, what your saying is, even if President Obama was born in Hawaii, the Long Form might not show “corroborating evidence” that he was. That makes no sense whatsoever. If he was born in Hawaii, then the Long Form says so.
And why this fixation with the hospital. As long as he was born in Hawaii, he is eligible. End of story.
Three other reasons:
1) He can’t release it. The State of Hawaii changed its policies in 2001 so that the short form was the only form of birth certificate that the public can request. Someone born in Hawaii can’t even authorize the form to be released to _himself_ no less authorize it to be released to someone else.
2) Releasing it wouldn’t stop the questions because he tried answering critics before and the goalposts were then moved. He’s already released a document that the State of Hawaii has validated as genuine and is in itself “serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceedings.” If that’s not acceptable, then what is?

It is important the Obama Long Form BC be released. The State of Hawaii or Obama has yet to explain why his Certificate Number is higher than the 2 twins even though he was born before them. This is a big red flag.

He also stated that he was a natural born US citizen at birth. The two positions are hardly irreconcilable as legal precedent has shown.

He has for the people that matter, namely Congress and the Secretaries of State of each state. Every legal challenge so far has been thrown out of court.
In most states ultimate responsibility for the conduct of elections, including the enforcement of qualifying rules falls on the secretary of state. The SoS for every state and DC found Obama eligible to be placed on the ballot for both primary and general elections.
But I want to focus on one particular state.
We know the government of Hawaii holds Obama’s BC and state officials have access to it.
In Hawaii, the Lieutenant Governor serves as SoS AND his office is also the primary repository of official records including birth certificates.

They are issued in the order that paperwork is completed AFTER birth.
The mother has to complete a worksheet, and the hospital staff has to complete a separate worksheet.
Then someone else takes the worksheets and issues the certificate and the numbers.
Obama’s certificate number could be higher because the twin’s mom filled out her form first — sometimes new mom’s ask for extra time because they aren’t sure what they want to name the baby — and sometimes they just happen to be asleep when the nurse comes by with the form so it gets done later.
OR, Obama’s mom could have filled out her form first, but the papers were then stacked in an in-box or put in an envelope with the newest forms on top, oldest ones on the bottom – so the clerical person who issued the certificates might have started at the top of the stack, working her way from newest to oldest. Obama was born on a Friday night, the twins on Saturday — it is likely that all the paperwork was dealt with together on Monday morning.
The fact that the certificate numbers are so close is evidence that Obama was indeed born at the same hospital. If his paperwork had been completed at a different hospital or had been brought into the health department separately, it would be unlikely to have had such a close number in the series.
I really can’t believe that anyone is stupid enough to think that birth certificates are issued in the delivery room or that their number in any way corresponds to time of birth. It is perfectly legal in many states for for certificates to be filed weeks or even months after the birth, so there is no way in the world that the numbers match birth order.

In order for a case to be “thrown out” at this early stage, the judge has to assume that ALL FACTS are completely and totally exactly the way the plaintiff says. So, even assuming EVERYTHING the plaintiffs have said is true, none of these cases was able to make out a claim against Obama.
That’s not exactly a technicality. It’s a huge gaping hole in the theory!

If you think he’s not eligible because he’s never had to prove his eligibility in court, then by that standard you think that every single President we’ve ever had is ineligible. All the others equally never proved their eligibility, but the others equally could have, if needed.
