No, not a complaint about Barack Obama. The queen of eligibility denial is claiming her opponent in the upcoming Republican primary for the office of Secretary of State of California, Damon Dunn, is not eligible to run. Taitz argues that Dunn is a Democrat in Republican clothing. According to Spencer Kornhaber of the OC Weekly, Taitz sent her lengthy complaint to the Orange County Registrar of Voters. Since the final OK for candidates comes from the Secretary of State, the Registrar forwarded her complaint to her along with a copy to the local district attorney. The district attorney is included, I presume, because it was demanded in the complaint.
Rather than having you risk your computer by visiting Orly Taitz’s sometimes malware infested web site, I have a copy of the page in PDF format for your perusal.
The complaint as I characterized it above is pretty tame, but she also alleges intimidation against her and her family. The disconnected emissions hose on her car is apparently an attempt by her opponent Dunn to get her to drop out of the race (ignoring the fact that she already blamed President Obama for this in her DC lawsuit). She also blames Dunn for an email allegedly sent to one of her children: “your mum will be taken to prison or mental institution” (note the missing indefinite article characteristic of Orly’s English).
Orly also took note of some pretty nasty cartoons that have appeared featuring Taitz (ones which I have not nor will publish here), blaming them on Dunn also. Orly’s basis for blaming the emails on Dunn is that they are represented as coming from a Facebook account of one “Damon Dun” (note the different spelling). Oh yes, and she included a copy of Obama’s 39 social-security numbers just for grins.
A humorous side note: Orly still hosts advertising on her site, and one of the ads says: “Support Barack Obama by Joining Organizing for America. Act Now!” with a link to BarackObama.com.
In my opinion this is what the small portions of the republican party of “birthers, baggers and blowhards” have brought you. They are good at “Follow the Leader” of their dullard leaders, they listen to Beck, Hedgecock, Hannity, O’Reilly, Rush and Savage and the rest of the Blowhards. Are you surprise at what they do when you know what they think? The world is complicated and most republicans (Hamiliton, Lincoln, Roosevelt) believe that we should use government a little to increase social mobility, now its about dancing around the claim of government is the problem. Although most republicans are trying to distant themselves from this fringe they have a long way to go.
Dunn is wickedly brilliant. He personally removed a clamp from Orly’s car a year ago knowing she would challenge his candidacy a year later if he didn’t kill her at the time from lowered mileage and increased emissions.

I’m not sure what to think. That Obama’s list is better, since his list is just silly things that drive Conservatives crazy (his kindergarten records?) or things that Conservatives are just too darn lazy to research themselves (a list of all his relatives? She has made herself into very much the Clown Princess of attorneys and patriots everywhere, and the cruel caricatures of her hurt me, even though I see their point. Things just did not have to be this way, not, that is, unless Orly REALLY wanted them to be that way, and although it shames me more than I can say to even admit I might have been an actor in such a farce, part of me believes that Phil J. Berg, Lisa Liberi, and Lisa Ostella MUST be right in their private suspicions that Orly and her “husband” Yosef are really just a pair of possibly Mainland-Chinese paid and sponsored communist sleeper agents who were activated to destroy the anti-Obama, pro-constitutional eligibility movement. I never saw any direct evidence while I was working with Orly, except to notice that her accent in English is much more like a Chinese accent than a real Russian accent, but, accents are so variable. And then, there was the issue that except for opposing Obama, Orly was no kind of real conservative, had no ideology to speak of at all except for liking Israel and disliking Muslims.
What about the SAT and LSAT scores? How is that even relevant?
Which just demonstrates why it would be absolutely pointless for Obama to pay any attention to them or address any of these insincere Birther documentation demands.
No release of any of those documents will put any of this to rest or even remove any of the items on the list.
No matter what he provides, the Birthers will just be further emboldened and incensed by that release – immediately declare it to be a forgery and continue to move the goal posts by upping their demands for an ever increasing amount of documentation, including fictional documentation scenarios that they make up out of whole cloth.
Their claims for information are nothing but a form of concern trolling.
Speaking of Mario and his infamous Kerchner lawsuit, our buddy John Charlatan over at the Post and Fail has a ridiculous article regarding the case. More specifically he has an issue with the response filed by the defense. Truly funny stuff….

Obama’s SAT/LSAT scores are relevant to birthers because many (but not all) of them believe that Obama could not have been admitted to Columbia or Harvard on his own merits.
Some of those believe that Obama was an “affirmative action” student at both of those institutions, and they’d like nothing better than to prove it. Others think that he was installed at Harvard by a sheik from the middle east (I’m spacing on his name now). Some believe he didn’t go to Columbia at all.
Most of the comments I have seen on this subject lead me to believe that their suspicions are rooting in thinly-veiled racism. How could someone like him get into those prominent schools?
It falls into the same category as those who seek his parent’s marriage certificate to prove that he’s a “bast*rd” (the word they often choose to use); and the way they seek his baptism certificate to prove that he’s a “secret Muslim”.
Legally speaking, it’s not relevant to anything if the president is the product of unwed parents; if he follows a religion that isn’t part of mainstream Christianity (I think he’s most likely agnostic, but don’t think it matters); or if he made it through graduate school by the skin of his teeth. We don’t have rules about grades, we don’t have a requirement that your parents had to be married, and we actually have a specific rule against a religious test.
But it all matters to birthers because many would like nothing better than to prove the president isn’t worthy to rule the nation any way they can, especially since all the evidence points to him being born in Hawaii.
Not all churches make certificates of baptism. As far as I know, I never had one, and the church building burned some years back destroying all the records that existed.
Can you image Obama responding to birther demands for documentation: the dump truck with 7 tons of paper burying the birther, and a muffled voice from underneath saying, “wait, where’s the stool sample?”
I am aware that this document, obtained by FOIA directly from the Selective Service, has been questioned. However, the argument is unpersuasive. In any case, they cannot say it is hidden or sealed.

CEL III is known to have dated Russian girls (the brides.ru kind). I also think that for someone who speaks Russian without an accent, her English sounds a bit strange. I would bet she called the bar associtation a “tool of the democractic party” or something similar in her reply. If she was willing to threaten Judge Lamberth that he would be subjecting himself to possible criminal charges if he didn’t rule for her, in itself a violation of the California rules of professional conduct, why wouldn’t she say the same thing to the bar association. I don’t think she can help herself.

This site deals with Conspiracy Theories, looks into them and when they are without merit, debunks them. So far, they have mostly all been bunk, so the debunking has been fairly heavy.
