    Doc:

    I love your polls!

  2. Bovril says:

There should be an “All of the above” option….8-)

  3. Expelliarmus says:

Hard choice… but I have to give it to Orly due to her unparalleled ability to keep her site constantly infected with malware.

  4. DavidH says:

I had to go with world nut daily. While Orly is a certified idiot, many viral stories get their start at WND.

  5. Bob Ross says:

Whatever site Puzzo is on. He’s the only one dumb enough to come here and espouse his bad information

  6. Scott Brown says:

I wasn’t able to vote – you left off obamaconspiracy.org from the list.

  7. Black Lion says:

Yet you come here constantly…Why is that? Because deep down you enjoy getting truth after reading the lies over at those “other sites”?

  8. BatGuano says:

have any of these sites proven their eligibility ?

  9. You didn’t nominate OCT, so it’s not on the list.

  10. HistorianDude says:

I voted for Butterdezillion’s blog, simply because her stupidity and idiocy is pure, while WND, Post & E-fail, and so many others are stupid and idiotic for a calculated purpose.

Butter is simply dumb, while the others are dumb and evil.

  11. Black Lion says:

Plus HD, she really hates when you correct her spewing her misinformation….I remember when she had the guts to come her and try and argue her ridiculous theories…

  12. Black Lion says:

I voted for the Post and Fail…They are intentionally evil, but they do whatever it takes to spread the misinformation. WND is just in it for the cash by conning the birther idiots, but the Post and Fail actually believes in the crap they write….

A perfect example is their “letter from a concerned citizen to the FBI…

    http://www.thepostemail.com/2010/04/13/citizen-tells-fbi-to-do-its-job-and-investigate-obamas-eligibility/

    Dear Sir,

I am a retired federal contracting officer and would like to know why the FBI is not involved in investigating the constitutional ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve as a de jure president? Just recently, on March 25, 2010, during debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:

Besides Obama’s constitutional problem, there is the question as to whether he was ever investigated for violation of the Logan Act over negotiations with Iraqi leaders as a senator, or when he went to Africa in 2006 to campaign on behalf of his Kenyan Marxist cousin Odinga.

Sir, this issue is clear and unambiguous. We have a constitutional crisis in this country and ignoring it or hoping another agency runs with it will not get the job done. Barack Obama must be investigated and removed from occupying the White House as a usurper if he is not a de jure president. He is not a natural born American citizen, as required by Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5 of our Constitution, and his own birth country’s parliament affirms that! You cannot say this is a matter for the courts to resolve if you do not do the investigation that could lead to a federal grand jury indictment for it to even get into court.

I ask that you not allow the passing of this buck to another agency, nor let bureaucracy obfuscate and delay the problem. This should not be a hot potato item just because Barack Obama is black. It is not his skin color which is a problem; it is his natural born ethnicity as a Kenyan (publicly stated and unrefuted in the official minutes of Kenya’s Parliament on March 25, 2010), and not a natural born American, which is the heart of the matter.

The letter is filled with debunked information and outright lies. But they continue to print it and make it seem like it is actually real information.

On a side note look who decided to comment…

Obama pulled another fast one with the McCain senate resolution 511. Obama made sure to add the following statement to the resolution…”Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President”. Gee I wonder why Obama would want to insert that statement? This guy makes slick willy look like an ameteur.

I guess ol Lucas is looking to become relevant again. If Dr. C ever has a poll of the most pathetic birther, my vote would go for him.

  13. BatGuano says:

it has to be orly. comedy writing of that caliber demands appreciation .

  14. “Besides Obama’s constitutional problem, there is the question as to whether he was ever investigated for violation of the Logan Act over negotiations with Iraqi leaders as a senator,”

Nobody has ever been prosecuted for violating the Logan Act to my knowledge.

  15. Black Lion says:

Dr. C, let us not interrupt a birther fantasy with facts….If their theories required facts then there would not be any birthers out there to observe and shake our heads at….

Disregarding Mr. Smith’s horrible spelling and punctuation, I can think of one reason Obama may have mentioned it… because it’s demonstrably true.

Though was never much of an issue until Obama decided to run; at least four candidates, all Republicans, had similar issues:

Candidate (1964) Barry Goldwater (R) was born outside the United States, in the Arizona Territory, before Arizona was a state).

Candidate (1968) George Romney (R) was born in Mexico to American parents.

Candidate (1980) Lowell Weicker (R) was born in Paris, France to US citizens, though his mother was born in India and her father was a British General.

Candidate (1916) Charles Evan Hughes (R) was born in the United States to an American mother and a father who was a citizen of the UK at the time of Hughes’ birth. Sound familiar?

In all of those cases, there were a few complaints here or there, but nothing ever came of them.

  17. Texlaw says:

For those of you who have not voted, I would encourage you to visit Plains Radio Network. Ed Hale is truly incredibly ignorant, his followers (limited as they are) are the dumbest of the dumb, and the spelling alone is worthy of a special award.

  18. YellowDog says:

It has to be Orly. That mix of insanity, broken English, malware, and redirects is like the institutional smell of feces, urine, body odor and Pine Sol. Both make you want to take a shower and burn your clothes.

  19. kupuna says:

Tough call, but Orly’s inablility to maintain a virus-free blog, while still harboring delusions that she could manage something as complicated as CA elections, while still being completely unable to write documents that follow the clearly-stated rules of various state & Fed courts?… Sorry for the Orlyesque sentence, but she’s still the Queen Putz. P&E is second for me, only because they are wasting our Hawaii state tax dollars, while proving nothing anyway, & still only exist in the fringe. WND gets more attention but they’re just the internet equivalent of the National Enquirer: we may see it at the checkout stand, but know it’s ridiculous. And now Joey is filing a lawsuit because he only got 3 seats at the table? [ROFLMAO smiley here]

  20. Lupin says:

Orly. Because her site reads like something from an old Adam West/Batman villain.

  21. Con Rep says:

I have to go with the website that has the most hits, and therefore, does the most damage. Hell, WND shows up on a Google web search.

WND is clearly the favorite (although Orly is the best in comedy relief, along with Ed Hale).

  22. Saint James says:

Soooo! Did Orly Taitz officially win this?
